Rebirth Of Vengeance (Natalie and Easton) -
Rebirth Of 372
Chapter 372
Easton glanced at Natalie coldly. Remembering what she had just said, he slightly raised his eyebrows, a chilling aura emanating from him.
He asked, "Natalie, do you want to push me into Jennifer's arms? Are you trying to shove me into another woman's bed?"
Natalie was at a loss for words, her face reddened with embarrassment. Getting caught badmouthing someone was embarrassing and made her want to dig a hole and hide. She thought, 'I have locked the room from the inside, how did he get in?'

Since Easton heard it, Natalie didn't have anything to hide. She said, "Fine, even if you heard my phone call, should know it's your turn next."
"Do you really want to watch me die? Do you wish I were dead?" Easton asked forcefully. He regretted it instantly. He already knew the answer; Natalie truly wanted him dead.
His heart suddenly ached; Natalie had never treated him this way before.
Natalie nodded, her eyes full of sincerity. She said, "Of course! Do you know why I haven't left? I am staying to watch you all suffer."
She thought, 'No matter how powerful Easton is, he can't outmaneuver the devious Jennifer and the man supporting her.'
Natalie's voice was soft, but her tone carried a sense of malicious glee.
Easton took a deep breath, confirming his fears. He asked, "Do you hate me that much?"
Natalie thought it was redundant for Easton to ask such a question because the hatred on her face was obvious enough.
She said, "Of course. After you beat me up like that, do you expect me to be grateful? I've seen plenty of blind-hearted men, but none as despicable as you.
"Easton, I'm your wife. I've cared for you for two years, yet you've never considered my feelings. You think about everyone else's feelings but never give me a moment's thought. Was it my fault that Jennifer left back then? "I know you liked her. I didn't want to marry you. But you chose to marry me for the sake of inheritance. And after marrying me, you allowed everyone to bully me.
"You'd forgive all the mistakes Jennifer made and even didn't mind her being with other men. But you never cared about
1. me.
"You keep bringing this up in every conversation. I'm tired of answering. Please stop bringing it up. It's hard to return to the past once a wedge forms between people. You might be able to move past it, but I can't."
"Because I'm the one who endured all the grievances and pain, not you. As the one causing harm, you believe I'm supposed to endure it, but from start to finish, I've been the victim. Have you ever considered me in your world?"
As Natalie said so, tears unknowingly slipped from her eyes. She gazed outside the window, and said with sarcasm, "Easton, do you know how absurd I feel? Every time I see you defending Jennifer, I get so angry.
"When I got angry, I got tricked. But you should know that I got angry because I didn't feel loved. When I replace calmness, that means I no longer love you"
Natalie looked up, staring at Easton blankly. She continued, "Just as you said earlier, I'm not worthy of loving you. I feel like a complaining wife when I'm with you, and you're always speaking harshly to me. There's no way we could walk the same path. 1/3

"I know you have a contract. By the time the three-year period is over, I hope you'll readily agree to get a divorce with me."

Natalie thought she might haven't been clear enough before, but this time, she made sure her words were unmistakable. She felt heartbroken; Easton was the only man she had ever loved in both of her lives.
She knew about Easton's tough childhood and felt sorry for him, so she tried her best to care for him and show him love. But Easton didn't want her love.
Love that only one person maintained was exhausting. She gave everything but was never valued. Now, she wanted to keep the last bit of dignity for herself.
Easton was slightly surprised. He pressed his lips together as he quietly watched Natalie without saying a word.
Natalie was always daring in love and hate, forever so sensible. She had cried and laughed in front of Easton. And now, she was let down enough and wanted to leave Easton.
Easton thought Natalie was just being stubborn and throwing a tantrum. He thought that she'd finally return to him because she used to only have eyes for him. Even if he didn't understand love, he could feel her affection and kindness. Easton closed his eyes and thought, 'She doesn't love me anymore because I kept pushing her away! He said, "You should get some rest." Then, he turned to walk away.
Natalie was completely confused, blinking at Easton. Her long eyelashes still had sparkling tears. She wiped her eyes. She was not used to Easton's reaction.
In the past, Easton would surely have scolded Natalie for being shameless and unreasonable. But now he just left like that. Natalie wondered if Easton had changed.
Easton couldn't stand people interfering in his business, yet he tolerated everything Jennifer did. Love and indifference were as different as night and day.
Natalie lay down and let out a cold laugh. She murmured, "What does this mean now? Those wounds are engraved in my bones. There's no going back; it's irreversible."
Natalie's eyes felt uncomfortable from crying, sticky even. She went to the bathroom to splash her face with cold water before returning to bed. She swallowed all her bitterness, closed her eyes, and tried to rest.
Meanwhile, next door, Easton was deeply shaken by Natalie's words. He stood by the window, watching the snowstorm outside, his eyes filled with loneliness and contemplation.
Natalie was woken up at midnight by her phone constantly vibrating. She was puzzled, wondering why someone would call her so late on such a cold night. What could they want?
Natalie was very sleepy. She loved sleeping during the winter because the blanket was warm and cozy. But her phone kept ringing repeatedly. Groggily, she reached for it and answered the call. "Hello?" Natalie said.
Emma said, "Natalie, it's Emma. Sorry to call you so late, but Murray is in trouble. He's yelling in his room, and we can't open the door. He's shouting to see you."
Natalie was confused. She thought, 'Why is Murray causing such a fuss at this time of night? What does he need me for?' Natalie looked at the calendar nearby. It was November 27th. She recalled that in her previous life, Murray had died in November. His body was found a few days later, and the exact death date should be around now. Sensing something was wrong, Natalie said, "Mrs. Spencer, hang on. I'll be there soon."
Natalie ended the call and got out of bed. The situation was urgent, so she dressed quickly and grabbed her phone. When

she opened the door, then remembered she didn't have a car there.

She remembered that Easton had several cars in the garage. She went downstairs to replace the car keys and, sure enough. found Easton's keys by the entrance. Holding the keys, she dashed out the door.
Easton hadn't slept all night. Seeing Natalie hurry towards the garage, he frowned, wondering where she was rushing off to so late. He turned around, put on his clothes, and followed Natalie out the door. SEND GIFT
