Chapter Twenty: The date is off

"I think we need to cancel tomorrows date," I tell hazyn moving fromthe bathroom, I heard him enter the room not long ago probablyhaving been alerted to the fact that I gave myself good poisoning, Ithought I was a good cook but obviously not if I am throwing up aftereating my own meal; I will be leaving the cooking to everyone else fromnow on.

"why?" he rushes out in a panic.

"dude, I am vomiting, that's no way to have a first date” I growl makinghim nod his head in understanding with a look of relief come over hisface; didn't know that my vomiting was a good thing but in saying thatit could be because he didn't know I was sick and thought I wasrejecting his advances which I would never do, not in my right mindanyway.

"okay leave the room please, and I will call everything off for now" hesmiles sadly making me nod and head back into the bathroom as awave of nausea takes over my body alerting me to the fact I am aboutto vomit again

"come out when your ready" hazyn calls making me clean my teethonce again and head back inside the bedroom to replace our beds arepulled together in front of the tv, a bucket next to my side of the bed, aglass of water and Netflix on TV.

"We moved the date up to today, I hadn't actually planned our date yetbut a movie night will do, water to wash your mouth out with, a bucketto vomit into and a huge bed to cuddle in" he smiles making me lookat him like he is crazy.

"now get into the god damn bed, and pick something to watch” helaughs, making me nod and does as I am told.

"you really are something else” I smile before putting on easy A, I knowits a chick flick, but it will actually test him to see how much he actuallylikes me.

"good movie choice" he smiles before wrapping his arm around myneck so that we still have distance between us but so that we somewhatintermit. I feel a wave of nausea hit and immediately try and get up Ireally don't want to throw up in front of him this early on.

"bucket" Hazyn comments making me grab it before I can apologize Istart throwing up, what a great date I think to myself before Hazynshands replace my back, I feel him rubbing my back which actually surprisesme a lot, it is such an intermit thing, and I never thought he would bethe type to be this caring.

I put the bucket down when I've finished and quickly put some water inmy mouth before spitting it out into the bucket.

"sorry" I comment laying back making him laugh.

"Nothing to be sorry about, I wouldn't have gotten a bucket and toldyou to use it if I wasn't okay with it, just remind me never to eatanything you make" he laughs out making me hit his arm.

"This is the first time I have given myself or anyone for that fact foodpoisoning” I comment making him smile.

"I was teasing, Ashley told me you cooked up chicken, and I know for afact that chicken has been sitting in our fridge for months and no onehas thrown it out so not your fault" he smiles, I lean my head on hisshoulder.

"Just great, someone could have told me" I mumble before dozing off."You guys look so good together” I hear someone state, I don't openmy eyes even though I'm awake because I want to hear what's goingon.

"yeah, I hope yesterday was good enough for her, wasn't much of adate with her sick but I tried my best I just hope it was enough” I hearmy pillow mumble out making me assume my pillow is actually Hazyn."did the doctor help?" the other person who I am guessing is Benquestion.

"yeah, when she was asleep carol, came in and gave her a smallinjection, didn't even wake Erika up which was meant to help her getover the poisoning while asleep, guessing it worked because she hasn'twoken up since the injection to vomit" wait what, they seriously gaveme an injection without my permission they are really dick heads attimes.

"did you sleep?" definitely Ben, when he asks a question he alwayspauses before the last word.

"nope, I stayed up watching tv and making sure she was okay" oh mygod that is so cute, I should probably make it known I'm awake beforeHazyn realizes and gets embarrassed.

"Ben out" I mumble waiting to be alone.

"How did you know I was in here" he questions, I don't even open myeyes because I would like to go back to sleep and I know if I open myeyes and see the light it won't happen.

"cause you to pause before the last word of your questions now out" Igrumble making a weight lift off the end of the bed and the door openand close.

"how long were you pretending to be asleep?" he questions making mefinally open my eyes, now Hazyn will want to talk, so all hopes ofgetting more sleep are gone.

"since you look cute together" I mumble closing my eyes once again,it's not too light in the bedroom so I should still be able to sleep.

"Are you going back to sleep?" hazyn questions.

"only if you do too mister I stayed up to make sure she was okay" Imumble out his exact words making him laugh.

"you really did hear all of that" he laughs before moving, so he is layingdown.

"Are you feeling okay?" he adds, making me nod.

"a lot better, but next time don't let someone inject me without mypermission” I growl out making him laugh.

"Sorry, I can move if you want space now that the date is over" hemumbles before starting to move away.

"stay" I mumble pushing my head more into his chest, he is so warm,and his calm breathing lures me back to sleep slowly.

"wait so what does this mean for us?" he questions interrupting myalmost asleep state.

"sleep then goddess” I mumble before falling back asleep again thistime I hope he follows suit so that he can get some rest.
