One Girl Two Mates -
Chapter 22
"Rise and shine sleepyheads!" I heard the voice of a very obnoxious British witch pulling me out of my sleep.
"Baby, please let me kill the bitchy witch." I grumbled as I buried my face into Lili's hair.
"Noooo, we need her." She groaned as she stretched and sat up.
"If you lot are not down in five I'm coming back with a water hose!" She shouted through the door and I sighed in relief as I heard her retreating footsteps. "Quickly, let's run away." I scooped Lili up into my arms bridal style and jumped out of bed. She giggled and clutched onto me, kissing me sweetly on the cheek.
"We can't leave Diego." She murmured as we looked down at his sleeping form. I gave Lili a devilish smirk as I gently sat her on her feet. I held my finger to my lips, letting her know she should be quiet. I reached for his ankle and with lightning speed I yanked him to the edge of the bed.
"Ahhh!" He shouted and kicked his legs around. I caught his other leg and pinned them both down. Leaning forward I gave him a quick kiss on his forehead. He blinked his eyes quickly, the sleepiness slowly leaving him. Lili erupted into a fit of giggles behind me. An annoyed growl escaped Diego.
"I was sleeping quite peacefully." He grumbled as he threw his head back.
"The bitchy witch wants us to wake up." I said as I pulled the blankets off of him. He huffed, slowly sitting up and glaring at me.
"Such a grumpy head this morning." Lili teased, causing me to smile.
"Why don't you make his morning better?" I c****d my brow at her, giving her a seductive smile.
"Is that what you want, Diego?" She asked him in a breathy voice, making both of our c***s twitch to life. Banging on the door made all three of us jump out of our skins.
"I'm back, you three better hurry up!" Edith shouted, annoyingly pounding at the door. Lili giggled, picking up a discarded sheet and wrapping it around herself as she walked to the door. She didn't open it very far, blocking the view of Diego and I's very naked bodies.
"Okay, we'll be down in a little bit, I promise." I heard my beautiful mate say.
"Alright, you better have that dog on his best behavior!" Edith's annoying voice shouted into the bedroom. A low growl escaped me.
"You're lucky we need you!" I snapped back right before Lili closed the door.
"Be nice." She chastised me.
"She started it!" I threw my hands up in exasperation.
Come on, Rafael, Diego, let's go clean up." Lili gave us a knowing smirk as she let her sheet drop.
We were late to breakfast, again and the bitchy witch was not happy about it. Marjorie was keeping her quiet for the most part. I tried to hold my tongue because it seems like my little mate truly enjoys the witch.
"I won't be able to join training today, I need to talk to my parents about our situation." Diego chuckled, pointing at our necks. Lili and Diego informed me that almost no one knew that we were a mated trio. They kept it a secret in fear of what I was doing or going to do. Thinking about my actions had my stomach twisting. Lili must have sensed my emotions, she laid her hand on my knee and gave it a gentle squeeze. My heart fluttered at the small act, I will never understand how I'm worthy of such amazing mates. I laid my hand on top of hers and intertwined our fingers.
"I'll need to go back to my pack soon." I told Lili as we walked out to the training grounds. I didn't want her training, but there's no way I could stop her. I watched her smile fall into a little frown.
"I figured, was it foolish of me to think you could stay here forever?" She smiled sadly.
"It's not foolish, baby, maybe you and Diego can come with. We need to bless my bed with our beautiful love making." I murmured the last part into her ear, gently nipping her ear lobe and causing her to squeal.
"Stop distracting her, dog!" b***h witch barked at me.
"Call me dog one more time." I huffed, coming face to face with her.
"Edith, please." Lili wrapped her tiny body around me to attempt to calm me down, she gave Edith pleading eyes.
"I just want to get on with the training!" Edith huffed, pacing away from us. Lili's gentle hands stroked up and down my back, calming me down. Marjorie and Lili explained Lili's powers to me. They also explained how Diego and I can control two elements. I was shocked when they were correct, along with water control I can also control the Earth.
