Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 1747

The night was getting darker and darker.

The bright moonlight shed into the ward, while Isla was lying on the hospital bed like an angel.

After a few more days, Tina would be allowed to take her daughter out of the hospital.

After saying goodbye to the illness, Isla would finally be able to have a healthy and happy childhood.

Tina's countenance was relaxed.

Isla yawned and said in a childish voice, "Good night, Mom..."

"Good night!" Tina smiled.

After Isla fell asleep, Tina left the ward quietly.

As the distance was short, Tina chose to walk home directly.

It was still not too late at this time of the night. The lamplights were bright, and there were many pedestrians walking on the road.

As Tina was approaching the residential building she lived, she suddenly halted her footsteps.

In front of the building, a white Porsche Panamera was parked. Dylan, who was tall and slender, was leaning against the car, with a cigarette in his mouth. His handsome and cool face looked a little gloomy at this moment.

It seemed as if he had waited a long time for two or three cigarette butts on the ground.

After seeing her, Dylan put out his cigarette immediately. "Tina!"

Tina looked away from expressionlessly. As if she didn't see him, she directly entered the building.

Dylan went after Tina.

The stairs were old and outmoded, while the motion- sensor lights slowly lit up one after another with the sound of footsteps.

The orange lamplight was shed on the stairs, while the shadows swayed.

Tina didn't halt her steps, and Dylan was following closely behind her.

"I'm sorry, Tina!"

Dylan chased after her, his voice hoarse and bitter. "I'm here to apologize to you. I hope you can forgive me! I don't have anything to justify myself on this matter. I shouldn't have used my Dad's fake diagnosis to deceive you, and even try to tie you up with a marriage. It was my fault. Tina, I'm regretting it!"

In fact, not long after the plot to cheat Tina and As pry was carried out, Dylan began to regret it.

However, there was no chance of turning back for him. Dylan could only bite the bullet and go down the path until the plot was accidentally discovered by Tina.

As the saying goes, "Paper cannot wrap up fire". Dylan did regret his choice, yet it was useless.

He was afraid that Tina would be disappointed at him, look down upon him, or even treat him like an enemy, which made him feel unbearably painful.

As the two of them climbed up, they were about to reach the floor where Tina's house was in.

When Tina reached the corner of the stairs, she finally halted her steps.

Seeing this, Dylan immediately continued, "It's all my fault. I know you're angry with me and disappointed at me. I want to make up for what I have done wrong! Tina, I really wished to start with you again, and that's why I made such a big mistake. We have lost five years of time, I just wanted to replace back our golden memories, although too urgently..."

Dylan acted as if he was a religious believer who had done something wrong, but at the same time trying to repent to the victim.

Tina remained silent.

After a while, she looked up at Dylan and said, "Dylan, I accept your apology!"

Although she said that, her expression and eyes were very cold and indifferent, as if the two former lovers were now separated by mountains and rivers.

Dylan's eyes were firmly fixed on Tina. "I heard that you brought a blind- date target to the hospital today. I know you did it on purpose. You wanted to convince my Dad completely. You wanted him to give up the idea of making us a couple!"

Dylan was not in the hospital during the daytime.

After learning about it, Dylan came over here to wait for, but she refused to answer his phone calls. For this reason, Dylan waited here until Tina returned.

Tina's face darkened, and she said flatly, "It has nothing to do with you. Dylan, I'll forgive you, but that's all! In the future, let's treat each other as strangers!" Dylan felt as if he was falling down from a cliff.

All of a sudden, he realized that Tina was getting farther and farther away from him.

Tina added, "You can leave now. It's getting late. I need to go back home and have a rest!"

Dylan's face turned pale. He gazed at Tina's face as if he had thousands of words to say to her.

In the end, he could only say one sentence, "Tina, I'm sorry!"

Tina didn't respond to him.

She had emphasized that she was willing to forgive him just now.

She was indeed very angry about this incident of being cheated by Dylan. However, there was also a bright side in it: Aspry's cancer diagnosis turned out to be fake.

At least, As pry was not faced with life-threatening danger now. He could keep on leading the life of an ordinary old man.

Dylan turned around and left her in low spirits.

The dull sound of footsteps gradually diminished.

Tina continued to walk upstairs. She took out the key from her pocket.

After walking up the last two steps, the sensor lamp near the door lit up.

Tina's eyes widened in bewilderment.

Looking at the tall and strong figure standing in front of her, she asked blankly, "Wilson, why are you here?"

Wilson's hands were in his pockets, and he was wearing a pair of platinum- gilded glasses. The lamplight shed down onto his head and was reflected in the lens. His eyes were as deep as a sea, and he was still so handsome that almost no girl could resist his charming features.

His elongated shadow was thrown on the ground.

At this time, Wilson raised his eyebrows slightly.

He seemed to be a little relaxed now. At least, she didn't call him "President Chin", which sounded hypocritical to some extent.

Tina was surprised. "Just now... Did you hear what we said?" she asked tentatively.

Although the old-fashioned stairs were clean and tidy, the soundproof effect was indeed not so good.

The conversation between Tina and Dylan just now must have been overheard by Wilson, who was only half- floor away from them, as long as his hearing was normal.

Wilson didn't deny it.

Although he had heard something from Selene, he still needed to confirm it personally.

There was no need for him to ask Tina whether it was true now, as everything was clear.

Tina remained silent for two seconds.

Then, she said, "As you have overheard our conversation, I don't need to explain anything to you now. Anyway, I neither broke my promise nor violated my agreement with you. Wilson, no matter what happens, you can't rob me of my daughter's custody right!"

At the end of her words, Tina was somewhat nervous.

When Tina promised As pry in order to console the latter, she was indeed in a dilemma. In fact, she was afraid that Wilson would really take away her daughter's custody right out of anger.

Tina's eyes dimmed as she thought of something else. She said, "You're going to get married to Miss Amery. I'm sure you'll have your own children in the future. You don't need the custody right of Isla, right?" Wilson, however, gave an irrelevant answer. "Tina, don't you ever think of being with Dylan Koo again?"

Tina shook her head. "No!"

She hesitated for a moment and said in a low voice, "We had already broken up for five years when he returned from abroad. Since then I have never thought of being with him again, not even once!" Wilson gazed at her concentratedly.

The gloominess that had been lingering around his heart for a long time seemed to be dispelled suddenly.

The sunshine shining into his inner world was so bright that he felt refreshed and reenergized.

Tina felt her hair stand on end as she was stared at by Wilson in such a concentrated manner.

She took half a step back subconsciously.

However, Wilson suddenly strode forward, approached her, and Tina was then covered by his shadow.

Wilson's voice was low and deep, with a bit of teeth- gritting feeling and a bit of sentimentality. "My little girl, you're going to torment me to death!"

Tina was speechless.

"To tortment Wilson to death?

"Who? Could it be me?" she thought.

Suddenly, Wilson put his hands on the back of Tina's head.

His thin lips left a very tender kiss on her forehead.

It was like a dragonfly skimming the serene surface of a blue lake.

In just two seconds, the kiss ended.

Tina looked up in amazement and saw that there was a gentle smile on Wilson's face under the lamplight.
