Chapter 1366 Why Can’t You Treat Him Here?

Elisa did not speak but glanced at Thomas.

Seeing no objection from Gareth, Thomas did as Elisa indicated and let the four men go. He released their binds

and scoffed coldly, "Consider yourselves lucky!"

The four men did not respond but looked guiltily at Terry, who held Elisa hostage.

However, Terry's eyes were filled with determination.

He waited a few minutes for his comrades to leave before gripping the dagger and aiming it at Elisa's neck with all

his strength.

'Clang!' The dagger slipped from Terry's hand and fell to the floor. He widened his eyes and stared at Elisa in shock.

She had somehow gotten free of his restraint.

"You…"

Elisa crossed her arms and smirked mockingly. "I was only playing with you. Do you think you stand a chance

against me?"

Gareth stepped forward. His eyes glowed intimidatingly.

He turned to Thomas and ordered, "Toss him into the sea to feed the sharks."

Terry recalled the guilty look on his comrades' faces as they left and resolved in his mind.

He closed his eyes in despair and calmly accepted death.

"I have no wish to become a murderer. Since I've released your four comrades, I have no desire to kill you."

Elisa was impressed with Terry's calm acceptance.

Moreover, she never wanted him to die.

Her words prompted Terry to open his eyes. He stared at Elisa with astonishment and confusion. "What do you

want?"

Elisa smiled. "It's quite simple. Although your master failed to steal my thing, his actions created trouble for me.

While I dislike causing trouble, I don't shirk from them."

Elisa briefly expressed her intention.

She smirked as she spoke, appearing sly and shrewd.

"Please let me know how I can be of service," Terry said frankly. He knew he would die unless he did as Elisa

wanted.

Moreover, he had good reasons to fear Gareth. Gareth immediately discovered what Terry was up to when he

came in.

"It's simple. I want to give your master a taste of his own medicine." Elisa's smile widened. Her eyes flickered

cunningly.

Didn't his master desire Ganoderma Caligo?

I'll let him enjoy it to his heart's content!

"Sure."

Terry nodded and knew he had no choice but to comply.

"Come here. I'll treat your poisoning," Elisa said.

Terry was still doubtful about it. However, he chose to go to Elisa and give it a try.

After all, he had no way to obtain the antidote himself. Thus, he might as well let Elisa treat him. He had nothing to

lose anyway.

If he recovered, he could secure his comrades' freedom after completing Elisa's task.

Even if the treatment failed, his sacrifice would still have saved his comrades, who were like brothers to him.

Moreover, their attitude before they left indicated that they would avenge him.

It would be worth it either way.

"Follow me," Elisa said to Terry.

Gareth's expression darkened with he saw her bringing Terry to her room. He said unhappily, "Can't you treat him in

the living room?"
