Chapter 69: Please Help Me

Chapter 69: Please Help Me Phoebe's POV

I don't know how I ended up in this place. In my dazed state, I think I heard the man who kidnapped me talking about disgrace and something about "Luna."

It wasn't until he called me "Melissa" that I realized they had probably mistaken me for someone else. But despite everything, I felt relief. This time, I had a chance to save my dear friend. I wanted to regain control of my body, but I felt utterly weak.

"What happened?"

Through the fog in my mind, I could sense that there was a third person present. I could feel someone stirring from the shouting and commotion, feeling their way toward the source of the noise.

The sudden voice startled the werewolf who had kidnapped me, causing him to shudder. When he turned around and noticed something unusual about the other person, he seemed to relax.

"Damn it! You blind fool, get the hell out of my way! You're wasting my time. I'll kill you!"

The kidnapper stood up and walked toward the stranger, provocatively slapping his face.

Unexpectedly, the stranger must have raised his hand, using all his strength to shove the kidnapper away.

As I was being taken, I could feel we were on a slope. If it weren't for this man forcing me uphill, I would never have ended up in this place.

"Bang-"

I struggled to lift my head and saw the werewolf who had kidnapped me being pushed down the slope, rolling a long distance.

His wrist was torn, and his agonized, horrific scream echoed through the dark night, sending chills down my spine.

Once we were safe for the moment, the man crouched down and felt my body.

I didn't expect this opportunity to come, so I hurriedly pleaded, "Please help me... take me to the hospital... please!"

At that moment, I was a mess, desperately clinging to his arm, begging.

I could feel that the lively/energy I usually-exuded had now turned into something seductive, something different.

As he helped me up, it seemed like he realized I must be a graceful, slender beauty. 91.0%

"Hello, I'm Phoebe... there's so much I can't explain right now! Please, help me...'

It was clear that he, too, was struggling with his own discomfort. He wasn't like a regular werewolf-his eyes were not only blind, but his other senses had also greatly deteriorated and weakened.

"I... I've been drugged, please, take me to the hospital."

I couldn't stop trembling, and I could feel my cheeks growing hotter, the feverish heat. spreading through my body in response to my fear.

Sensing my discomfort, the man forced his body to move and began heading toward a dilapidated church on the mountainside.

I was helpless-simply being thrown down was still letting that man who kidnapped me get away with it!

How could they use such vile tactics against Melissa!

I had no intention of making a move on him; it was just that I simply couldn't control my body. As a result, almost half of my body was draped over the man.

The velvet, form-fitting coat accentuated the softness and smoothness of my skin. Through the contact, he could feel the narrowness of my waist, perfectly outlining the alluring curves of a mature woman's body. My full chest rested almost completely against. his arm. If he could see, he would surely compliment my long, graceful legs and slender

waist.

So I thought to myself that Melissa had really made a good choice with this coat.

"You... never said... your name...

Every word I spoke felt as though it drained my strength.

Someone who appeared in a place like this might not be a good person-perhaps he was just a wanderer?

"I can't see with my eyes, bringing you here was already a stretch. I'll hide you here for now. I'll go down the mountain and call the police. Wait for me...

He helped me set up the rest place carefully.

But I couldn't wait any longer. I just wanted someone to help relieve the discomfort in my body.

I had no sex at all during this time, but my primal desires were fully aroused at the

moment.

"Help... help me... I can't die here...

"Don't worry, you shouldn't be in any danger. I'll go replace someone right now."

Just as he tried to stand, something completely unexpected happened. Before he could

move, I lost all sense of reason.

My limbs clung to him like an octopus, burying my head in the crook of his neck as 1 gasped for breath.

""Don't worry, I'll take responsibility for you.

I cupped his face, hurriedly whispering words full of insinuation,

But I didn't even know what he looked like, my vision already clouded, unable to make out anything.

There was no time to think. Without hesitation, I kissed him, pressing my lips against his and forcing my way past his teeth.

This kiss was heavy with desire, our lips pressed together like magnets, unable to pull

apart.

He shuddered instinctively, completely caught off guard by how bold the woman in front

of him was.

At that moment, it was as if an electric shock had coursed through him-he wanted to pull away but found himself unable to resist the overwhelming pull between us.

His large hand instinctively wrapped around my waist, his palm gripping the back of my head.

I arched my body, pressing his face down against my chest, both of us lost in a desperate, almost primal urge to consume one another.

"Mm... Hmm..."

My lips were slick with a shimmering sheen, drawing out strands of heated tension.

In that moment, the dilapidated church was filled only with the sounds of breathless. pleasure.

I was not sure how much time had passed before I slowly regained consciousness.

On the floor, strange words were scrawled: "I will take responsibility for you..."

Before I could even react, the doors of the church suddenly flew open, and Melissa rushed in with Kala.

"Hey! You need to be careful! Our Luna, you're carrying our future Alpha in your belly."

"No, my dear! You don't need to force a smile, it's my fault. If I had noticed sooner..."

Melissa's voice cracked with emotion, and it was clear she deeply regretted what had happened. She understood my current situation well.

"It's okay. You didn't expect this to happen, did you? By the way, did you look into that sweet tea from yesterday? Something's off about it. If I'm not mistaken, someone is still 91.7%

trying to target you."

As I spoke, I could see a sharp, murderous glint flash in the dark Alpha's eyes. His gaze was calm, cold, and lethal.

"Humph, the one who started it is probably long gone! If I catch him, I'll make sure he suffers a thousand deaths!" Kala muttered angrily, stomping her foot. She even wanted to punish the man who had harmed me.

"Alright, alright, I'm married, after all. Let's just say I was bitten by a stray dog yesterday."

I forced myself to stand up, Life in the North had certainly become more eventful lately. I figured these chaotic incidents wouldn't happen again.

"I imagine if those people don't realize the danger that the man who kidnapped me has faced, they'll keep trying to make things difficult for Melissa." I carefully recounted everything that had happened yesterday. But unfortunately, ever since we returned to the designated place arranged by the Council, the people who had been a threat to Melissa never showed up.

While we were still worried about this, Ethan Vrzogic arrived with invitations to a music festival.

"We've all been so tense lately. If anyone's interested, there's a music festival in Lypston. We can attend before heading back to the castle."

To lighten the mood, I quickly agreed.

After calming down Melissa and Kala, I quietly walked over to Ethan's side.

"Hey, Ethan, I have a question... Is there often a blind werewolf up on the mountains near the Council's area?"

He looked at me oddly, then shook his head.

Receiving a negative response, I wasn't sure how to feel. Perhaps the Moon Goddess only meant for us to cross paths once... I shouldn't be so fixated on it!
