Eclipse raised an eyebrow at her; "What do you mean, "for a long time?", you just got here a couple of months ago for as long as I remember. Don't speak as if you're here for more than a decade."

Rheina raised an eyebrow at him; "And how come that our dear Third Young Master knew about it when you hardly pay any attention to your surroundings based on the reports back then, hmmm?"

He didn't bother to respond to her nonsense as he focus on what he was doing.

The reason why he immediately recognizes her when she addressed herself as [Nariana] back then was because he vaguely remembered that there was a new set of servants that arrived within the household few months ago and of course, he didn't bother to looked at it because it wasn't his business anyway.

However, when the incident back at the dining hall happened, that's the time he remembered that incident from his previous lifetime and back then, he makes a scene by throwing a tantrum and left that place because of what she did to him.

If Eclipse wasn't a world-hopper and just and ordinary person of this worldline, he would agree with what she said about this place.

He knows that he is being too cautious but who would blame him? In his millennium years as a world-hopper and meeting various people across different worldlines made him to be on guard all the times and this wasn't any different though.

Since the main plot hasn't started yet, Eclipse could only do a little progression on his part and could earn a little percentage for him to be able to reconnect with his superior back at the World-Hopping Department.

Eclipse didn't dwell that much as they finally reach their destination within the Chevalier household's secluded area that no one would dare to venture off because of its atmosphere that looks like a haunted mansion.

"So, what are we going to do now? It seems like a dead end for me since I don't see any mechanism that would allow us to enter or something."

His thoughts were cut off when he heard Rheina called out for him.

"Hey, look at this! There seems like an inscription right here, but it's written on a different language as I don't recall these letters way back from my studies before."

Now, that has caught Eclipse's attention as he strives towards where Rheina was and looked at the wall where she stood looking those letters that she mentioned.

Upon looking at those letters, Eclipse frowns at the familiar characters written on the wall.

'What kind of nonsense was this? And also, why these characters are here anyway?'

Rheina; "What does it say? Can you recognize these words, Sir Eclipse?"

'Of course, I have recognize it pretty well. I have come across with it during my world-hopping journey.'

In his world-hopping journey, Eclipse not just encountered different kinds of people but also their languages as well. One of that is the Wu language coming from the ancient cultivation worldlines. The characters that he saw right now are with no doubt are the Wu languages.

'Is there something in this worldline that I don't know in my previous life? It seems like there is an anomaly in this world as well.'

Before he could think any further, the system interface immediately appeared in front of him, and the contents written on his system interface makes him frown even further.

Eclipse looked at his companion when she spoke those words and he didn't know how to explain it to her without being suspicious because for all he knew about her personality, from the system archives and from the vague memories from his previous life, this woman is sharp like a blade, and she will know if Eclipse is lying.

'But we need to get moving and we couldn't afford to wait any longer than this.'

Eclipse looked at Rheina after he said those words and the world-hopper could tell that Rheina is looking at him with a suspicious looking eye, but the woman didn't addressed it as she shook off her head and looked once again at the inscription that was written on the wall.

"A kin whose blood ties are half from its unknown origin. What a cryptic message indeed but based on my understanding, it looks like those words pertain to a certain someone. For example, you, Sir Eclipse."

Eclipse looked at her with a frown; "What makes you say that though?"

Rheina rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms around her chest; "May I need to remind you that you're a half-blood noble, right? A kin whose blood ties are half from its unknown origin.... you have the Chevalier's blood running through your veins and from your commoner mother with its unknown origin.

It fits all of it. This wall has a mechanism that needed your blood to unlock it. Get it?"

Eclipse didn't know where to be insulted or to laughed at the woman who even bothered to explained things to him but now it makes sense though.

Eclipse had the Chevalier blood running through his veins with his mother's blood that makes him a half-blood noble but there is something that didn't fit it right.

However, for now, he needs to set aside those thoughts as he needs to focus on the inscription that's written here and from Rheina's analysis, it looks like Eclipse needs to use his blood to unlock something here.
