Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 1004

It was at the end of March in Ice city.

When it was late into the night, the entire city became quiet, but the hustle and bustle of city life in the bar streets only just started up.

Water was flowing quietly from the faucet. A girl turned it off and looked up at her face with heavy makeup in the mirror. She had tied all her long hair behind the head, revealing her beautiful face. Though she was in a tight leather outfit with thick eyeliners, it could be seen that she was a pretty young girl.

Anthea waved her hands to shake off the water and took the paper next to her to dry them.

Men and women shared the hand basins outside the washrooms. When she turned back, she saw a man wearing glasses behind her. He was glancing at her with a sly look.

Feeling disgusted, Anthea glared at him fiercely. "Fuck off!"

She threw the paper ball into the trash can and strode away.

It was normal to come across such a situation in such a bar. Anthea knew it before she came here.

Today, she was here to accompany her roommates. Holly Wurl, who lived in her lower berth below hers, was disappointed in love. A few roommates were making efforts to help her out of the shadow. Finally, someone proposed to spend a crazy night in a bar to relax...

Her roommates chose the outfit for Anthea.

Anthea's hip-length skirt made her feel that her butt would be exposed at any time. So, she pulled it down a little bit to make sure that it covered her butt and went back to the bar counter.

Before she could reach it, Alexandria, whose bed was on Anthea's opposite side, ran over with sweats all over her head. "Anthea, something bad has happened..."

"What's wrong?" Anthea did not know it.

"Jane drank too much alcohol and was taken away by a man from the dance pool just now!"

"What?!" Anthea was shocked and hurriedly asked, "Where did he take her?"

Alexandria was out of her wits. "I don't know. There were too many people in the dance pool. When I ran outside, I could not replace her anywhere! Anthea, what should we do?!"

They were all Senior Three students in boarding school. There was no class on Saturday, so they sneaked out to have some fun. However, various kinds of people, good or bad, would come to relax in bars. If a girl were taken away, the consequences would be too dreadful to think more about it!

Anthea was also very flustered. She gritted her teeth and said, "Let's go look for her!"

The other two girls in the dormitory also quickly began to search for Jane in the bar with her.

It was a large two-floor bar full of people, so it was challenging to replace someone. But how could they dare to give up? Anthea was extremely anxious. Suddenly, she caught something out of the corner of her eye.

Not far away, she finally found her roommate Holly. At this time, a tall and strong man was coercing her into going to the stairs.

In the colorful lights of the bar, she could tell that the man was very strong and burly, the muscles of his arms bulging.

Anthea gritted her teeth, grabbed a bottle of wine from the bar counter next to her, and rushed over.

"Stop right there!" she shouted.

Meanwhile, she threw the bottle at the back of the man's head.

In the next second, there was a huge sound of impact.

"BANG-"

Although she rushed over without warning, the man reacted extremely fast. The moment the wine bottle being smashed down, he raised his right hand and blocked it. The wine bottle broke into pieces in an instant, the liquid inside and its fragments scattering on the ground.

Anthea was a little dumbfounded. It seemed that she did not expect this either.

Unlike the wretched man she had imagined, the man looked very handsome and stern. He seemed to be a strong-willed and decent man.

He was also very tall, about 1.88 meters, so she had to look up at him. He wore a very simple army green shirt and trousers, his feet in a pair of military boots. There was a watch on his left wrist. Looking into his black, deep-set eyes, Anthea felt her heart tremble.

But soon, she ignored his outstanding appearance and went straight up to scold him. "Hey, let go of my classmate! Who are you? Do you know who she is? How could you take a girl out like this?! You look like a decent gentleman, but how could you do this kind of immoral thing?!"

"Anthea, he..."

Holly, the classmate, dragged over by her, pressed on the temples to calm herself down, and tried to explain something.

However, Anthea thought she was afraid, so she stood in front of her like a hen protecting its chicks. "Jane, don't be afraid. I'm here. No one can hurt you today!"

She stood before her, raising her chin and fearlessly confronting the man.

The man blocked the wine bottle that she threw at him with his right hand. She had used almost all her strength to hit him. As a result, the back of his hand was severely mangled, much blood gushing out from the wounds. Within a few seconds, the blood had soaked his cuff.

As Anthea looked at the large area of harsh red, her palm became sweaty. Dizziness overcame her, blurring her vision.

She tried hard to suppress the bad feeling and secretly adjusted her breathing. She pointed at him through the air and shouted in a bluff, "Listen! I dare you to lay your eyes on her again! We have a lot of friends here. If each of us comes to hit you with a bottle of wine, we can smash your head!"

However, the man remained unmoved and asked in an indifferent voice, "Are you done?"

Perhaps it was because of the pair of military boots under his feet, or his powerful aura, that she felt a

deterrent force pressing against her.

Anthea's heart was beating very fast, but she could not show fear. She put out the imposing manner as she scolded the man with glasses in the bathroom. "If you still want to do something dirty and evil to her, won't let go of you! How could a soldier take a girl away by force? You dirty soldier! Shame on you! You bring shame to your country and its people! Believe it or not, I'll go to the army and sue you!"

At this time, the other two roommates also rushed over. They called the security guards in the bar over when they saw what had happened.

Seeing that more people joined her side, Anthea became more confident.

It was not safe for them to stay any longer, so they supported Holly and left in a hurry. But when they turned around, Anthea was still in a rage, so she turned back and cursed fiercely, "Army ruffian!" As soon as they ran all the way out of the bar, they got in a taxi and hurried back to the school.

The four girls crowded in a car. Anthea, who sat in the front passenger seat, looked at the bar, which was getting farther and farther away from them in the rearview mirror, and finally breathed a sigh of relief. Though she was a young girl, she dare gallantly battle on alone! It could be seen from her brave action just now.

In fact, there was still a lingering fear in her heart. The man was so tall and so strong. Even though he was wearing long sleeves, she could still see the muscle lines of his forearms. If she insisted on confronting him there, both Holly and she might be in danger.

"Phew!" Anthea turned to look at her friends in the back seats. "We are finally out of danger. Jane, you shouldn't have drunk so much. If you were really taken out of the bar by that man, we wouldn't be able to replace you. What would you do?"

"That's right. It's too dangerous!" Alexandria echoed.

Rosie, sitting on the right, also nodded. "Fortunately, Anthea saw you in time. Otherwise, we would end up in a desperate situation now!"

Listening to their words, Holly, who was holding her head with both hands in a daze, finally had a chance to speak. She said, "Anthea, you misunderstood it! That man was not the rogue who took me away. It was he who saved me..."
