Promised To The Alpha Twins -
Chapter 67
There was a long pause of silence followed by two m***s. Astonishment and thick waves of increased desire flowed from the twins. They were impatient and hungry, ready to devour me completely at the first opportunity.
I was beginning to understand both of them. Both could be gentle lovers if the occasion required it, but both loved the mix of pain and pleasure, having me completely undone around them. Screams, m***s, tremors.
They wanted me to melt under their hands, my body completely attuned to their whims and caresses. As much as I loved their gentle side, I wanted the side that would devour me completely. I craved the wild dominance, the agony, and the pleasure of each forceful thrust.
“Tell me if it was too rough, Sussan,” Ethan murmured as a warning, “Don’t suffer for us.”
Before I could respond, Ethan’s c**k slid through my lips with renewed force. I couldn’t tell where they began and I ended. My whole body trembled with pleasure and the strength with which they both thrust.
Liam’s words turned into incoherent grunts, his flesh colliding with mine. Even Ethan was left speechless and mercilessly thrust himself between my lips. With each jolt of pleasure, my eyes rolled back, and my toes curled.
‘Damn, she likes it rough,’ Liam m****d, delivering another sharp slap to my buttocks.”
“She’s f*****g perfect, so perfect,” Ethan growled, filling my throat completely before pulling out again.
“Do you hear that, darling?” Liam growled. “You’re ours. Every inch of you belongs to us, even your little p***y.”
I could feel the unspoken words through their emotions. Through the overwhelming awe and the blossoming bud of love that flourished between us. I was entirely theirs, just as they were mine.
The emotion was tiny, a small flower in bloom spreading its sweet scent all over the world. I had never felt this emotion before, never experienced it for myself. It wasn’t love, not yet, but it was the beginning of love. The compassion and familiarity you feel when you see someone you care about.
The overwhelming need to protect them, to keep them by your side for the rest of your days. The sweet yet strong emotion washed over me like my own tsunami. It brought incredible pleasure and comfort, and it made me want to revolve around the two of them.

Upon the sharp scream that escaped from my mouth, I felt Liam stiffen and throb inside of me. The wild sounds coming from the two of them would echo forever in my ears, tormenting and exciting me for eternity.
His eyes seemed to darken as my throat worked, swallowing his load entirely. The three of us collapsed onto the blanket they had laid out in the clearing, our chests rising and falling, our bodies happily spent. That’s when I looked around and audibly gasped.
I was surprised at how accurate my senses had been. We were in a large clearing. Patches of wildflowers grew in clusters around the circular field. A thick stream meandered through the clearing, creating a small cascade with a pile of rocks on one side. But what astonished me the most were the flickering lights hanging from the trees. There were several lanterns scattered about, casting a warm glow over the dark forest floor.
“Did you both set this up?” I asked, my voice calm and weak.
The small flower of love on their chests was the only response I needed. I blinked to hold back the tears that stung my eyes, unable to understand why someone would do something like this for me.
“You’re our mate,” Liam murmured, pulling me into his warm embrace. He wiped away the stray tear that managed to escape my eye. “It’s much more than just a title. You were made for us, just as we were made for you.”
“You’re the most important thing to us, darling,” Ethan whispered from behind me, his strong hands rubbing my shoulders and back. “More important than our family, our pack. You’re all that matters.”
I wasn’t sure how long I stayed there, wrapped in their arms and overwhelmed by their intense emotions. I had never felt so relaxed, so happy in my entire life. This, this was all I would ever need. No matter what challenges lie ahead, I would face them all for another moment like this.
It must have been about an hour before we finally stirred. I hadn’t even realized how naked I was compared to the two of them. Completely exposed and vulnerable as I let them hold me and caress me. I could feel a strong blush staining my cheeks, but I didn’t dare to move.
“Now, let’s see why we brought you here,” Liam chuckled, pulling me up to my feet.
“So, you didn’t bring me here just to have s*x with me?” I joked, laughing at the two of them.
“No, but if I have to see you naked for another minute, I’m not sure I can control myself,” Ethan growled, his eyes roaming over my exposed body before returning to my face.
“We brought you here to shift,” Liam interjected, unable to contain himself as his eyes lingered on my exposed form.
At Liam’s words, Gea came to life with a roar. She had been giving me alone time with the twins, allowing me to develop my own emotions and feelings towards the two of them. She had been restless for some time now, trying not to beg me to give her a chance to run. At the first opportunity, the self-imposed silence flew out the window.
“Gea would love that, very much,” I snorted, trying not to nod too eagerly.
“You’ve only shifted once, so it’s still going to hurt,” Ethan frowned, “As your mates, we can ease the pain a little.”
“Well, I’m not entirely sure how I shifted the first time,” I furrowed my brow, shifting my weight as I tried not to blush. The cool breeze running through the clearing brushed against my naked skin, spreading the already heady scent of my arousal. I pushed the thoughts from my mind, determined to give Gea a little freedom before returning to the twins’ bed. “I panicked and did it.”
“We can help you learn to shift,” Liam assured me.
“Near…”
Just as the word escaped Ethan’s lips, the two twins stiffened. Their eyes clouded over, as I had seen many times in the past. Someone was mentally linking with them. It had happened quite a bit in the past, mainly with Jacob and Michael. The soft emotions that radiated from them abruptly ceased. Anger, fury, worry, and fierce protectiveness seeped through their pores. I found myself shivering as the emotions washed over me. The depth of their anger was unfathomable, like a bloodthirsty monster locked in a flimsy cage.
