Rheina looked at the familiar old man standing in front of them, shaken by the mere fact that she's now standing in front of the High Elder of Sympherux, High Elder JASPER EXOLUS.

Even if that person is wearing a mask to conceal his appearance but for the Lotus Killer who had meet the person countless of times, she won't be mistaken about his identity.

'I-is this the person that Sir Eclipse stated that were going to meet?! Are you kidding me?!'

She couldn't help but to be on guard in this situation. Although she trusted Eclipse with his judgement, but that doesn't apply to the person in front of them!

'Who knows if this person is just tricking the Third Young Master!'

For what the Lotus Killer know about this prominent man was…. Although this person is exactly an old man in his mid-70's however, just looking at his appearance, even though covered by a mask, he looks around in his mid-40's or something.

But even though he is just an old man with a mysterious background, no one would dare to underestimate the High Elder of Sympherux.

And how does Rheina recognize such an important figure?

Simple.

'Because I have met the other members of Sympherux myself, including their Leader….'

Most people were mistaken about the position of the Leader and the High Elder of Sympherux because they thought the Leader and the High Elder are just the same person holding two positions in that organization.

'I have met the Leader and although he also conceals himself, but I could tell that both the Leader and the High Elder are a completely different person.'

However, right now…

She doesn't know how Eclipse would come to know him personally because meeting the High Elder or even the Leader of Sympherux isn't that easy.

She mumbled at him, and she made sure that only the Third Young Master could hear what she was talking about.

Also, she didn't look away from the person in front of them while she asked the Third Young Master, in case something unfortunate happened.

The old man, the High Elder, stated in a mocking tone that makes Rheina wanted to unleash her hidden weapon, but she knew better than to act recklessly.

If she were alone, it's not a problem to have a duel with this old hag.

However, Rheina was with the Third Young Master and even if the young master had a Magician's bloodline that he kept hidden for years, he won't stand a chance to a person whose hands been dirtied by the blood of others.

"T-third Young Master…."

She is known for her skills and could be considered a genius in combat and stealth arts, but she isn't an idiot to confront someone who's out of her league.

"Rheina, calm down. I told you earlier that you don't have to be on edge."

'I don't know what the Third Young Master's thinking but since I have given him my complete trust and cooperation with him, I supposed that I should just wait and see things here.'

"Now, shall we get started then…. old man?"

The said old man snorted as he crossed his arms around his chest; "Brat, is that how you greet your grandfather? Show some respect, boy!"

Eclipse looked back with a deadpan expression; "Respect, you say? Who are you for me to respect you, though?"

"Aigoo! This grandson of mine! Do you want to get beaten up?!"

Eclipse shrugged off and nonchalantly said; "Don't care."

'Did I hear that right?'

Rheina thought as she blinks twice and looked back and forth to the person in front of them and at Eclipse with wide eyes.

"WHAT?!"

'The f*ck! That hurts, you woman!'

Eclipse thought as immediately covered his ears because of the assassin's outburst and take note, she's on his side so the receiving end of her screams falls to him.

'Is she being overexaggerated about this?'

Eclipse looked at her and frowns; "I thought you already know about this? You have infiltrated our manor and had done collecting information about us. What's with the shocking expression?"

Rheina looked back at him, and the world-hopper could tell that the woman is on the edge of exploding in anger because of the veins that's popped into her head.

"I didn't know that you have someone you called grandfather in the first place! W-wait a minute…. Whose grandparent side is he from? Don't tell me…. He's your maternal grandfather from your biological mother's side?!"

'Does this mean…. The Third Young Master's maternal household had this much power under the shadows, and no one knows it?!'

Eclipse, on the other hand, sighed because he could tell that this woman is overthinking once more.

'Yeah, right. No one knows about the Asterrix family as they weren't present during his mother's funeral but only send a mysterious package on their behalf….'

Now that Eclipse think about it, that mysterious package…. For what he remembers that time, he didn't open it because of how devastated he was for the sudden death of his mother and just buried it somewhere….

'Where did I buried it anyway?'

"Ho! So, the reports about the Lotus Killer successfully infiltrated the Chevalier manor were all true! Hahaha! Just where did you get that confidence, eh?"

Eclipse snapped from his thoughts when the old man said those words and the woman beside him tensed up but didn't dare to show her weakness as she glared back at the old man.

'For someone who's scared and cautious but her bravery really astonished me in every way.'

However, her only flaws were that…. Her ability to exaggerate things that she heard and mixing up information that she always concludes everything.

Although it's an advantage for her with this kind of talent since there are times when information gathering could be mixed with half-true and half-lies.

But sometimes, she tends to be dramatic that Eclipse couldn't help but got irritated.

He sighed; "Will both of you shut the hell up and act on your ages! Geez!"
