Sage looked at Raida from the corner of his eye and kicked him away. "I'll deal with you later."

Sage and his men then walked toward Nathan.

Sage nearly addressed him as the Chief Military Governor, but he was alert enough to hold his tongue upon reading Nathan's eye signal.

He immediately greeted him, "General!"

Nathan looked at Sage and knitted his brows.

He had warned Sage not to simply lead the Felidae Battalion out of the base as he did not want to cause unnecessary fear among the residents.

Yet, he still brought them here.

But Nathan knew he could not blame this on Sage.

After knowing Nathan had returned, Sage had sent his subordinate to protect the former in secret.

But Sage could not answer that in front of so many people. He knew Nathan was mad at him for nearly exposing his secret identity as the Chief Military Governor.

Chief Military Governor found out that someone impersonated him and ordered me to lead the Felidae Battalion here to nab the impostor."
