Amber hesitated and then nodded.

Mrs. Smith had lost three sons. She was terribly afraid, so she wanted to take her to the hospital for examination immediately.

But Amber was pregnant.

“Mrs. Smith, I had checked my bone marrow eight years ago.”

“I was obsessed with TV dramas at the time. I thought I was destined to be with Sean and would bring him good luck, so I checked it.”

Amber looked at it. She knew Sean’s license plate number. In the photo, the Maserati was knocked out of shape. Its windows were broken, and there was b***d on the windshield.

Amber’s eyelid twitched.

When Cindy heard Marcus say ‘Mr. Smith’, she tilted her head to look. Amber was startled, held her tightly, shook her head and said, “No, I don’t know this car.”

But Amber’s face was too pale, and what she said was not convincing at all.

Marcus glanced at Cindy and opened his mouth without saying a word.

Marcus didn’t care if Sean was dead or alive. He was afraid that Amber could not get Sean off her mind.

Amber looked frustrated.

“Cindy, mom and dad are already divorced.”

“Director White… Director White, Mr. Smith had a car accident on the way to chase you…” Xu Lin’s voice was a little choked, “He is now seriously injured and unconscious, and keeps calling your name. Director White, can you come and see him in the hospital?”

When Amber was about to speak, Sean’s car accident was reported on the big screen at the airport.

On the screen, Lin Man hurried into the hospital corridor in a red dress. Her eyes were red and swollen, and she looked haggard and pale.
