Luna: [No one should ever hit a woman. Wendy just arrived, I saw her get out of the car. Something even more sentido might happen.]

Natalie's grip on her phone tightened as she glanced at the screen. She didn't respond, knowing Luna would keep her posted.

Wendy stepped out of the car and entered the villa with poise, her eyes landing on the disheveled Camellia

Camellia, lifting her gaze suddenly, exclaimed, "Wendy, what are you doing here? How did you replace this place?

Wendy smiled condescendingly and said, "I thought you two would be so in love. But just some videos are enough to make him angry. His love is nothing but an illusion. Nick loves only money!" Camellia shot back, "Wendy, he loves me. His relationship with you was just about money; you're the fool who has supported us all these years..."

Wendy interrupted, a cold smile on her lips, "How proudly you benefit without working! It's a rare sight With that, she kicked Camellia hard in the stomach.

Just as Camellia regained her balance, she fell into the snow, clutching her aching stomach and glaring at Wendy, filled with

anger

and resentment.

This situation felt like a nightmare she couldn't have imagined. She had once considered Wendy beneath her, yet now Wendy seemed confident, which surprised her, especially in her current state. Camellia shouted, "Wendy, why are you hitting me? You're the one who failed, so why take it out on me? Your man came to me for comfort; if you have any courage, confront Nick!"

Wendy's laughter was cold. "I hit you because after feeding, clothing, and supporting you, you should keep your head down and behave. Don't show me your arrogance.

"I can see you want to gloat, to celebrate your imagined victory over me. But have you really won? Nick, that disgusting o man, is a perfect match for you. After all, what's trash but a good companion for more trash? "Rest assured, I will take back everything you've taken from me, and let's see how Colin's wife entertains us next. Since you love being a mistress, wait and see if Colin stays with you in the end.

"Did you think your easy days had started? From the moment Nick and I divorced, your troubles began. Let's watch and see." Wendy left with a confident smile. Once outside, she sent a message to Colin's wife, Maris. Turning back, Wendy glanced at the villa one last time, her eyes flashing with cold determination. "Nick, go back to where you came from. You left me with nothing; now you must return to nothing."

After muttering to herself, Wendy got in her car and drove away. She believed they would all get what they deserved

Seeing Wendy leave, Luna quickly sent a video to Natalie.

Luna: [Wendy just hit Camellia.]

Natalie: [Come back. I warned Wendy before I left the Simpson family-she only realized the truth. Let's enjoy their little fights later.]

Camellia limped back upstairs, humiliated at being seen by Wendy in such a bad state. When she reached the living room, she found Nick lounging on the sofa, staring at his phone. Fury ignited inside her. She approached, ready to unleash her anger, but Nick interrupted, "Go make lunch. I'm hungry. But nothing fancy; I can't eat much right now-just something light." He felt increasingly unwell and feared overeating.

Camellia froze and then laughed coldly, "Nick, I married you for a comfortable life, not to serve you. After all your demands over the years, I refuse to cook for you now. I'll just order takeout." Nick sat up, glaring at her. "Camellia, how dare you suggest takeout? Wendy always cooked for me!"

With disdain, Camellia replied, "Nick, you hit me; Wendy was outside watching. You made me look pathetic, and now you expect me to cook? Dream on!

"She treated you well, but you're divorced now; she owes you nothing. She'd be just as happy to see you suffer. You think she would make your lunch? Nick, wake up from this fantasy!" Nick, absorbing Camellia's mocking tone, felt his anger grow. "Wendy was watching us outside?"

"Yes! You'd better go eat dirt. With that, Camellia stormed off to her room.

Nick, feeling upset, thought Wendy still cared for him-how thoughtful of her to be concerned about his eating.

Wendy had always been aware of his needs, so he rushed to the window, eager to see her again. But outside, there was nothing; feeling down, he went to the kitchen.

Looking at the pile of dirty dishes from the day before, he considered making a meal, but felt lost.

After being pampered by Wendy for over twenty years, he didn't know how to cook.

Wendy had never let him cook; they had staff to take care of meals for him.

Now, he couldn't even put together a simple dish. Frustration bubbled inside him as he resolved to confront Camellia again His post-divorce life was nothing like what he expected, leading to daily chaos. Nick called out, "Camellia, come make me lunch; I'm starving!"

Camellia shot back, "Get lost! I'm not your servant!"

In the afternoon, Natalie reviewed all the documents she needed to go through. The hard work didn't bother her; she felt good and knew she could handle everything.

After shutting down her computer and stretching, she checked the family group chat, assuring everyone she was okay before heading home.

Once in her car, Natalie glanced at the group chat; James, Gordon, and Lambert had replied. Harley still ignored her messages.

Natalie felt a pang of sadness at Harley's unwillingness to forgive her.