"Cool." I said like I was some little kid causing Lili to giggle.
"Okay, enough playing Aang, let's get to training." Edith snapped.
"Who the f**k is Aang?" My brows pulled together.
"You've never seen Avatar, the last airbender?" Edith c****d a brow at me.
"The one with the blue people." I watched as a look passed between Lili and Edith. Suddenly they both burst out laughing.
"What?" I exclaimed, confused by the two women currently dying of laughter. I looked up at Marjorie for help, but she had the same lost expression as I did. Marjorie gave me a simple shrug, shaking her head and laughing slightly. LILIANA POV
"Lili watch out!" Edith shouted as Rafael hurried two balls of water towards me. I jumped and clenched my eyes shut.
"Is that normal?" I heard Rafael say. I popped my eyes open, surprised to see I was floating four feet in the air.
"I can fly?" I exclaimed, kicking my feet a little and watching them dangle.
"It's levitation, darling." Marjorie called out from where she stood next to Edith. Rafael and Edith wore the same expression of shock. Marjorie's face looked neutral, like this was an everyday occurrence.
"How cool!" I said as I slowly lowered myself back down. Rafael ran to me, scooping me into his arms and showering my face with kisses.
"Did I miss all of the fun?" My smile widened when I heard Diego's voice behind me.
"I can fly!" I exclaimed as I jumped into his arms.
"Levitate!" Marjorie corrected.
"That's amazing, mi amor." Diego said, kissing my cheek.
"Could we take a break?" I asked, turning to the witches. We had been going at it for hours.
"I think we'll call it a day." Marjorie nodded to us and pulled a disgruntled Edith away.
"How did it go with your family?" I asked as I interlocked my hand with his and reached out to do the same with Rafael.
"They were very understanding. My father did make a comment about how he hopes Rafael isn't like his father." I felt Rafael tense at Diego's words.
"I'm nothing like that man." He said, his face darkened with an emotion I couldn't pinpoint. I gave his hand a reassuring squeeze.
"We know, my love." I smiled and gave his cheek a gentle kiss.
"I have to go back to my pack today." Rafael said, his lips turning into a slight frown.
"Why don't we spend a few days at your pack?" Diego asked, causing me to hop with excitement.
"Please?" I begged Rafael.
"How could I ever tell you no?" Rafael smirked as he kissed my nose.
"Yay!" I exclaimed.
"Go pack a bag, baby." Rafael said as he gave me a quick smack on my butt. I gave both of my mates a quick kiss before we made our way back to the pack house. We walked together, me in the middle holding hands with both of them. My heart felt so full, so complete. I was so grateful that I was able to accept them both and that they accepted me. I never realized how much I needed them until I met them.
As I packed a bag for Diego and I he went to his office to make sure things would be okay while we're away.
"You're leaving?" I looked up to see Edith at the bedroom door.
"Yeah we're going to Rafael's pack for a few days." I watched as her face twisted into a frown.
"But that rogue could attack any minute." Edith said, her eyebrows pulled together.
"I think we'll be okay." I said, standing up from my spot on the bed where I was folding clothes.
"Don't be stupid, Lili." She snapped, I gasped at her words.
"Edith, I don't appreciate you calling me stupid." I watched her roll her eyes and cross her arms.
"This is serious, you may not know it, but there is immense power within you. If you fell into the wrong hands it could be catastrophic."
"I'm not some object, I'm a person. I should still be able to go and do things. I can't hide in fear for my entire life." I crossed my arms and stood my ground. "What's going on in here?" Rafael came into the room, sliding by Edith he crossed the room to stand beside me.
"Nothing." She snapped, giving me a pointed look before she turned on her heels and stormed away.
"What was that about?" Rafael asked with a raised brow.
"She thinks going to your pack is a bad idea." I sighed as I leaned against his strong chest.
"Don't worry, baby, Diego and I will protect you." He murmured against my neck as he trailed it with kisses.
