Purchased A Mr. Right
Chapter 952

Emily looked at him, biting her lips.

When he said that last sentence, his beautiful eyes looked down, and there was no light in them. The muscles on her lips were stiff.

If a doctor couldn't go to the operating table again, it would be crushing. She knew his responsibilities for patients, and she also knew how much he loved this profession.

But he had no choice but to give up because of the disease...

Emily knew the feeling of the separation, and she felt sorry for him.

Simon remained still.

The soft little hand opened his clenched fist bit by bit and he could feel the lines of her hands overlapped that of his. He looked over and saw her quietly looking at him. Her eyes were like a pair of black gems, shining and having shined into his heart.

He could feel that invisible force.

After hesitating for two seconds, he slightly held back.

During the feast, the mother returned to her house and took out the self-made wine. The atmosphere had been full of energy and natural that one could not help but feel relaxed.

Emily looked at the red wine jug placed at the corner of the table and came up with an idea.

Her eyelashes trembled a little. She tilted her head to look at Tyler, who was walking into the other side of the courtyard to answer a phone call. Then, she glanced at Simon, who was talking to the mother. She then took the opportunity to sneaked out of her seat.

Emily stood behind Tyler with her arms around her shoulders. When Tyler put down his phone, she immediately spoke.

"Mr. Perry!"

Tyler turned around and asked in confusion, "Miss Sam, what's the matter?"

Emily walked up to him, stood very close to him, and then crooked her finger as a symbol to ask Tyler to get closer. When he came over, she raised her eyebrows and said with a mysterious look on her face, "Mr. Perry, can you do me a favour?"

"Ah?" Tyler was a little confused.

Emily immediately whispered something to him in a low voice.

The expression on Tyler's face changed from confusion to entanglement, and he looked at her perplexedly. "This... is not suitable!"

"It's okay!" Emily patted him on the shoulder.

Looking at Simon's straight and tall back, she gritted her teeth and rubbed her hands together.

I'll get you tonight!

The two of them returned to the dinner table. As soon as they sat down, Simon pretended to look at her casually as she had expected. "What did you two say?"

"We were just having a casual chat!" Emily picked up a piece of beef. The beef was hot and delicious.

"Just a casual chat?" Simon frowned.

The mother served him a bowl of beef offal soup just now. Taking the opportunity, the mother repeatedly expressed her gratitude. He repeatedly emphasized that he just did what he should do, and then urged the mother to take care of the child on several aspects.

It was not until the mother left did he replace that she had left her seat.

From a distance, he saw her standing with the primary school teacher.

They were talking and laughing, and their were standing so close. In the end, it seemed that they even bent their arms around each other's shoulder. His hands were clenched into fists so hard. Only then did he barely resist the impulse to separate them!

Emily blinked at him, raised her eyebrows and said, "If you promise to be with me, I'll be obedient!"

Simon remained silent.

The mother picked up the wine jar and pulled out the plug. She said enthusiastically, "Everyone, have a taste. This is home-made wine. I rarely take it out. I am very happy today. Everyone, drink more! I'll pour it for you!"

Soon, almost everyone's wine bowl was filled with the beige liquid.

The traditional home-made wine was different from other wines. It was a mild wine made from highland barley. Its taste was light and mellow, but it had a strong aftereffect.

Emily stretched out her hand to the bowl and gave a glance to Tyler as a signal.

Tyler received her signal and suddenly became nervous. His was a little conflicted. After struggling for a long time, he finally forced himself to pick up the bowl of wine and toasted to Emily. "Miss Sam, we're colleagues from now on. Welcome to our school. And I also appreciate what you've done for the children! I'd like to propose a toast to you!"

They were not using the usual wine glasses but wine bowls that were as big as rice bow. The wine inside the bowl was shaking.

"Okay, thank you!" Emily's eyes curved into a smile.

"Emily, you can't drink wine. Don't try to show off!" Simon grabbed her wrist and put the bowl of tea in front of her. He frowned and said, "Use this. Tea as a substitute for wine!"

Emily shook her head. "I'm fine. I won't get drunk!"

Then, she ignored him and clinked her bowl against Tyler's.

When she was about to drink, the wine bowl was taken away by a big hand. Simon said in a deep voice, "I'll drink it for you!"

Emily opened her mouth as if she hadn't realized what had happened. She watched him finish the wine in one gulp, and then looked down, and a sly smile crept up from the corner of her eyes.

She took the wine jar and refilled the bowl for herself. Then she proposed to Tyler, "Mr. Perry, courtesy demands reciprocity, I should also propose a toast to you! We will be colleagues in the future, and let's look each other's back!"

As she had expected, this wine bowl was snatched away by Simon when the bowls was to clink.

Again, he drank the wine for her.

Receiving her signals once again, Tyler felt extremely conflicted. After all, he was a teacher and a man that he thought it was not right for him to urge a woman to drink...

But thinking that he had promised to help, she could only take the wine bowl and said, "Well... Miss Sam, I'd like to propose a toast to you for the second time!"

Such a lively atmosphere lasted until very late at night.

As the night grows late, the neighbors who came to the party gradually left. The rest of the guests were relatives and were helping to clean up the mess. Many of the guests were so drunk that they couldn't keep their legs, and some of them were sleeping at the table and unable to get up.

"Slow down, the car is over here!"

Like others who was drunk, Simon had to be helped by Emily to get out of the yard. Tyler, who was also a little drunk, also gave a hand. Because Tyler was local, he often drank this kind of wine and he was no influenced by the wine as badly as Simon.

After helping Simon to the passenger seat, she turned around and said with a smile, "Thank you, Mr. Perry!"

Tyler looked at Simon, whose eyes were closed in the car, and asked kindly, "Miss Sam, can you do it alone? Do you need me to help you back?"

"No, no!" Emily, who was getting into the driver's seat, shook her head from side to side. She swallowed her saliva and said, "I can do it myself. Your task has been successfully completed. Now, let's go to our homes!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she drove away.

Tyler was speechless

Was it an illusion? Why did she act like a hooligan?