“s**t,” Ethan hissed, his fiery eyes meeting Liam’s.
I’ll wait with Sussan. Liam replied, his words coming out fast and furious. Get Jacob and Michael to meet us here. I’ll catch up with her once she’s safe.
“Alright.” Ethan growled, his eyes flickering toward me before returning to his brother. “Make sure they know; something happens to her, and they’re dead.”
“They already know.” Liam exclaimed. “Now, go!”
Before I could even open my mouth to speak, Ethan had me enveloped in his arms. I let out a silent sigh as his arms held me tight. His lips pressed against mine in a heated k**s, one I had not experienced before. Desperation, fear, worry, anger, and protection all wrapped up in a mind-boggling k**s. I didn’t like the feeling; I didn’t like how the k**s felt too much like a farewell.
“What’s happening?” I asked somewhat frantically, watching Ethan run off into the woods.
There’s been an attack, a big one. Liam grimaced, pulling me close to his chest. His words were low and soothing, but they did nothing to erase the fear from every corner of my mind. Jacob and Michael are coming; they’ll take you to one of our shelters. We’re getting you away from this fight, Sussan.
“But what about you and Ethan…”
“We´ll survive, dear,” Liam murmured, brushing the hair away from my face. “We’ve trained for this since we could walk. Our dad may not seem like it now, but he’s one of the best warriors who’s walked this earth. We can handle this, but we can’t have you near the fights.”
He took off his shirt and pulled it over my head. After helping me put on sweatpants, he pulled me back into his arms. I wanted to scream, to break free from his grasp and plead. I could help, I know I could, but Liam was right. What if I got in danger? What if something happened to them because they were trying to protect me? I couldn’t live with myself if anything happened to either of them. It wasn’t just having two mates; it was the fact that they both held a piece of my soul. I needed them both, not one, but both.
Liam drew me in for the same mind-boggling k**s that Ethan had given me. I savored the taste on my lips, unwilling to give voice to the furious storm of fear swirling in my gut. The night had been perfect, so perfect, but it ended in catastrophic horror. I wouldn’t lose them, not tonight. I repeated this in my head like a mantra, but I couldn’t quell the anxiety I felt.
Jacob and Michael leaped into the clearing on all fours, tongues hanging out in heavy panting.
“If I shift, I can run faster,” I exhaled, scanning both of the wolves with my eyes.
Jacob was the color of sand, with flecks of chocolate-colored fur. Michael was pure silver, much like the color of his human eyes. Both were easily the size of bears, reminding me of when I first saw Liam and Ethan in wolf form. It was still awe-inspiring to see these massive creatures with both wolf and human souls.
“Shifting would allow you to travel faster, but we can’t take that risk,” Liam said, shaking his head. “You’re safer in human form. As much as I hate this, I need you to get on Jacob’s back.”
Jacob’s wolf let out a low growl that seemed like an appropriate response. Liam gave Jacob a grateful look before gripping my shoulders and lifting me up. Once I settled on Jacob’s back, his thick fur between my fingers, Liam gave me one last heated look. The look contained the emotions of both Liam and Ethan. How far they were willing to go for me and how truly motivated they were to get back to me.
I watched with bated breath as Liam moved and bounded into the forest. Jacob and Michael followed swiftly, heading in the opposite direction. My stomach was now a mess of nerves and restlessness. Every jolt, bump, or tremble I felt churned my stomach. Jacob did what he could to avoid the loose branches hanging from trees, but I still felt the scratch against my skin.
It was almost half an hour before I felt it. A dull tingle at the back of my mind, radiating to my temples and down my chest. Suddenly, the tingle intensified, tormenting my body with wave after wave of unfathomable pain.
“Something’s wrong!” My voice came out as a hiss, ripping through the dull noise of paws hitting the ground. “Liam! Ethan!”
Fear, a fear so strong I couldn’t bear it, shot through me. It was the overwhelming kind of fear that led to horrible acts of desperation. Anything, I would do anything to erase that fear from my chest. As soon as the fear shook my body, I released Jacob’s fur. I twisted my body, throwing myself off his back without a single care. Rocks and uneven turns dug into my skin, some drawing b***d. I could feel the sticky liquid dripping from my split l*p.
Just as Jacob and Michael came to a stop, I was on my feet. The two wolves jumped behind me, running through the forest to aid their fallen Luna.
Fear and desperation had helped me shift once, and it would do so again. I closed my eyes and felt my human self slipping away. I pulled Gea to the forefront of my mind, and it took very little convincing for her to take control. The pain that exploded beneath my skin was nothing compared to the agony and fear I felt from every corner of my mind. The connection I had with Liam and Ethan, even without the mark, was becoming apparent. I wasn’t sure how I knew it, but something had gone wrong.
A flash of white settled behind my eyes, and when I opened them, I was sitting on all fours. Jacob and Michael hesitated for a moment, feeling surprised and amazed to see a white wolf in flesh and b***d.
I used their surprise to my advantage, leaping into the forest. I had no idea where I was going, but it didn’t matter. I trusted my senses to lead me to the twins, letting their emotions guide me like a brightly lit thread. As I got closer and closer, the pain and fear increased.
When I broke out of the tree line, I knew. One of them had been hurt.
