10 AM pa lang ay nasa sasakyan na si Flynn papunta sa restaurant na pag-aari nya, ang FN Lewis Restaurant.

FN Lewis Restaurant was built 2 years ago. As a recently opened restaurant, it became quite famous now even in just that short span of time. And that is of course, thanks to his dedicated employees!

His restaurant is located just a few blocks away from their company which he purposely did, just for him to have easy access to both the company and his restaurant.

Despite his active schedule at his father's company as Chief Operating Officer, he still manages to give his restaurant so much of his attention.

He is very hands-on in everything that is about his restaurant. From managing his people/workers to monitoring the stocks needed in his restaurant, maintaining the good ambiance of the place, and the good food and service they offer to each of their guests.

Yes, that's how passionate he is to his restaurant.

Nang makarating sa restaurant niya ay nag park na muna siya ng kanyang Mercedes Benz GLS 63 sa parking lot.

"Good morning, chef!", iyan ang bungad ng mga workers nya pagkapasok niya, na isa-isa din nya namang binati pabalik.

Pumunta muna siya sa service area na nasa gilid na bahagi ng dinning room at nagtanong sa manager-in-charge niya ngayong umaga, "Do we have any reservations this lunch, Lina?"

Magalang naman na tumango si Lina at sumagot sa kanya, "Yes chef, we have 15 pax for lunch.", Lina in her late 30's is one of the pioneers he have here in his restaurant.

"Did they give any pre-orders?", tanong nya ulit dito, usually kasi if may mga nagpapareserve lalo na pag maramihan ay nanghihingi sila ng mga pre-order dishes. Para iyon ma anticipate ng mga taga kitchen ang dapat nilang stocks on that specific day.

"Yes chef, nagbigay po ako ng kopya kay Joshua kagabi." she said referring to the list of pre-orders.

Nag aarange ngayon si Lina ng mga silya at mesa dito sa dining table, siguro'y tapos nang mag walis at mop ng floor tiles. Tumigil muna ito sa ginagawa at hinarap siyang muli at nagsalita, "Nga pala chef, success po yong operation ni Krizz kahapon at healthy naman po yong baby girl nya. Pinapasabi nya po na marami daw pong salamat, napakalaking tulong daw po ng ibinigay nyo para sa pambayad nila sa hospital.", she informed him referring to one of his employees who gave birth yesterday via cesarean section.

He lend Krizz a small amount of money yesterday, nanghingi kasi ito ng konting tulong kahapon. Hindi daw kasi ito maooperahan pag hindi magbibigay ng down payment sa hospital. Krizz is also one of his pioneers here in FN Lewis Restaurant.

Simula noong binuksan niya ang kanyang restaurant hanggang ngayon ay malaki ang pasasalamat niya sa kanyang mga empleyado.

He always acknowledges that if it's not because of his hardworking and dedicated employees his restaurant will not reach this moment.

And as a give back to their service, he always tells them that if they need anything they should not hesitate on coming to him and ask for his help.

"Please send my congratulations to her and tell her to take good care of herself and the baby.", sabi niya kay Lina na sumagot naman ng, "Sige po chef, sasabihin ko po kay Krizz."

Papunta na sana siya ng kusina nang may naalala siya, huminto muna siya sa paglalakad at hinarap ulit si Lina.

"By the way Lina, do you already have someone who will fill up for Krizz?", tanong nya ulit dito.

Since Krizz is on maternity leave, kailangan nila ng another man power para dito sa restaurant niya.

Actually naghahanap din naman sila ng mga panibago pang additional workers since their restaurant is really going busier each day.

"Actually chef, Ms. Amaris just texted me earlier. Sabi niya po ay may mga aplikante po siya na ma ererekomenda sa iyo. She scheduled them for a final interview daw po with you mamayang 1:30 PM.", sabi ni Lina sa kanya.

Napataas ang kilay nya dahil hindi niya alam na kailangan niya pa lang pumunta ng opisina mamayang 1PM. May pupuntahan kasi sana siya mamayang hapon na supplier ng imported mushrooms na mag su-supply sa kanila if magugustuhan niya ang mga deals nito.

Tumango lang siya kay Lina at nagpasalamat. Kinuha niya ang kanyang cellphone sa bulsa at tinignan if may mensahe ba si Amaris sa kanya.

Amaris is her personal secretary and the Chief Human Resources Officer of Lewis Manpower Agency.

Nakita niya na nag message nga ito sa kanya kaya binuksan niya ito;

Good morning sir.

Sorry for this sudden information but I have two applicants to recommend to you for your restaurant.

I scheduled them for a final interview with you at 1:30 PM today.

Napailing nalang siya at tinignan ang kanyang relo, it's just 10:45 AM, 15 mins. na lang at magbubukas na ang restaurant niya. Napag-isipan niya na kailangan nyang e-cancel ang appointment niya mamaya with the supplier and e reschedule na lang ito. Tutal ay may mga stocks pa naman sila ng mushrooms from their previous supplier.

He have to prioritize that interview kasi mas kailangan iyon para hindi maapektuhan ang operation nila.

At alam din niya na kapag si Amaris na mismo ang mag eendorse ng mga aplikante sa kanya ay malamang iyon ay dahil nakikitaan nito na magagaling at may talento ang mga ito.

Pero hindi naman ibig sabihin no'n na iyong ibang mga aplikante nila na ibibigay sa ibang establesyamento ay hindi na magagaling.

Pumunta na siya sa kusina at tumulong na doon, nag open na ang restaurant niya at nagsisidatingan na ang mga guests nila.

"Order in. 1 crispy chicken, 1 prosciutto pizza, 2 All'Amatriciana spaghetti, and 2 medium well rib-eye, please.", he said in an orotund tone.

"Yes, chef!", sabay sagot ng mga kusinero niya.
