He turned to run, thankful that he kept his wolf form, but to no avail… as he tried to get away from Eren, the silver wolf appeared before him with its back thickly furred and showing its powerful sharp teeth. A lot of drool was dribbling from its muzzle and its eyes were a pair of guns keeping watch over him.

-What are you looking for? Eren asked the man he didn’t know. He was an albino wolf, and from what he could tell he was an alpha.

They were said to be very proud, wolves that didn’t like to mix with other wolves that weren’t their own coat colour. Even if his father the king was an albino wolf he never behaved like one, he even married a human.

-Eren… it’s good to see you in person. Lucian replied. They both walked in a circle without taking their eyes off each other. -But I’m sorry I can’t stay and play with you.

-Why did you create these wolves? Why do you kill your own?

-I can see you’ve gotten to know my boys very well, aren’t they fun? You know Eren, I don’t care about your people, they’re all a nuisance to me. I growl irritated. -And so are you.

-Then let’s get this over with once and for all. Snorting his snout.

-Oh no! Not for now, that’s enough.

But Eren didn’t care about that, he lunged at the enemy, attacking directly at its neck. But the wolf was so agile that he managed to dodge it out of nowhere. The alpha didn’t take that one lying down, so he attacked the wolf again in one of its paws. Lucian yelped at the attack which prompted him to bite Eren’s muzzle even though it did absolutely nothing to him but at least he got Eren to let go.

Eren’s teeth sank into Lucian’s ear and he rolled him into the sand, the albino wolf remained on his paws while the alpha tried to bite his neck. With his paws he held Lucian down, he had no chance of survival, Eren was too strong for him. Just as he was about to grab him by the throat a pack of wild wolves jumped on him and pulled him off their leader… the wolves bit Eren relentlessly allowing their leader to get to his feet.

Lucían was free from Eren’s grasp as he dropped to all fours and ran off into the lush forest. He was hurt and that wasn’t good as he was bleeding a lot, so he decided to return to his human state so less b***d would be wasted.

-M@ldito alpha, you are too strong for me. He complains as he ran away from the attack of his boys.

Eren managed to shake the wolves off by snapping their necks in seconds. As he stands up he notices that the albino wolf was nowhere to be seen. Only the trail of b***d was what he had left, he followed the path for a long stretch but then there were no more tracks, he could tell he had returned to his human state. The alpha sniffed the wolf’s b***d and to his surprise he smelled nothing, he raised his head and realised that his enemy was more powerful than he thought. How the hell was he going to destroy a wolf that couldn’t even be traced by the scent of its b***d.

Lili tidied up the kitchen while Valentina went downstairs since Sofia had fallen asleep and the brunette saved her mother the trouble of carrying her upstairs. But as soon as she sets foot on the last step someone knocks frantically on the door. The brunette runs to open the door and realises it is the morning messenger.

-Lili! It’s urgent. Says the young man.

-What is it? The brunette looks at the brunette’s side.

-It’s Deon and the others, you must come.

The brunette runs after the boy, Valentina didn’t know what the hell to do but she already knew that Deon was Lili’s husband and he was the one who was running around with Eren. If something had happened to that man then… Valentina’s heart went crazy, without thinking too much she ran after her friend who was running away from the village.

By the time she reached a crowd of people Valentina began to push everyone aside, noticing Lili’s husband who looked badly hurt. She didn’t understand what was going on, that man had bites all over him and it wasn’t just him… the rest of them were badly hurt too.

-Deon, what happened? asked his wife kneeling on the ground while holding him by the head.

-We were ambushed.

-Where is Eren?

The murmurs were present at Lili’s question, Valentina also wanted to know where the hell Eren was. She felt like her heart was going to burst out of her mouth if they didn’t say anything about him. Suddenly the whispering suddenly stopped, Valentina looked up a path through the forest and spotted her silver wolf covered in b***d approaching the crowd. The voice in her head said “no” he had been the cause of so much damage.

Shocked by what she was seeing she stood there admiring the beauty of that majestic animal, she couldn’t believe he was capable of such a thing she thought. Then, as if it dawned on her, she noticed the people imagining that they would take him to kill him. So armed with courage she shouted at him.

-Noooooo… GET OUT OF HERE!

Eren along with the other people who were unaware of her presence watched her as she ran towards the silver wolf.

-Valentina! Lili shouted. But she ignored her completely.

The chestnut ended up hugging the wolf’s fur tightly, her heart wouldn’t be able to bear to see that wolf die at the hands of those people.

-Please get out of here. He begged as he squeezed it,

The alpha licked Valentina’s face and then returned to his human state… the change from wolf to human impacted Valentina enormously. Eren could see it in her gaze. He didn’t want her to replace out what he was like that way, but she was there, and she’d seen too much already to keep lying to him.

-Eren! He expressed with his mouth hanging open. -For God’s sake! He steps back a little.

-Eren, I won’t hurt you.

-What are you? She looks at him with fear, which he doesn’t like.

-I’m a werewolf. I’m the silver wolf!

-No, no… that doesn’t exist.

The young woman looks at the circle she is in, she is the centre of attention. Then she saw Lili’s husband standing there with all his wounds healed. Her eyes widened. Then she looked back at Eren who was walking towards her slowly.

-Are they all werewolves?

-We all are, but we won’t hurt you Valentina. Because you’re my moon, no one would lay a finger on you. Besides, we’re very peaceful.

-What are you saying?

At that her world went completely black. Eren’s reflexes were quick and before she could fall to the ground he held her in his arms like a princess.
