Pamela fell silent.

She lifted her head to look at Nelson. His face was strikingly handsome, with a sharp jawline.

He wasn't wearing a suit, just a black crew-neck wool sweater, which made him look particularly sexy at a glance.

But the coldness in his eyes made her heart turn cold.

"Answer me. Don't act stupid with me," Nelson said impatiently.

If it weren't for the fact that the drawing was made by his beloved, he wouldn't have wasted his time coming to see her.

"She can't speak," she said.

He swallowed hard as his gaze locked onto her.

Pamela had spent many years in the entertainment industry and had become perceptive to people's expressions.

She knew her guess was right.

It was the mute girl from the neighboring yard of the Wyatt Manor.

Dylan immediately became concerned after hearing this.

What would happen to Sabrina if the identity of Nelson's beloved was revealed?

"Mr. Tucker, after what I've done, I'd probably face dire consequences if I tell you who that person is, right?" Pamela said.

"I'm still surprised by how clever you are," Nelson said. "You can tell Dylan whatever request you have."

He really disliked Pamela pretending to be smart. He found it repulsive that she was trying to manipulate him.

After that, Nelson got into his car and sat in the back. Then, he rolled down the window and lit a cigarette.

The morning breeze of Slitton was different from Dewhurst and Panshaw. It was stingingly cold and harsh.

Dylan walked over with an unpleasant look on his face.

Nelson flicked some cigarette ash out of the window. "What did she want?"

"She was asking for a lot, mostly stuff related to fame and fortune. Those are easy to deal with. As for the drugging of Mrs. Tucker, she asked that you take care of it," Dylan replied. Nelson scoffed. "Sure, I'll take care of it."

Dylan opened his mouth, wanting to say something. But then he said nothing and got into the car.

As the car engine started, Nelson tossed his half-smoked cigarette out of the window. "Has Eva and Gerald been looking into the person that drugged Sabrina?" "Yes," Dylan replied.

"Don't let Sabrina know about this. I'll handle it," Nelson said.

"Understood," Dylan said.

The day after Nelson left, Sabrina booked a flight back as well.

Whether it was him or Frederick, they both have disrupted the enjoyment of her trip.

On the way back, Abigail heard that Sabrina had temporarily agreed not to divorce because of her.

"Are you out of your mind?" Abigail said.

"That's the Banks family we're talking about. Disagreeing with them means I'd have to sit by and watch him take you away!" Sabrina said

Abigail was touched by Sabrina's genuine affection toward her.

She gently hugged her. "Sabrina, I hope you stay with Nelson. This is because you still like him and want to be with him, not for any other reason. As for Frederick, I'm no longer the girl that I was. I'm not afraid of him anymore."

Sabrina looked at Abigail, trying to gauge her honesty.

"I'm not trying to comfort you. But whatever happens between Frederick and me, I must handle it myself," Abigail said.

After a moment's thought, she added, "If you're still determined to divorce, go ahead. If you still want to be with Nelson, as I previously said, he is the guy you have wanted since you were little. If he really ended things with Pamela, maybe you can consider starting over with him?"

"Abigail, don't try to persuade me like this," Sabrina said.

"Alright, my sweetheart," Abigail replied.

When Sabrina returned to Slitton, she didn't go back to Windermere Street. Instead, she went back to her own home.

Eva was waiting for her there, and she reported on some work matters to Sabrina.

Apart from the company's endorsement deals, everything else was manageable.
