President's Genius Son
Chapter 30 Hedy Quarreled with Kelly

"I have nothing to hide from you." Kelly snapped.

Her mind moved so quickly that she immediately recognized the confusion in Wayne's eyes. She snorted and said, "From my point of view, I think you are the one who hide something from me. You kept your face straight all the time after you came home yesterday, as if I owed you debts. I haven't complained about it yet, but now you come to me first?"

Wayne's eyes stared blankly, and muttered in a lower voice, "I came across her at the parking lot in the mall yesterday."

"Her?"

Kelly put down the mirror in the front of her, took out a YSL lipstick to refine her make-up. Hearing what Wayne was saying, she raised her eyebrows, and asked in a curious voice, "Who is she?"

Wayne darted a look at Kelly. He was hesitating to tell Kelly that he met Hedy yesterday.

Kelly was alerted already. She puckered her lips, "Darling, are you cheating on..."

"Of course not!" Wayne denied stoutly. He took a deep breath, and said, "I met Hedy."

"Hedy Walker?" Kelly pretended to be shocked, and said, "How come she suddenly come back?"

"I have no idea." Wayne shook his head.

Now, all he was thinking was Hedy. She stood in front of a luxury sport car, with face straight and coldness in the eyes. She looked very pretty. In that year, when Hedy went after him and was keen on him, he had never had a thought like yesterday that she was perfectly pretty.

As Kelly noticed Wayne was absent-minded, she snorted, and said in a cold voice, "In that year, what did you do to her? Tell me about it. Does she come back for a revenge on you?"

"In that year, we indeed overdid badness to her. If she comes back to revenge on us, I will accept no matter what it takes to make up our wrongness."

Kelly straightened her face, "What do you mean? Make up? What are you going to make her up with?"

"Darling, I know Hedy really well. If she hates you, she will never forgive you, no matter what you do to her to compensate her loss."

"If you really feel guilty about what you have done to her, the best way to get it pass is to stop seeing her."

Wayne took a deep sign, and said, "Perhaps you are right."

Kelly felt jealous of Hedy. Kelly meant to write off all their old scores, but now Hedy dared to tempt Wayne. Hedy shouldn't blame her if Kelly did something bad to her. Kelly was different from Wayne. She wouldn't let herself be a loser.

Kelly hugged Wayne and was about to say goodbye. Her eyes filled with viciousness, and she said in a flirting voice, "Darling, you just stop here. I can handle the robe thing by myself. And I want you to be captivated by me when you see me wearing the robe."

"Alright. Darling, take good care of yourself." Wayne said softly and kissed on Kelly's cheek.

Kelly nodded and smiled, but rage already filled inside her.

She walked into the building and took an elevator up to the BL Boutique.

She shrieked as soon as she entered BL Boutique, "Where is Hedy Walker? Get this bitch to me now!"

The receptionist was frightened by Kelly's shrieking voice. She had no choice but to make a hollow smile and answered, "Mrs. Thomas, welcome to BL Boutique. Ms. Walker now is working on your exclusive robe."

"Why does it take you so long to fabricate a robe? Is this the working efficiency of BL Boutique?" Kelly squealed and made a grim laugh.

Today, BL Boutique was busy. And there were many customers coming for customization. Most of them darted a detestable look at Kelly.

Kelly was oblivious of it, for her husband was Wayne Thomas. No one could compare to her. Those women were just nobody. How dare they sit in judgement on her?

In the design studio, Jeffrey heard Kelly's yelling and took an anxious look at Hedy.

Hedy didn't hurry. She finished her last process, checked it quickly and turned to Jeffrey and Sherry, "You two get the rest of it done. I'll go outside and talk to Mrs. Thomas."

"Ok. Hedy, be careful." Sherry concernedly said.

As Hedy nodded, she got to her feet and walked out.

The receptionist had ushered Kelly into the reception room already.

Hedy saw Kelly was holding a cup of coffee and was about to pour it towards her as she entered the reception room. When she poured the coffee over, Hedy dodged it quickly. With a hollow smile on the face, Hedy said, "If Mrs. Thomas doesn't like coffee, just let us know. It is easy to clean up the carpet, but very difficult to wipe out the gossips, if all ladies and girls saw what you were trying to do to me. They may say Mrs. Thomas was a bad bitch, and I don't think you want to hear any of it."

"Hedy Walker, stop making your hollow smile to me. You think I don't know what you intend to do, don't you?"

Kelly stared coldly at Hedy, and snapped in a warning tone, "In that year, the reason why I could steal Wayne from you was I was the one he loved."

"And now, you gave birth for an asshole. You are too dirty to contest with me for Wayne, don't you understand?"

Kelly almost roared out those words, with her face taut with rage.

But Hedy was still calm. She smiled and said coolly, "Mrs. Thomas and Mr. Thomas are a married couple very much in love, aren't they? Or what? Do you fear to lose your marriage in a way that you get?" "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about."

Kelly's face was reddened by Hedy's ironic words, and she snapped in a sharp voice, "Hedy Walker, I warn you now. Don't you dare come and flirt with Wayne again. You are a silly bitch. That's why you get down to such a situation, and no one owes debts to you."

"Mrs. Thomas is telling me the truth. I hope Mrs. Thomas can keep her words in mind." Hedy smile slightly.

Kelly was so furious about Hedy's calmness. She sneered, "I am not telling lies. In that year, you signed on the divorce agreement by yourself, to give in all property that your parents inherit to you to Wayne, didn't you remember?"

Kelly's words hit Hedy really hard deep inside her heart.

Hedy slightly raised her head, and said, in a cooler voice, "I dare to give in to him, and I definitely have the capability to take them all back."

Kelly laughed out as if she was amused by a funny joke, and she sneered at Hedy, "I advise you not to approach Wayne with such a bad thought. He is farther beyond your reach than he was in five year ago." "If you are so confident about it, why do you come and warn me in this way?" Hedy got Kelly pissed off again without much saying.

Kelly gritted her teeth very hard. She said, with eyes full of indignation, "Do you mean you come back for him?"

"What I come back for is none of your business, and you are just one of my clients here."

Hedy's eye was with elation. She looked at Kelly, stretched out her hand, and asked in an indifferent voice, "You told us before that you want to inlay the biggest diamond onto the robe, do you bring it with now? The robe is pretty much done now, and can you give it to me?"

"The diamond is just one of decorations of the robe, isn't it? As the designer, you are full charge of all the decorations, and of course, including the diamond, aren't you? And now, you are requesting a diamond from me?" Kelly noticed that couldn't humiliate Hedy, so she just made a fuss about the robe.

Kelly should infamize Hedy as soon as possible, and the first move was to made her unemployed.
