Weston instantly fell to his knees before desperately crawling toward him. He exclaimed fearfully, “Ididn't expect you to come here personally. I didn't know that you are the General, so please acceptmy apologies for offending you. You can't fault an ignorant man for his mistakes, right? Please,spare my pathetic life!”

Staring at Weston, who was kneeling in front of him, he asked coldly, “You unknowingly offendedme because you don't know who I am? No, Mr.

Piper. You are being too humble.”

He paused slightly before scoffing, “From my intel, you personally welcomed the Dark Lord'smercenaries and planned everything despite being well aware that their objective was toassassinate me.
