Purchased A Mr. Right -
Chapter 1939
After having great sex with Wilson for a whole night, Tina didn't get up until noon.
When she woke up, the sun was already shining brightly outside the window.
Her waist was sore, and her legs were weak. But when she thought that she had to go to the Chin Family today, she forced herself to dress up.
This visit was a temporary decision. Fortunately, Tina had prepared in advance. She had already designed another summer cheongsam for Meadow. It could be used as a gift for this visit.
After a simple meal, they bought some gifts for Bellamy in the mall. They didn't pick up the most expensive ones and chose some catering to Bellamy's taste.
A long time ago, Wilson had planned to visit the Chin Family as his girlfriend, which was what Tina dreamed of.
However, when they arrived at the Chin's Mansion, she still felt nervous.
When the car stopped, Tina's palms became a little sweaty.
Wilson came over to open the door for her.
Just as Tina stretched one leg out of the car, she felt weak and almost fell down.
It was not because she felt nervous, but because she was exhausted after making love with Wilson for a long night.
She and Wilson had made lots of pleasant things in bed many times. But it was the first time that they stayed in bed for a whole day and night. It seemed that Wilson missed her so much after painful months of separation that he was unwilling to part her for a second.
His love for her so much and heavy that Tina almost couldn't bear it.
Visiting her future parents-in-law was a big event for her. However, thinking of her sore arms and legs, she couldn't help looking at Wilson with some bitterness in her eyes.
Wilson reached out to hold her and began to criticize himself seriously. "It's my fault, but I miss you so much!"
He said the last few words with deep affection.
Tina's cheeks turned red.
Wilson put his arm around her waist, wanting to take her into the villa like this.
Tina quickly avoided him in embarrassment, warning him to stay calm. After all, it was her first time visiting his parents, so she had to leave a good impression on him. As soon as they stepped into the villa, the servant reported, "Sir and Madam, the second young master is back!"
Wilson took her hand and walked into the living room.
He greeted, "Mom, Dad."
Tina took a deep breath and greeted them gracefully, "Mr. and Mrs. Chin, nice to meet you!"
She was no stranger to Meadow and Bellamy. She had met Bellamy at the birthday banquet.
Though Tina felt at ease with Meadow, she was a little nervous when she met Bellamy's eyes.
Other than the fact that she had once married Amin, there was also the fact that Bellamy himself looked rather serious. He didn't look like an easy-going person. Bellamy was shocked when he saw Tina.
Just now, he was still thinking about the girl who had a blind date with Wilson. She was the daughter of Meadow's friend. Although he had never seen her before, he heard that the girl was well-educated and reasonable, who would be an excellent daughter-in-law.
At this moment, when he saw Tina, Bellamy's head buzzed. "Miss Hall?"
Tina nodded awkwardly. "Hi..."
Bellamy was so angry that the veins on his forehead stood out. "Wilson! Come upstairs with me!"
Tina was struck dumb.
But Wilson looked calm.
He seemed to have expected Bellamy's reaction and appeared very cool.
Tina was extremely panicked.
Seeing the apparent anger on Bellamy's face, she wanted to retreat. She pulled his sleeve and whispered, "Wilson, maybe, some other day..."
"It's alright!" Wilson smiled at her.
Leaning against her ear, he chuckled and said, "I can handle it."
No matter what, he must take out the needed documents - he was determined to do it.
Wilson saw that her eyes were full of worry and wanted to lean over and kiss her to comfort her. But he was afraid that she would feel uncomfortable before his parents, so he just gently pinched her hand and then followed Bellamy upstairs.
Meadow, who received a hint from her son, stepped forward with a smile and said, "Tina, sit down and let's chat for some time. I'll ask the kitchen to make the bird's nest soup for our afternoon tea time. Each of us can have a bowl!"
The chef first soaked the dried bird's nest and cooked it with water, making it soft and smooth.
Tina held the white porcelain spoon painted with drawings, but she was absent-minded and couldn't restrain herself glancing upstairs from time to time.
Suddenly, there was a loud noise.
"Bang!"
Bellamy must have smashed something violently, and she could vaguely hear his deep bellows.
Tina couldn't sit still. "Auntie, uncle and Wilson..."
"It's alright!" Meadow said the exact words as Wilson to comfort her and explained, "Your uncle has a bad temper and likes smashing things when angry. These are his usual actions. Don't take it super seriously! I'll ask the servants to bring him two more inkstones from the storeroom so that he can continue venting his anger!"
Tina hesitated a little. "But I'm worried..."
Meadow said, "Sometimes, men go through the change of life emotionally just like women! Please give him some time."
Tina had nothing to say to reply.
She put down the bird's nest soup, still feeling worried.
Meadow pulled her up and said, "Come on, accompany me to try the cheongsam you designed for me. It's so beautiful that I can't wait to put it on!"
Tina wanted to speak but stopped on a second thought. Then, she had to follow Meadow obediently.
She didn't know if Wilson could make it as she said.
In the study upstairs, Bellamy threw an inkstone on the desk at Wilson.
However, Wilson slowly took a step aside, and the stone landed next to his foot.
When the high-quality inkstone fell to the ground, it immediately broke into pieces.
Bellamy's voice was like a bell as he cursed angrily, "You bastard! See who you brought back as your girlfriend!"
He had no prejudice against Tina.
However, he had seen her at the banquet and heard others call her Mrs. Stark. At that time, like his wife, he felt sorry for her not being Wilson's wife.
But now, Wilson brought her to them and said he wanted to marry her! Bellamy's mind was in turmoil.
But Tina was married!
Wilson said, "Dad, don't worry. Tina has divorced."
Bellamy was taken aback. He immediately asked, "When?"
Wilson replied, "To be exact, it should be the day before yesterday."
Bellamy was stunned once again.
He flared up into a fury. Since he had smashed the inkstone by his hand, he could only fling the teacup at Wilson and say, "Bastard! Do you still remember morality and ethics? Tell me honestly, does her divorce have anything to do with you?"
Wilson thought for a while and nodded. "Yes."
According to their agreement, the marriage between Tina and Amin would last for ten months, and it would take more than four months to end. But he played some tricks and made Amin end the marriage beforehand by offering him some interests.
Therefore, it had something to do with him.
Bellamy was so angry that he almost collapsed.
He stood up by bracing his hands on the edge of the desk and pointed at him, his hand trembling with anger. "You, you, get out of my house now!"
Seeing this, Wilson knew that his father was furious. If he didn't stop joking around, he might fall ill from anger.
"Dad, calm down. Let me finish my words first!" Wilson said, "There are some things that you don't know. When you know all of it, it's not too late for you to drive me away."
Bellamy seemed to be too angry to say anything.
Wilson explained, "There are two things that you should know. The first thing is that Tina's marriage is different from what you saw. It's just a contract marriage. She and Amin just pretended to be a couple and lived in separate rooms."
Bellamy fell silent when he heard that.
He suppressed the anger in his eyes and frowned. "Then what's the second thing?"
