Salute To The General
Chapter 2047

Chapter 2047

Hansel saw it all.

He immediately snapped out of his daze even though he was surprised by Nathan's attack.

"Charge and kill them all," he bellowed.

"Charge!"

The eight men in black beside him rushed towards Nathan like a pack of wolves.

Hansel quickly retrieved a pistol from the drawer and pointed it at Nathan as his subordinates rushed towards him.

He sneered, “You may be good at fighting, but you can't be better than a pistol, right?"

However, never in a million years could he have anticipated Nathan's next move.

Nathan was already one step ahead of the game as he flicked one of the two coins on the table in Hansel's direction just as he was pointing the gun at Nathan.

Crack!

The bones in Hansel's right hand, which was holding on to the pistol, shattered.

"Ahh!"

He yelped, dropping his pistol to the floor.

At the same time, his subordinates were closing in on Nathan.

However, Colin stepped up and stopped them before they could even lay a finger on Nathan.

Bam!

Colin punched the first guy who charged towards Nathan in the face.

The poor guy's face was covered in blood. He collapsed to the ground before he could even cry out in pain.

Colin charged at them as if he was a ferocious tiger fighting a pack of wolves, his punches were precise and powerful.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

In a matter of moments, all of Hansel's bodyguards were sent flying by Colin.

Yardley was stunned by the dreadful sight.

He turned to face Nathan and Colin in shock. This is insane. Even Hansel can't win this

fight.

A wave of regret engulfed him as he realized he had greatly underestimated Horatio's power. He should have known better than to cheat his abstract painting.

Now, he had now landed himself in hot water.

At the same time, Hansel was also shaken to his core.

He struggled to pick up the pistol with his left hand, ignoring the sharp pain in his right hand.

However, Colin already walked up to him, kicked his pistol out of the way, loomed over him and said coldly, "If I were you, I wouldn't try anything funny. Because that's the only way you might have a chance to live."

Hansel slowly lifted his head to look at Colin and

Nathan.

He gritted his teeth. "Brat, you guys are a ruthless bunch. But I have lots of men waiting outside. Have you ever thought of how you're going to leave this place if you dare hurt me?"

"Hehe, your subordinates are mere preys in my eyes. They can't stop me from leaving," said Nathan.

"Where is my abstract painting?"

Hansel steeled himself and replied, "It's not here!"

Nathan frowned, "Where is it?"

"I've put it up for auction at the Ghost Auction

House. It'll be auctioned at midnight tonight.”

The Ghost Auction House was the biggest black market in Brimmopolis and in Eurasia.

Ghost Auction House would hold an auction once every month and it was usually held at midnight.

Their regular customers consisted of black market dealers and rich people from all over the world. They often shop for goods there.

It was almost impossible for the average person to get their hands on the Ghost Auction House's admission ticket, even if he was rich.

Having heard that Hansel had put Wyland Huck's abstract painting up for auction, Nathan couldn't help but frown. He said coldly, "I want you to cancer the auction immediately and return the abstract painting right this instance."

Hansel shook his head. "I can't do that. I'm not that capable. Everyone knows that the seller isn't allowed to cancel their listing unless it didn't receive any bids. I've already sent Wyland Huck's abstract painting to the Ghost Auction House and words have spread. They have a lot of interested buyers at the moment. The Ghost Auction House and those interested buyers will not agree to it if I were to cancel my listing now. So I have no way of getting the abstract painting back."

Nathan's frown deepened. He had promised Mr. Windsor he would get the abstract painting back by daybreak so that Horatio would feel better.

However, it looked like he would have to put in a little more effort to get the abstract painting now.

Hansel sneered, "Brat, there are only

two ways for you to get the abstract painting back. If no one bids for the abstract painting tonight, I can get it back and sell it to you; or you can participate in the auction tonight and spend a fortune to get the abstract painting back. Of course, you'll need to get your hands on the Ghost Auction House's admission ticket first."

Nathan puffed on his cigarette and said, "Don't you worry, I will head to Ghost Auction House personally to get the abstract painting back."

Colin asked in a low voice, "Mr. Cross, since we're heading to the Ghost Auction House to get the abstract painting, how should we deal with both of them?"

He was referring to Hansel and Yardley.

At that moment, Hansel and Yardley grew inexplicably nervous as they stared at Nathan with mixed emotions.
