Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 921

They had spent an hour when they came here, and there were only ten minutes left before it was four o'clock. Even if he made the car fly, it would be too late!

She didn't expect time to pass so fast. Seeing that Simon was immersed in the memory with his grandmother, she didn't want to disturb him. She also fell into the memories and almost forgot that she had a date with her fiance.

Emily was anxious, but she's left with nothing to do.

She could only take out her cell phone and quickly called her fiance. "Hello, Calvin!"

On the line, although Calvin waited for her anxiously, he didn't get angry. He had a good temper and was gentlemanly. He understood her very well. This made Emily feel even more apologetic. "I just left the cemetery. What should I do? I'll be late for the movie! I'm really sorry..."

Calvin asked with a smile, "Never mind. It's me who asked you to go there. Do you go back now?"

Emily said hurriedly, "Yes, we're already on the way back!" "Are you hungry?" Calvin asked her and continued to say with a smile, "We can't watch the movie, but we can have dinner together. After that, we can go to the riverside and enjoy the river breeze! Emily, what do you want to eat? I'll make a reservation!"

Emily felt guilty. In order to cheer him up, she said, "Everything is okay. I'll follow your advice!"

In Calvin's warm laughter, the phone call ended.

Simon glanced at her quietly and asked lightly, "Are you going to have dinner with your fiance?"

"Yes." Emily nodded.

"Where is the restaurant?" Simon said, "I can drive you there!"

Emily pursed her lips and looked at him with suspicion. Under his calm gaze, she told him the information about the restaurant sent by Calvin on the phone just now.

When they returned to the city from the cemetery, it was rush hour. The car drove a little slowly, and the distant sky was decorated by the sunset glow.

The black Cayenne was parked in front of a special restaurant. Calvin had already arrived early and was waiting for her at the door.

Emily immediately unfastened her seatbelt, opened the door, and said, "Simon, thank you for driving me here!"

Then, she walked over to Calvin, who was waiting there. She rubbed her hands and asked very apologetically, "Calvin, have you been waiting for a long time?"

"No. I just arrived here!" Calvin smiled at her.

Emily said hurriedly, "Let's go in!"

Calvin bent one of his arms, and she stepped forward to hold his arm. Then they walked into the restaurant together.

Because Calvin had reserved seats in advance, the waiter at the door led them into the hall. After the waiter invited them to sit down, he asked politely, "Sir, Miss, how many of you are here?" Calvin answered. "Two people..."

"Three people!"

Before Calvin could finish his words, a deep voice drowned his voice.

Just as Emily was about to take her seat, she looked in the direction of the voice in disbelief. She widened her eyes and said, "Simon?"

Simon put one hand in his pocket and the other hand held the car key. He pulled out a chair and sat down in front of their shocked gaze.

Emily asked, "Why did you come in as well?"

Simon asked in reply calmly, "Why can't I come in?"

"What are you doing here?" Emily frowned.

"This is a restaurant, of course, this is a place for people to eat! I am hungry, so I come in to eat something!" Simon answered naturally, and then said helplessly, "Well, this restaurant seems to be quite popular and there is no spare space. You don't mind that we have a meal together, right? When we were in Country S, we ever had a meal together!"

Emily frowned even more seriously and glared at him with some anger.

When Calvin, who was always gentlemanly, saw this, he could not refuse him rashly though he was not happy actually. He could only put his arm around her shoulders and comforted her. "Forget it. Let's eat together!"

Emily pursed her lips.

Simon smiled and raised his hand high. "Waiter, order please!"

Emily and Calvin sat side by side, while Simon sat opposite. As long as she looked up, she could saw Simon's eyes.

Especially his thin lips.

At the thought of the kiss last night, she subconsciously clenched her hands.

Emily turned her face away and wanted to pretend that he didn't exist, but it was actually very difficult. Then the waiters began to serve dishes one after another. It was Emily and Calvin who had dinner together, but most of the dishes on the table were ordered by Simon...

Simon was leaning against a chair and held the cup with his slender fingers.

The collar of his shirt was unbuttoned and he looked sluggish. There was no prohibited smoking in the restaurant. It was unknown when he took out a cigarette from the cigarette box. White smoke was exhaled from his thin lips slowly. His amorous eyes narrowed with the rising smoke, showing a unique charm.

When he finished half of the cigarette, he flicked the ashes into the ashtray.

Because of that handsome and outstanding face, even such a simple movement made him look very attractive.

Emily had already noticed that several girls at the table next to her were looking at him intentionally or unintentionally. For a moment, she was in a trance, as if he had become the previously lazy and casual Young Master Chin.

She took two deep breaths and simply lowered her eyelids this time.

The waiter served the last dish. They were quiet when they enjoyed the meal. Simon seemed to be really hungry, and he kept eating slowly.

Emily secretly looked him up and down, and finally gave up her idea.

Calvin added some lemon water into her cup and said, "Emily, I almost finish the arrangement. You can tell your aunt and uncle about it and check when they have time to come to Ice city!" "Okay." Emily nodded. "I'll call them after I go back."

It was as if Simon, who was sitting opposite them, had heard nothing because he was still eating the food in his bowl attentively.

When the dinner was about to end, he put down his chopsticks and kept playing with his phone.

After Emily and Calvin also put down their chopsticks, Simon raised his head and said with a smile, "I'll pay the bill. After all, it's my affair that caused you to miss the movie. I'm sorry!" Emily and Calvin looked at each other. They didn't refuse it. After all, his proposal was reasonable.

After Simon paid the bill, they stood up and walked out of the restaurant.

The lights had already been on outside, and the cool evening breeze blew slowly.

The brown BMW was parked very close to the entrance, only a few steps away. Just as Emily and Calvin walked to the front of the car and were about to get into it, Simon suddenly said behind them, "Mr. Desmond, can you give me a ride?"
