Chapter 402 Send Him Home

"You have a fever." Athena withdrew her hand, looked at Byron, and then froze.

What was she doing?

"Sorry. When I'm with my family, I'm used to it..." Athena took a step back.

Technically, Athena was used to this when she was with Aiden and Mia.

She used to rub the children's foreheads to see if they had a fever.

Byron looked at her, and he was a little touched.

"It's okay." He shook his head, looking weak. "I wondered why I was feeling dazed. It turns out I have a fever..."

Athena was confused about Byron's attitude toward her.

Did he accept that she was not Athena?

"Ms. Stella." Byron looked at her, still looking weak. "I have a presumptuous request."

"Mr. Crawford, please tell me."

"I probably can't drive in my condition. Could you give me a ride?" His tone and eyes were sincere.

He was so sincere Athena couldn't replace a reason to say no.

"Sorry, I have something else to do. Shall I call a driver for you?" Athena suggested.

Byron sighed softly and shook his head weakly. "Forget it. I don't want to meet strangers now, so I'll drive back slowly. Thank you, Ms. Stella." Saying that, Byron nodded slightly and walked in the direction of the car.

"You can't drive like this."

Athena grabbed his hand subconsciously.

But for a moment, she frowned and let go.

"It's okay. I'll slowly..."

Athena frowned tightly.

"Forget it. Just do it for Alivia."

"I'll send you home!" Athena's tone was somewhat impatient.

Byron stood where he was and said softly, "Thank you."

Soon, Athena drove on the road.

But Byron sat on the passenger seat.

She used to go to the company with Byron occasionally.

But he only sat in the back when she was driving.

The only thing that made her feel relaxed was that after Byron got into the car, he curled up his tall body and fell asleep.

This avoided some unnecessary embarrassment.

When driving, it was Byron's mobile phone that was navigating.

Athena didn't pay much attention to the destination until the familiar neighborhood appeared half an hour later.

Was he going back to the company?

No...

Athena looked back at the navigation route.

That said to take the next right. That was the direction to the apartment.

Her face darkened.

For the rest of the way, she didn't even need navigation.

Soon, the car drove to the garage.

Logically speaking, Athena's car couldn't directly enter the garage. Only registered cars could.

However, as soon as her car came, the gate opened.

Before she could react, the car slid into the underground garage.

It seemed that Byron had registered her car in advance as the owner.

He didn't exceed the polite distance all the way today. He kept calling her Ms. Stella and never said anything strange...

She found an open place to park the car.

"Mr. Crawford." Athena looked at Byron.

Byron frowned slightly and woke up.

The moment he opened his eyes, he stared at Athena, a little dazed.

It took about seconds before his eyes refocused.

"Sorry. I fell asleep."

"It's okay. I followed the navigation and suddenly drove into the garage... Did you register my car?" Athena asked straight to the point.
