Adam, the indulgent ruler, didn't change his mind.

He not only canceled the evening assembly but also was already driving the green jeep across the bridge.

Right now, the evening lights were on. The city had been lit by neon lights, and there were bright and prosperous scenes everywhere. Anthea took a look at the building in front of them and asked, "Are we going to watch a movie?"

"Yes." Adam nodded.

On the way here, she said that she was thirsty. As soon as they came out of the elevator, Adam asked her to replace the movie she wanted to see first while he lined up to get her something to drink. Two minutes later, Adam came back with a huge cup of cola in his hand.

It was the most popular kind at moment and was specially prepared for couples. The staff was very considerate and put two straws in the cup.

Before Adam handed it to her, he took out one of the straws and threw it into the trash can.

Anthea took two big sips and saw him raise the cup to his lips. He bit the straw that she had just put in her mouth and took two sips.

Her little face was red.

Adam raised his eyebrows and asked, "Anthea, are you in a better mood now?"

Anthea smiled and had two small dimples on her cheeks, She nodded honestly. "I feel much better!"

The corners of Adam's lips curled up slightly. He held her hand and led her to the ticket office.

They decided to have a date at the last minute, so they didn't choose the ticket online in advance.

Instead, they came to the cinema and lined up to buy tickets. The queue wasn't long. Anthea looked up at the electronic screen overhead, wondering what to watch.

There was also a couple behind Anthea. They looked like college students who couldn't get enough of each other. They wrapped their arms around each other even when they were queuing. The boy pointed to a post in a different style.

"Baby, let's watch this movie!"

"A horror movie? No, it must be scary. What should I do if I'm afraid?"

There was still some time before the movie started, so they went to the waiting area.

On the other end was Master Hsu's benevolent laughter. "Anthea, you haven't called grandpa for a long time. Is the military training tiring? Have you been eating well?"

Anthea felt ashamed.

It seemed that Adam wasn't the only one that had been carried away by love. She was the same. After the military training started, he appeared out of the

blue and became her chief instructor. She couldn't look away from him and had forgotten to call her grandfather.

Anthea quickly said, "Grandpa, don't worry. I'm very well! How are you recently?"

"I'm still the same. I'm very tough!" Master Hsu laughed and then suddenly asked, "Anthea, are you watching a movie outside?"

Anthea's face suddenly turned pale.

She almost unconsciously broke away from Adam's grip in a fluster.

Her long eyelashes trembled slightly like a frightened butterfly. She looked around and her voice shook slightly."... Grandpa, have you seen me?"

Master Hsu smiled and said, "Of course I haven't. I'm drinking tea at home, and I don't have eyes that can see you from a thousand miles away. I just heard the broadcasting on your end!" Hearing this, Anthea breathed a sigh of relief.
