'Talking about how to stir some trouble for them and since Thesus Yor and those old geezers are too greedy for their own then, why not used it against them?'

From what Eclipse had learned during those times both him and Arico were under the care of Rheina and with the other trusted aides and members of both the Clandestine clan and Arcanum De Fleur, he learned that the other reason those old geezers supported Thesus is because so they could control him within their grasps that they couldn't do with Rheina.

'So, long story short, they wanted a puppet Leader that they can manipulate on their own and since Rheina is the legitimate heiress and not only that, but she is also raised by her father alone then, of course, that woman knows the dangers of the Council of Elders would think and she became someone who would never be manipulated, like her father.'

Eclipse snapped from his thoughts as he reminisced those days that he had together with those people and since the incident had been resolved for now, that's all the world-hopper could sighed a relief for now.

It's been almost a year since they last saw Rheina and for what he conclude was that.... Rheina must be doing some cleaning up that those old geezers had left behind and Rheina took the mantle to clean up most of their dirty works that could implicate to their clan.

As for those old geezers who teamed up with Thesus Yor for the rebellion?

Well, for all Eclipse knew they were put within the confines of the Scarlet Hall and their punishment was none other than life imprisonment with their powers destroyed in the hands of their Matriarch, Rheina Clandestine.

'They should be grateful that Rheina didn't outright killed them on the spot and only preserved their little remaining life as a repentance for the misdeeds that they have done, not only for betraying the Clan but also for harming the innocent lives under their name.'

It's true that the Clandestine clan are a clan of notorious assassins that ruled the entire Underworld Realm within their palms, but they never laid their hands on the lives of the innocents, no matter how bloodthirsty monster they were referring to themselves.

'At least they have morals, unlike a certain someone that I know.'

Speaking of that person, Eclipse looked at Arico who just raised an eyebrow at him when the world-hopper gazed upon him.

"Do you have any news from Stellarus Empire? Any happenings?"

When the Slayer Agent heard what Eclipse asked him for, he shrugged off his shoulders as he answered; "Well, first and foremost, your supposed batchmates back in that academy are now graduating."

Upon hearing Arico's nonchalant news, Eclipse made a deadpan expression because that's not what he wanted to know.

'I don't care about those rotten children who only knows how to ride with their parents' or their ancestors' names just to get fame for themselves.'

"That's not what I wanted to know about; you fool! What I wanted to know is about the situation within the noble society and the royal family as well because from the gossips around here, it seems that there is a declined within the Stellarus Royal family and it's most likely that the Crown Prince's position is now in jeopardy."

Well, that's what Eclipse remembered before he left that empire and came here to start a new life away from those people who know him as Ezekiel Zephyr Chevalier.

Three years ago, the Third Young Master of Marquis Chevalier household, Ezekiel Zephyr Chevalier, was now declared dead within the eyes of the public and within the whole Stellarus Empire, he is no longer living in this world.

Now, he is no longer associated with that name and from that day onwards, the world-hopper could now sigh in relief because he is now free from that accursed name and not only that, but he is also no longer the half-noble illegitimate child of that Marquis household.

'I bet those people are now happy since I am no longer there to stain even further their oh-so-called righteous household's name, especially those three siblings since they no longer need to think about a half-breed such as myself.'

Arico, on the other hand, could tell what sort of thoughts Eclipse was thinking right now and he sighed because there are times that the world-hopper would just daze for a second.

He didn't mean to tease the younger man, but the Slayer Agent just wanted to ease the tension for a bit since there are times when Eclipse would just on the edge but trying to hide it.

'I've been with this kid for over a millennium and still, he doesn't change at all.'

He thought as he took the mug from Eclipse's hands and straight up drink it all up and that's the time that Eclipse snapped from his thoughts because of what Arico had done.

"Hey, that's mine! Go get some for yourself, you b*stard!"

Eclipse wanted to take away the mug from Arico's hands, but the latter just slammed the mug into their table and puffed heavily as he finished the drink that belonged to Eclipse.

"I'm thirsty as hell and needs some refreshments to satiate my thirst!"

The world-hopper just rolled his eyes in annoyance because of how dramatic Arico was right now.

"Hey, I asked you if there are other news related to that Empire! I have no time to listened if this were about that forsaken academy that disguises for political connections between the new generation!"

Arico knew that if he teased the young man even further, he would be the one to suffer the consequences.

He sighed and then composed himself as he looked at Eclipse with a serious expression and spoke.

"This is truly important, and it's related to that academy...."

Arico saw that Eclipse would refute back so he immediately cut him off before he exploded in anger.

'Geez! This kid sure has a lot of temper, eh?'

Arico; "H-hey! Hear me out first, will you?"

Eclipse snorted when he was cut off from his incoming rant but stayed quiet to let Arico explain himself.

Once more, the Slayer Agent took a deep breath and spoke.

"The heroine of this worldline, or should I say.... The former heroine, Lorraine Fowler.... There is a rumor that she was backing up with that.... Former family of yours.... The Marquis Chevalier household."
