Chapter Seventeen: Angel Room.

Aidan POV

We decided to move the little angel to her room. It's a lilac color with a princess bed and a ton ofstuffies, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe with both cute and elegant clothes, and her private ensuitebathroom.

But I plan on getting her something special, she’s still very shy around me, maybe this will let herfeel more comfortable around me.

I know she might never love me, I know she's kind of scared of me. But it won't hurt me to try,seeing her happy even if we don't share the same relationship she shares with the other it's okaywith me. I just want no I need to see her happy.

Walking into the toy store I'm looking around for something I'm not sure what. She already havesome basic plushies and room decoration she deserve more. A special girl needs special toys.

I keep looking till I see it the perfect gift for the perfect angel.

By the time I'm home I know she’s up, I don't think Christian will let her sleep more than two hourseven after a punishment. He stayed with her for aftercare but the nap will be cut short if she doesn'twake up on her own, she'll need to be able to sleep at night.

I take my phone and send a group msg asking them to bring her out, better show her the newaddition to her room first.

I can see them coming out she's in Ryland's arms she's past the stage where she walks on her ownalready, she hardly been here and we are already spoiling her rotten.

I'm still worried if she's going to like her gift when she squeaks and asks "that's mine?"

I hardly had time to the node and she jumps out of Ryland's arms and hugs her new teddy.

Ohh did I mention it's a giant teddy, yeah an eight-foot teddy did the trick. Little normal teddies arejust too inferior to my little Angel.

"You like it, angel?" I ask

A muffled love it was my only answer.

"Come on sweetheart let's go put it in your new room" ~Christian

"New room?" ~nala

We walk her back to the house and to her new room, we open the door and let her peak in.

"Sugar close your mouth before you catch flies"~Kane

Another squeal and she's off looking at her room.

After inspecting everything we all got hugs and kisses from her.

I was turning around to leave when a tug on my shirt made me turn around it's Nala "wanna watcha movie with me?" ~nala

I nod and let her lead me to her new bed and we turn on the tv she decide on beauty and beast andI can't help but laugh. She's adorable.

Nala POV

Aidan is a new territory for me after he got me the giant teddy which I decided to call jade. I don'tknow what to think about him. So we are sitting watching beauty and the beast. I remember seeinghim in wolf form with the same scar on his face and I wonder how he got it.

"What's that angel?” ~Aidan

Oops I talked out loud

"Nothing nothing," I say and return to my thoughts. Maybe a mean wolf hurt him, and for somereason, the idea of another wolf hurting ash makes me angry. I let out a small growl.

"Angel talk to me what's wrong?" ~Aidan

"Why do you call me an angel?" I ask confused.

"Cause baby girl in my eyes you're an angel, your place is in heaven where everything is nice and noevil can touch you, but here you are " ~ash

"How did you get those scars?" Nala

"You really wanna hear the story?" I nod " but it's not a happy ending one" I nod again wanting toknow.

"In my old pack, we were a bit ruthless the weak one couldn't survive. When I found my mate shewas being bullied by some of the other wolves. I couldn't stand it and I protected her, everyoneknew not to touch her she was mine.

Nala I was hardly an eighth year old and we don't count as an adult till we are fifty so I was prettyyoung. She was only forty just starting to master her shifting. She thought if she gets to the edge ofthe pack territory no one will see her, she was practicing wanting to make me proud. Four of thestrongest pack member saw her they decided to toughen her up a bit it happened all the time. Theyattacked her, she was used to having me there to protect her, she wasn't the best fighter and didn'tknow how to control her movement.

They went too far...they...they killed her. They left her there just dead all alone, when she didn't showup at dinner I went to search for her, all I found was her dead body with their scent all over theplace.

I lost it, the angel I went mad I became a beast I attacked the main house and killed those who hurther first, and then I went after the alpha the one who let this happen it's how I got this scar on myface. Once he died I was alpha by right but I didn't want anything to do with it. I ran away I keptrunning for days and night my wolf didn't know how to cope with our loss it killed anything on itsway, other wolves, animals, trees it just needed to destroy.

Then I stumbled upon Marcus I wanted to kill him too. I almost did but I saw something in his eyes.The hurt, the pain, the loss he felt like me so I changed back to my human form and cried and criedI spent days crying weeks refusing to eat I wanted to follow her but Marcus wouldn't let me"

He ended the story and tears are streaming down both our faces. Oh my god, how can they dothat? I do the only thing I can think of to help him I hug him and say "I love you daddy Aidan"
