When asked what they wanted for a reward, Murphy and Conner wanted to meet their parents, Tyler insisted he went along with them as their bodyguard. Alexa sighed when asked what she wanted for a reward, all she wanted was to replace her mother, she looked on with a sad smile as her friends drove off.

"We will replace her," Reagan said patting her back, trying to comfort her.

Alexa looked at him sharply, "Stop doing that," She scolded him.

"Doing what?" he very well knew what she meant but he played innocent.

"Reading my thoughts as you please," She narrowed her eyes at him.

"Hmm, okay," He nodded.

"huh?" She blinked, that was easy, she thought.

"Thanks," She then smiled at him, just then Lia leaned in and whispered in her ear, "You actually believe him?"

"I trust him," She said with a smile.

"Tsk, tsk," Her best friend clicked her tongue and said, "he's fooling you, my dear."

"I don't think so, I trust his words," Alexa said in his him, there wasn't a single reason why she wouldn't trust him, he had done so much for her, his actions until now showed she could trust him, she could lean on him.

"Try it, he's listening to you even now," Lia told her, "Look at him smiling in bliss, you thought something good about him, didn't you?" Lia asked.

Alexa didn't want to doubt him but Lia is his sister so she just tried, 'I can trust you right?' She looked at him.

He smiled at her and nodded.

'Didn't I tell you not to read my thoughts as you please?' She narrowed her eyes at him, his eyes widened as he realized she was testing him, "Damn, you," She turned her back and began to walk away just then he appeared in front of her. "I'm sorry," He apologized holding her hand.

"Keep your sorry to yourself," She hissed as she swatted his hands away, "I trusted you," She eyed him accusingly, "But... just when I think I'm starting to like you, you just make me hate you more," She then walked away from there.

"Oh no, you're being hated," She teased him sticking her tongue out, "dear bro-" She stopped as he glared at her furiously, "You've gone too far with your jokes," He shook his head as he ran after Alexa. "Hey," He called out to her but she walked faster, but of course Reagan caught up to her within a second, "Wait," He grabbed her wrist making her face him, "I'm sorry," He said with a guilty face. When she refused to look at him, he cupped her cheeks and peering into her eyes, "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. Please forgive me?" He raised his brows.

When she didn't reply, he continued, "I am really very sorry, I swear I won't pry until you want me to, I won't read your thoughts without your permission, please forgive me?" 'Really?' She asked him but he didn't reply.

"Come on, I said, I'm sorry, say something," He urged.

"You'll keep your words this time?" She asked.

"By all means," he smiled at her.

"Fine, then" A small smile slipped from her lips.

She then stared at him, "You can let me go now?" She raised her brows.

He pulled her cheeks, "Hey!" She complained.

"First, take your words back," He retorted.

"What?" (What?) She tilted her head in confusion."The words that you hate me, take it back," He told her. "Vokay, I von't vate vyou," (Okay, I don't hate you,) "What?" He frowned. She then slapped his hands, freeing her cheeks, "I don't hate you," She repeated.

"Thank you," He smiled at her, she felt something strange in her heart, his smile was contagious as she found herself smiling back at him widely.

"Hmm, now coming to your reward, I promise you'll meet your mom soon," He caressed her cheek, she leaned into his touch, "Hmm," She hummed.

"I want my reward too," He stated, "Your reward?" Her brows quirked up, "Yes, I helped you win remember?" He winked at her.

"What do you want?" She asked.

"A date," He said as he held her hand, entwining their fingers.

After parking the car when they got out, Alexa shot a glare at his direction, "I read it yesterday before I promised of course," He shrugged, "You wanted to come here with your mom," He looked at her affectionately, "We'll replace your mom soon," he assured her.

She nodded, "Let's go?" He held out his hand, she placed her hands on his as they made their way towards the entrance of the amusement park.

They got on the roller coaster ride and screamed their hearts out enjoying the thrill of the ride, but after few more rides, Reagan wasn't feeling well, he threw up, they sat on a bench, she passed the water bottle to him, having the water he leaned back and closed his eyes, he heard her giggle. "What?" He frowned looking at her.

"I'm sorry but I can't help it," She shrugged as she bit her lips trying her best to remove the grin from her face. "I can't believe the mighty Alpha King has motion sickness," She giggled.

"Keep it a secret from others," He muttered as he covered his face with his arm.

"Aww, so cute," She teased him.

He gave her a disapproving look, "Don't worry, I won't share your cuteness with anyone," She giggled again. He narrowed his eyes at her and pouted sulkily, he then closed his eyes again. "Feeling better?" She ran her hands through his hair.

"Hmm," He grunted.

"But you should've told me before, we wouldn't have gotten in that ride," She sighed.

"I wanted you to have fun," He replied. "Sorry about that."

"Oh don't worry about that, I had fun knowing your little secret," She grinned. He then stood up and stared down at her, "Let's get going," He said, "You can rest more," She suggested.

"I'm fine," He replied, "And besides rather than hearing your nasty comments I'd suggest we keep going."

They then walked around, clicked some pics at the photo booth while they waited for it to print, they grabbed a pair of cotton candies, Reagan laughed as a piece of the cotton candy stuck on the tip of her nose, "What?" She raised her brows, he shook his head stifling his laughter.

She frowned at him, he took his phone out and clicked her picture and showed it to her, "You're the one who's cute," He laughed.

She wiped her nose asking him to delete her picture, he shook his head, "Nope." She narrowed her eyes at him, she tried to snatch his phone but he held his hands up, "No," He clicked his tongue. She narrowed her eyes at him then attacked him with her cotton candy trying to shove it on his face. He grabbed her wrist with his other hand and stuck his tongue out teasing her while she struggled to free herself, "I hate you," she pouted sulkily. "But I like you," He confessed. She stood still as she blinked at him, "Eh?"

He leaned in wiping the stain from the corner of her lips with his thumb, he then brought his thumb to his lips and licked it, his eyes darkened with emotion, she caught her breath at the gesture. "I love you," his gaze intensified as he rephrased the words. Her heart hammered inside her chest, she was lost in his gaze, "I love you, Alex," He repeated closing in further.

She grew nervous at their closeness, "What's with you all of a sudden?" she tried to push him away, but he pulled her closer with their lips only an inch apart, he spoke, "It's not all of a sudden," he then moved in closer, her eyes shut in anticipation, he smiled at her affectionately, "I'm very serious, I want you to give it some thought before answering," he then whispered in her ear before letting her go.
