Chapter 2205

Nathan and everyone else had just come out of The Pinnacle of Channing, and Colin was just about to get the car, but then, a group of people came out of the building as well. Judging from the looks of it, they were there for trouble.

"Nathan, Penny, leaving so soon?"

The people who came after them were none other than Easton and his underlings. The moment he came out, a dozen black cars appeared on the streets, surrounding Nathan and his team.

A moment later, a few dozen men in suits came out of the cars and stood before Easton. They bowed to him, "Greetings, Master Easton."

There were civilians around when the cars showed up, and they were shocked at the sight. When the men were bowing to Easton, the civilians were whispering about it as well.

Nathan was frowning in displeasure.

Penny was staring at Easton. For some reason, she had a guess that said that Easton might be a part of the Camden family that was residing overseas.

A moment later, her guess was confirmed by Easton himself. He smirked at them and announced, "As all of you know, I'm Easton, a general of Eagleland's army. Now I shall tell you a bit more about myself. I am a part of the Camden family, the overseas division. And I am number two in the family."

And then, as if he wanted to remind Nathan, he said, "Remember Clayton? The one you messed up badly? He's my brother."

Nathan told him calmly, "I have told the Camden family to never show themselves before me ever again. I will let this slide because you are a part of the entourage, but I am obligated to warn you: stay out of any trouble."

Easton laughed. "You beat my brother up.

You messed with my family, and now you want me to stay out of your way? Don't you think that's really funny coming from you?"

Nathan retorted coldly, "You have two choices right now. One, my men will teach you a lesson you won't soon forget. Two, you get out of my sight right now. The choice is yours, now make it, and make it fast." Easton looked at Colin, who was standing beside Nathan, and he sneered. "You call yourself Eurasia's God of War? When all you do is let your lackey do everything for you? What are you, a coward? If I were you, I wouldn't stand behind my lackey. I'll fight my own fights."

Colin would not stand for that insult. He wouldn't mind if Easton was just directing it at him, but when he called Nathan a coward, Colin almost snapped.

Despite that, Nathan wasn't angered at all. Instead, he said calmly, "If I remember correctly, back at the restaurant, you said you wanted to teach my 'lackey' a lesson.

Why aren't you doing that now? Or are you a coward?"

Easton sneered again. "I'm not scared of your lackey. I just think it's pointless fighting a nobody like him. If there's someone I want to fight, it's you. But if you want to hide behind him, I don't mind killing him before I go for you."

Colin finally snapped. "He doesn't need to fight you. You're unworthy of Mr. Cross' time, you cur. I am enough to take care of you.

Nathan stopped him, however, "Hold it, Colin."

Colin was surprised that Nathan would stop him. "Sir?"

Nathan smiled. "I wasn't going to do this, but this guy has been getting on my nerves as well. I might have to slap him a couple of times, or this is going to gnaw at me.

Colin smiled. "Very well then, Sir. I leave this cur to you to be taught a lesson." And

Colin made way for Nathan.

Easton had seen how Colin fought back at the restaurant, so he knew the guy was a powerful fighter. He thought Nathan only became Eurasia's God of War because he had Colin to fight all the fights for him.

He thought Nathan would hide behind Colin again like a coward, but he never expected Nathan to step up. And he said he'll slap me?

Easton sneered. "Well, aren't you an arrogant one, God of War? Now let's see if you can slap me. It might be the other way around, I tell you."

Nathan told him calmly, "I'll only deal three blows. All of them are slaps to the face. Dodge any one of them, and the win is yours to take."

What? Everyone was shocked by the declaration. They couldn't believe that Nathan would only attack three times, and they couldn't believe that he told Easton what the attacks would be. However, most importantly, if Easton could dodge any one of the slaps, it would mean he won the match.

Oh my god. That's just too unbelievable.
