Soon, they went into the car together and made their way back to Sky's house.

One of Winston's subordinates was the driver, while Winston and another subordinate sat by Sky'sside.

Sky had fallen asleep a few minutes after getting into the car and snored as the group made theirway toward his place. The lethargic man seemed to have no idea what would befall him soon.

Finally, Winston reached for the dagger he had hidden. When he was about to send Sky to hell,Winston squinted and whispered, "Mr. Reilly, are you asleep?" The man was sleeping soundly. Itseemed as though he wasn't aware that Winston was talking to him. He murmured to himself andcontinued sleeping.

Winston sneered and held on to the dagger firmly. He was about to slit Sky's throat and send him tohell.

All of a sudden, Winston heard a shot being fired in close proximity. Before he could realize whatwas going on, he had been shot in the head.

Winston collapsed; he died with his eyes wide open.

His subordinates were shocked that their supervisor was taken out by surprise.

The person who had fired the shot was Sky himself. Since they went into the car, he had beenpretending to sleep all along.

As one of Lucifer's strategists, Sky was an extremely intelligent man. And given he had been byLucifer's side for years, he knew well what Lucifer was up to.

Usually, Lucifer would throw a tantrum whenever someone failed a mission he had assigned theperson. If he had thrown a tantrum in front of Sky, things would have come to an end.
