Salute To The General
Chapter 1615

Chapter 1615

With a faint smile, Nathan gazed at Wilfred while saying in an impassive tone, ”Mr. Lieberman, doyou like the two gifts from me?”

Finally, Wilfred regained his composure.

Only then he realized that his plan to kidnap Nathan's daughter had failed. His hope to makeQueenie marry his son was dashed as well.

Anger spiked in his chest, and his face was livid as he bawled, ’’Nathan, how dare you! You killedmy son and my subordinates! Do you really think that you can trample on my family as you please? Now kneel before me!”

Right after these words left Wilfred's lips, Greyson, the two Reapers, as well as the countlesssubordinates and relatives of the Lieberman family roared at Nathan, “Kneel!”

There were about a few thousands of them in total.

Such condemnations from thousands of people could easily crush a person.

Nonetheless, Nathan didn't bat an eyelid in the face of their scowls and insults. A smile crossed hisnonchalant face as he said, “Your son has no regard for others' lives, so he deserves to die, and thesame goes for your subordinates who tried to kidnap my family. You're in no position to ask me tokneel before you.”

His words shocked the crowd.

After all, Wilfred used to be one of the Great Cabinet Members, and he was one step away frombecoming the president before being thrown into prison.

Yet, Nathan thumbed his nose at Wilfred. All of them couldn't believe how arrogant he was.

Wilfred was trembling with fury.

A twisted smile broke across his face. “Nathan, you're so insolent. You have the audacity to comeinto my territory and say such ridiculous words after killing my son and subordinates. Don't you haveany respect for the Lieberman family?”

Nathan answered in a flat tone, “You're right. Your family is nothing in my eyes.”

His words created a ripple effect among the crowd, infuriating Wilfred and the rest of the Liebermanfamily.

“He's so arrogant only because he has been in the military for a few years.” “He disrespects Mr.Lieberman. Kill him!” “That's right! How dare this man disregard our master! Take him down and cuthis head off to honor Mr. Santiago.” “Kill him!”

“Finish him off!”

When Wilfred saw his disciples and subordinates react so vehemently, demanding to take Nathan'slife, he couldn't help but smirk.

The man raised his hand, and his subordinates fell silent right away. Staring at Nathan with anonchalant face, he said, “Nathan, you must have come prepared, since you have the nerve tobarge in and spew nonsense here. How many soldiers did you bring? Just bring it on! TheLieberman family will settle the scores with you tonight!”

Wilfred was very sure of himself.

Even though Nathan was the General of the North, he was not allowed to mobilize his troops toBrimmopolis, as it was illegal and against the rules.

Wilfred was certain that the North Army wasn't here in Brimmopolis with Nathan, so the latter wassurely no match for the Lieberman family.

I wonder how many helpers did Nathan get that he has the guts to be so presumptuous here?

Everyone's eyes were fixed on Nathan.

The man chuckled. “Wilfred, I'll settle the personal feud between us with my own men. There's noneed to get the troops involved. Besides, it'll be over the top to mobilize any troop to get rid of theLieberman family.”

Astonished, Wilfred and the others gaped at him with mouth agape.

Did Nathan bring only the few men beside him to look for troubles at the Lieberman residence? Howinsolent!

Wilfred recollected himself, feeling hard to believe yet rejoicing on the inside.

Looking at Nathan, he said with a half-smile, “Nathan, I don't know whether I should praise you foryour boldness or laugh at your stupidity. You actually barged into my place with only a fewsubordinates. How dare you look down on us like that?”
