Chapter 661. The news on the internet was escalating.

The short video of Adina and Catherine arguing in the lobby went viral.

The photo of the CEO of Winters Corporation standing in front of Catherine, shielding her from the journalists, had been shared more than a billion times.

The number of comments was growing at a rate of thousands per second

"Oh damn! So it's true that they are getting a divorce because someone came between them!"

"His wife has fallen to the floor, yet Duke actually protected his mistress first. His mistress is his true love indeed."

"Adina is the most beautiful woman in Sea City. How is she not better than her? Why did her husband kick her out after getting married for just a month?"

"Maybe her personality was too imposing, that's why her husband chose to replace another woman."

"Those who are blaming it on the victim should take some time off. Cheaters deserve to die! Homewreckers deserve to die! No matter what his wife has done wrong, it shouldn't be a reason for him to have affairs and cheat on her!"

"The mistress's name is Catherine. A famous psychiatrist. Her clinic is on the second floor of the Oriental Road building!"

"My marriage and my family were ruined by a mistress. It has ruined my children's lives. I hate mistresses. Catherine has to die!"

Immediately afterward, the news of Catherine's clinic being smashed became the most trending news.

Adina sneered with her phone in her hand. "If Catherine doesn't leave Sea City, news like this will occur every few days."

Earl's expression was extremely gloomy.

He was good at managing social relationships in business, but he had no idea how to handle a catfight.

On one side was Catherine, who had been with him for so many years.

On the other was his brother's wife. Of course, he had to admit that he cared about this woman.

"I have seen how crazy Catherine is. She will show up at the Winters family's mansion and make a scene there one day. If she makes a scene in front of my kids, I will go all out to teach her a lesson," Adina said coldly. "You only have one way out now. Tell Catherine to get the hell out of Sea City and never come back."

Earl gritted his teeth. "Do you think she would listen to me?"

"She loves you. She will listen to some of the things you say," said Adina. "The point is, I don't want to see Catherine in Sea City anymore. Take care of that."

After she finished, she turned around and left.

The moment Adina stepped outside, her tension eased.

She looked up at the blinding sunlight. Her face was filled with a bitter smile. It was exhausting to have to put on an act every day.

'Duke, where are you?'

'If you are still alive, why aren't you coming to me? Why aren't you coming to see our children?'

'Are you really dead?'

Buzz.

The vibration of Adina's phone pulled her out of her sadness.

She glanced at the caller ID. It was an unknown number. Perhaps it was a business client. She adjusted her mood and answered it.

"Is this Ms. Daugherty?"

A familiar voice came from the other end of the phone.

A figure came to Adina's mind. "Mr. Jones?"

"It really is you, Ms. Daugherty. I feared I got the wrong person." Dillon let out a sigh of relief. "I would like to invite you to an afternoon tea. I was wondering if you are free, Ms. Daugherty?" Adina raised her wrist and glanced at her watch. "Sorry, Mr. Jones. I'm very busy."

"Then, do you need my help?" Dillon spoke cautiously. "I just

saw the news and realized that you might be in a bit of trouble. Don't get me wrong. I just feel like we have some chemistry together. I want to help you."
