"I have diplomatic immunity! I am exempted from the laws of your country. You don't have the right to touch me," Kristoff screamed at Colin. "Although your diplomatic immunity might help you evade the country's law, you've threatened my wife. Even that will not save you from the heinous crime you've committed."

Kristoff was so stunned that his eyes nearly bulged out of his head. His entire body was trembling in fear and shock. I can't believe the punishment for harassing Ms. Smith is so much more severe than my other crimes.

In the meantime, Colin had made his way in front of Kristoff. He placed his hand on the man's shoulder and pushed him downward. "Kneel down in front of Mr. Cross."

Nathan looked at KristofFs motionless body before he diverted his attention to the group of workers from Novah Pharmaceutical Company. "Although this was KristofFs punishment, I hope it will serve as a reminder to everyone here, too."

Promptly, the workers of Novah Pharmaceutical Company scurried to obey Nathan's orders. A handful of them quickly translated what he'd just said while the rest helped Kristoff and his guards to their feet. Without any delay, they fled the scene with their tails tucked between their legs.

However, they were halted by Penny, who called out, "Wait a minute!"

They turned around to look at Penny with frightened gazes.

"Not only did you barge into our company, you even lashed out against our guards and upturned the entire place. Are you planning to leave without paying the necessary reparations?" Penny asked in a stoic tone. She beckoned at Kylie and instructed, "Kylie, get the guards to escort them to the finance department. They are only allowed to leave after compensating for the medical fees and reparations." "Yes." Kylie nodded her head in reply.

The group from Novah Pharmaceutical Company relaxed when they heard Penny's demands. Obediently, they followed Kylie and the Cross Corporation's guards to the finance department. There, they compensated for all the damage they'd caused before hurrying away.

After Penny instructed her subordinates to clean up the meeting room, she entered her private office with Nathan.

The stern look on Penny's face vanished when she closed the door behind her. It was instantly replaced with one of affection. She leaped into Nathan's arms with a bright smile. "Hubby, why didn't you tell me about your arrival in advance?" she whined with a petulant pout.

He grinned. "I decided to head here after settling my important work in Brimmopolis. I kept it a secret to surprise you."

Penny rolled her eyes in exasperation. "You came at the right time. Ava was on leave today when the men from Novah Pharmaceutical Company came looking for trouble. If you hadn't shown up, I'm afraid that the company's guards would not have put up a fight against Kristoff's men."

"Don't worry. Kristoff has learned his lesson. Furthermore, he discovered our relationship with Cross Corporation. They won't be so careless the next time they make their move. In the future, I'm sure they won' try to target Cross Group with such reckless abandon."
