Purchased A Mr. Right -
Chapter 1556
After arriving at the floor Dylan's room was at, Tina came out of the elevator.
The guest room area was also decorated luxuriously as the lobby at the first floor. In addition to the western style painting in the corridor, there was also a carpet on the ground. Stepping on it would hardly make any sound.
Tina walked over to a suite.
She raised her hand and knocked on the door.
For some reason, she felt like she was being followed.
Tina frowned and looked back subconsciously. Except for a sweeping staff who pushed the car away, she did not notice anything unusual. Perhaps it was that she thought too much.
When she wanted to continue looking around for anything suspicious, the door in front of her opened at this time.
Dylan stood inside, dressed in a black suit, which set off his tall and straight figure. Like Wilson, he was also a man who took good care of his figure.
With the light on his back, his handsome
facial features were shrouded in a halo.
Tina's eyes focused on the suit that she couldn't be more familiar with. She quickly moved away her gaze when she thought of what he said when he was interviewed.
After seeing her, Dylan said, "You're here! Let's talk inside!"
After that, he entered the room.
Tina had no choice but to follow after him with her bag.
Dylan lived in a suite. After entering, there was a living room inside with a ceiling-to-floor window. The neon lights of the city could be seen clearly.
Before Tina knocked on the door, Dylan had been standing in front of the window with a can of beer and enjoying the night scene.
He seemed to have just returned from the studio, and tiredness could be found in his eyes.
After Tina entered, she took out the file she brought from her bag. "Dylan, this is the material of the project! Have a look. If you're not satisfied with anything, you can tell me and I'll adjust it. If there aren't any problems, we can finalize the filming time as soon as possible!"
"Yes." Dylan nodded.
There were only two people in the room. The atmosphere was not romantic but
depressing.
Tina knew the best how bad their relation had been in the past five years.
Seeing that he had no intention of reading, she put the document on the tea table and said, "I'll put it here first. When you have the time to finish reading it, you can call me or anyone in the station!" The task was done and she was ready to leave, "You should go to bed early, I'll go first!"
As soon as she turned around, she was suddenly stopped by Dylan.
"Tina!"
Dylan caught her hand.
Tina's gaze fell on his hand. She compressed her lips, "What's wrong? What else..."
She didn't say the following words because Dylan suddenly held her face and pressed his lips against her lips.
Tina's pupils dilated.
She was shocked. When she realized what had happened, she immediately struggled.
Dylan breathed with the smell of alcohol, like a drunken man, trying to seize her breath.
Tina desperately tried to push him away, but the physical strength between men and women had great gap. In the end, she could only clench her teeth in anger.
The smell of blood spread between their lips and teeth.
Dylan let go in pain.
Tina took two steps back and clenched her hands into fists. She wanted to raise her hand and give him a slap to sober him up. She gritted her teeth and said, "Dylan Koo, you have drunk too much!" It was just a can of beer. How could he drink too much?
But if she didn't explain in this way, how could she explain his behavior...
Dylan's lower lip was stained with blood, and he hugged her as if he had lost his sanity.
"I didn't drink much. I'm sober now!" Dylan's indifferent voice suddenly became a little humble. "Tina, I surrender!"
Tina was speechless.
Dylan surrendered.
He had always hated Tina for the past five years.
He hated her coldness, her ruthlessness, and her abandoning him. He hated her so much, but he still uncontrollably paid attention to her every move after their meeting again five years later.
He wouldn't hate her if he had never loved her.
Dylan gave up struggling. He couldn't deny
that he still couldn't forget her.
He still loved her.
If it weren't for the fact that he still loved her in his heart, he wouldn't have been so panicked when her foot was injured even thought he pretended to be indifferent during the anniversary. He wouldn't have deliberately asked the chief operator to let Tina take charge of the project to meet her.
He wouldn't have prepared so many carsickness plasters for all the staff. In fact, it was just for her alone. He wouldn't have been so furious when he heard she said that she had forgotten her first kiss. Over the past five years, Dylan hadn't changed his phone number.
He didn't change it because he ridiculously thought that she might regret and call him. But she never did.
Dylan let out a long sigh. It was more like surrender to fate than to himself.
He held her tightly and threw away his pride, "Tina, I could forgive everything you did in the past five years! Even if you abandoned me, I don't mind. Let the past go. Let's forget the unpleasant things in the pas and start over again, okay?"
Tina froze.
Her face was full of disbelief, and then her eyes turned red.
So humble his tone was.
Dylan had never been like this before, even it was when he pursued her. He was a musical talent with so much pride. So passionate and cool he was when he pursued her. But at this time, he tried to retain this lost relationship in a nearly begging tone.
It was like an arrow thudded into her heart.
Tina secretly gritted her teeth, as if what she inhaled was not air, but blade. She felt heartrending at each breath.
Dylan said word by word, "Tina, as long as you nod, we can be together again and fulfill our promises!"
Tina shook her head.
Her voice was very low, burying the bitterness and sadness deeply. "No... I don't want to!"
For a moment, Tina almost nodded.
But it was impossible.
Five years ago, they had separated ways. She didn't deserve him. Five years later, she was Wilson's lover and had a daughter. He also had his own fiancee...
Tina's heart withered.
She pushed him away, her eyes determined.
Dylan's straight figure even staggered by her push.
He waited for Tina at the Civil Affairs Bureau for an entire day and night. After that, he drove around the city like a madman in search of her. In the end, a car accident occurred and he was sent overseas for treatment.
After waking up, Lilith Yuen told him that Tina insisted on breaking up with him, and also cut off her relationship with the Koo family. At that time, Dylan thought that she was actually so determined to abandon him.
He had almost given up his self-esteem to try to save this relationship, but she refused him again.
The disappointment and anger in Dylan's eyes could almost dismember her. "Tina Hall, I'm really crazy that I dared to take out my heart for you to trample again five years later after you treated me like that!" There was so much pain in Tina's heart that she almost burst into tears.
But she held back, turned around and left quickly.
Outside the hotel, a white RV had been parking there since Tina went up.
