Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 1278

Carter hit the brake and stopped the jeep at the roadside.

"What's wrong, Captain Chin?" Carter wondered what had happened and turned back.

He saw that Adam still held that pose and held Anthea in his arms. His military coat wrapped around her, only revealing her head. Her hair was cascading down.

Under the shadow of the neon lights, she looked very painful.

Adam ordered Carter to stop the car and Carter did so. Then, he was at a loss.

Before getting in the car, Anthea asked to go to the hospital. But at this moment, there was no hospital around. Carter looked out of the window, "Why did we suddenly stop here? Aren't we going to the hospital? There seems to be only two hotels around..."

Carter suddenly muted.

He reacted slowly. He finally understood what was wrong with Anthea!

Carter's eyebrows was flying up and he snickered, "Hehehe, I understand, Captain Chin! You're not planning to send sister-in-law to the hospital. You want to help her yourself, don't you? But isn't that a little shameless? Ahem, you're losing the reputation of a serviceman!"

Adam's eyes narrowed, "What did you say?"

Carter shivered and immediately switched to flattery mode, "I was kidding! What I mean is that Captain Chin has a fearless spirit to devote himself. Sister-in-law needs you now. There is no one else in the world can replace you to quench her fire!"

"Get off and disappear." Adam said in a deep voice.

Hearing this, Carter immediately turned off the engine and jumped out of the car, disappearing in the night like wind.

Adam raised his long arms and carried Anthea out of the car. Then, he strode into a five-star hotel.

Ten minutes later, in the Administrative Suite.

There was no light in the room. The starlight poured in from the floor-to-ceiling windows and scattered all over the floor.

Adam, tall and strong, stood on the carpet before the window with his black military boots.

He did not wear a jacket. There was only a military shirt on him. His face had a fine outline. With a cigarette in his hand, smoke rose slowly as he smoke, and his deep dark eyes became deeper. Adam stared at the big bed.

With the dim light of night outside behind him, he was like a crouching beast.

He locked his prey firmly and was waiting for the right time to attack.

Anthea lay on the bed with her eyes closed. Her long eyelashes were trembling, and her cheeks were red like morning glow.

She had obviously lost her mind, the drug was completely exerted at this moment. Her forehead was covered with thin sweat, her body kept twisting, and her mouth made a very small sound. "Clap clap..."

Suddenly, with a very soft sound, the military uniform coat on her fell to the ground.

The starlight outlined her figure, and her eyebrows were enchanting.

Adam took two deep puffs of smoke, put out the smoke in the ashtray, strode to the end of the bed, and bent over to kneel beside her.

He called her, "Anthea."

Hearing the voice, Anthea instinctively looked at the direction of the voice.

Adam took the opportunity to hold her hand, which was as soft and smooth as the best silk. Once he held it, he would not be willing to let it go.

He lowered his head and completely absorbed all her breath.

Different from that night in the restaurant, this time, he seduced her with strength as well as gentleness.

His desire expanded like ripples.

Adam's dark eyes were as dark as a black whirlpool.

Six years had passed.

His desire accumulated and would erupt at anytime. He wanted to bring back all her love.

Adam was still restraining himself.

After kissing, both of them were out of breath.

Anthea, who was unconscious, only felt that her body was about to be burned by fire. She couldn't withstand it anymore.

She kept trying to nuzzle into his arms with a painful expression as if he was the only one who could save her.

Anthea whispered in a hoarse voice, "Hot, want..."

Looking at her twining around him like vines, he caressed her red lips.

His thin lips slowly drew a sly smile as he said naughtily, "You asked for it." The night had just begun.

Anthea woke up in the morning and felt like she had been crushed by a car.

Her body hurt all over.

When she opened her eyes, the bright sunshine outside made her narrow her eyes. Then she found herself in a strange environment and quickly realized that it was a hotel. Anthea began to recall what happened last night.

Fragments of her memories flooded into her mind. What happened in the bar, Adam's unexpected appearance, his rescuing her, and then she was carried into the car by him... Anthea subconsciously propped up her arm only to touch a warm block.

In panic, she looked over and saw Adam's handsome and robust facial features. His dark eyes closed, and there was newly-grown stubble on his chin.

Last night, she was drugged.

Anthea had knew that she was drugged last night. She had similar experiences in this aspect and she was certain.

Anthea pulled the quilt off and found herself naked.

The two of them had sex last night!

This knowledge made Anthea almost shout out in a low voice.

She glanced at Adam Chin, who was still sleeping soundly beside her. She closed her eyes and quickly calmed down. She got out of the bed quietly, picked up the messy clothes one by one, and put them on. Both of her feet were trembling, and she staggered like a penguin.

She carried her shoes and left without drawing Adam's notice.

The sound of footsteps drifted further and further away, and then, only faint sound of the door closing could be heard.

Adam slowly opened his eyes.

He had his arms behind his head. The sun was shining on his handsome face, and there was no trace of laziness in his dark eyes.

When Anthea returned to the apartment, she quickly washed up and hurried to the hospital.

She pretended that nothing had happened and went to work as usual. But she would quietly knead her waist when no one was watching her.

The battle last night was intense. When she went back, she found that there was no intact place on her body.

There were full of traces left by him.

Anthea finished her work in the operating room and got out. Along the way, she looked around as if she was guarding something.

When she suddenly saw a green figure, she held her breath.

After seeing clearly that it was a relative of a patient in green clothes, Anthea breathed a sigh of relief.

Seeing this, Mila, who was walking toward her, could not help but ask, "Director Lee, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, I'm fine!" Anthea shook her head. She looked in the direction of the nurse station and asked tentatively and nervously, "Ahem, Mila, no one came to see me today, right? I mean except for the patients?"

Mila shook her head, "No..."

"Okay!" Anthea felt a little relieved.

As time went by, the sun gradually sank to the west.

Anthea gradually relaxed. After coming out of the ward, she went all the way to the office while reading the casebook.

As she approached the office, she saw a pair of black military boots.
