If there was one thing Priscilla knew very well, it was that she would not let Liam bite the back of her neck and mark her, she would not allow it, even if she had to tear her body apart to stop him. Her body was extremely tense which caused harsh throbbing in her bruised ribs. If only those chains would allow him to defend himself, he would. He would use his power no matter what.

Then a vague memory came to his mind. His mother’s words telling him that when plan B fails, you still have until Z to try. So, he couldn’t just say that he couldn’t use his powers because of it.

The shackles were heavy but it should not be the metal that repressed his actions. It wasn’t a material capable of that, only of restraint, so it could only be one thing. He glanced at them quickly as Liam finished undressing and noticed what he expected. They were covered in b***d splattered both inside and out, not just from his mother’s b***d but one that had penetrated the inside of the metal.

-So that’s it,” he said with a slight twitch of his lips.

As his mother used to say, if there’s no B, time to use the C. So quickly with his claws that hurt to even pull out he tore at the skin above the ankle shackles and with his fangs he snapped his wrists so deeply that b***d began to gush out unchecked.

-Liam didn’t care about what he thought were vain attempts to avoid the inevitable.

Too bad Priscilla didn’t feel the same way. He’d already saved Leila and Alim, now he just had to wait for her potent b***d to bathe the shackles and dull the power of the dry one on them. If his plan worked, these would be just ordinary chains and he would freeze him, take Liam out of Kei’s mind and destroy him completely. He’d already f****d up too much for him to keep doing it.

Liam guffawed, now completely naked.

-Well, this isn’t the best body, but at least it’ll serve my purpose. Once I bite you you’ll be mine and when I tie you up even Layan won’t be able to help you because he won’t own you anymore,” the wolf reached down and rubbed his growing e******n.

If it weren’t for the fact that Priscilla had seen Kei naked before since they regularly ran together for training, she would replace this image disturbing, especially when she knew that this wolf, at least the real one, had a relationship that bordered on s****l with Victore. Another reason she couldn’t allow Liam to bond with her, it would destroy the Commander, she had already noticed the glare when he spoke in reference to the beta. He might be a bit sadistic and twisted, but deep down he loved Kei madly.

So she had to do everything in her power, even if the b***d was already running like a puddle underneath her and the shackles were completely red from it.

Was her theory working?

Not quite yet. Almost, she could feel a little of her powers vibrating inside her. That was a light at the end of the tunnel. A few minutes was all she would need. She had to replace some way to buy time. But she faltered.

She hadn’t counted on how weak her body was from before, she must have lost a lot of b***d during the fall and more this… it wasn’t easy to replenish, she’d only been able to heal until she was chained.

Damn.

Liam for his part just smiled as if he seemed to have figured out her plan, though he didn’t say anything. He advanced towards her releasing his e******n and panting excitedly, the lustful look not at all like Kei’s serious but pleasant ones.

-Let’s get started beautiful, I think there will be visitors soon and I at least want to achieve my goal before it all goes wrong,” he said.

Visitors?

Priscilla’s chest pounded. Alone, they could be who she imagined. Among them her wolf. The mark on her neck throbbed. Yes, it was him, but the sensation was so light she imagined they were far away.

But before she could think about it, Kei was already holding out his hand to her. Priscilla reacted and ran backwards but Liam was quicker and grabbed the crown of her head and pulled her head to the ground. The blow caused both Priscilla’s mouth and nose to suffer a severe impact, splattering b***d all over the floor.

-Oh, don’t make me angry, I don’t want to hit the body I want to own anymore. It’s already a problem with all this b***d,” he grabbed one of her arms and twisted it back as he inspected the wound, “It was deep but you didn’t cut the tendons or the main veins,” his voice came out extra cautious, “What was your intention? It wasn’t to die.

Even though everything around her was becoming confused, the pain suffocating, her chest barely able to hold its breath given her fractured ribs, Priscilla smiled.

-I love your face when you make that expression,” she looked at him out of the corner of her eye, “the one where you’ll have to suffer the price of self-doubt.

Liam’s face turned so cold that his expression was scary, but not to Priscilla, Layan’s could be more terrifying and her mother’s, there was no comparison, after the omega’s anything was just a clown, thanks to that she could easily overcome her partner’s initial indifference.

The hand on her hair squeezed tighter almost wanting to pull it out and lifted it causing the she-wolf’s neck to twist backwards.

-I still see you haven’t learned your place,” she whispered in his ear and bit down on his lobe shattering it.

-I…” she gasped in pain but a smile appeared on her face afterwards, “I don’t need anyone to teach me my place, I am where I please…” she said.

And finishing her words an ice cube came out of the ground cutting Liam’s cheek.

The first two seconds Liam was shocked and the third he had to back up as fast as he could dodging the different ones until they ended in sharp points with the intention of hurting.

-He laughed uncomfortably as he knelt in the corner watching Priscilla struggle to her feet, her eyes when she turned to him were a silver so potent they were more intense than his father’s, barely a pupil to be seen, “Are you planning to murder this body?

-There are many areas one can hurt without killing someone,” she said with a nod and a serious expression, “I have no intention of you staying inside that body for long. Kei is a strong wolf, no matter how much I hurt him he will recover soon. On the other hand… you don’t…

And another one even appeared right behind Kei and grazed the side of his abdomen breaking the skin. The wolf growled and ran to the side.

-Damn bitch,” he snarled and lunged at her, transforming his body, but he couldn’t reach her.

Several even jumped in front of her towards the wolf. Liam recoiled, baring his fangs.

-To think you still have strength left,” he snorted to cover his indignation.

And just like him, Priscilla was the same way. She kept a faint victorious smile on her lips to hide the fact that she could barely define what was in front of her. Since she had been able to unleash her powers, at least most of it by forcing all the energy she had left in her body to control it, while attacking Liam she had bought time and closed the external wounds on his limbs and stopped the bleeding from his nose and l*p. That didn’t take away from the fact that the b***d was underneath her, not inside her body.

As a result, she knew she had to hurry, she was about to collapse, she had to at least hold on until her partner arrived. She watched as Liam looked for ways to attack her from different angles and even though she had wounded him he was still a very strong wolf, too strong for her liking.

Until she saw him turn his attention to the two bodies on the ground. She opened her eyes and focused her attention on forming a dome of ice to protect them when she saw Liam run towards it. But she didn’t calculate how weak he was.

In doing so she left herself vulnerable as she couldn’t do both at the same time, closing her wounds had already been utter madness and Liam realised this.

And before Priscilla could summon one of the untils or a barrier to protect herself Liam’s paws brought her down from behind and the large mouth full of fangs against the back of her neck.

The loud scream of pain that invaded the cave and pierced the walls reached the ears of Hades, Victore and Liam and they recognised it instantly. Something had happened to Priscilla.

Yes, Priscilla had been bitten.

Let’s suffer, herd.
