Salute To The General
Chapter 2323

When Nathan and the others were back in Jazona Hotel, the hotel manager was there waiting for them. Unexpectedly, he had assigned two hotel staff to pack their luggage and carry them to the hotel lobby.

"Mr. Cross, I'm sorry, but we can't let you continue staying at our hotel. We've packed your luggage for you. As for the fee you have paid before, we'll give you a full refund. Again, our sincerest apologies for this," the hotel manager apologized earnestly. In an instant, Nathan's forehead creased into a frown.

Meanwhile, Penny was dumbfounded.

Colin, Ava, and Tim flipped out at once. D*mn it! How could the hotel manager chase us away!

Wearing a look of sheer grimness, Tim snapped, "How dare you chase Mr. Cross out? You must be asking for trouble!"

Needless to say, the hotel manager was aware of Tim's identity as the head of the War Dragon Chamber. Nevertheless, he was not the slightest bit intimidated because of that. In fact, he uttered placidly, "Mr. Yeaman, don't get me wrong. We don't intend to chase Mr. Cross out of the hotel, but we can't continue entertaining him any longer. If not, we'll be in deep water!"

Nathan replied calmly, "Well, you should at least give me a reason!"

The hotel manager gulped and explained, "Mr. Cross, we have no choice because you've gotten on the nerves of Mr. Matsuo Yori from the Yori Corporation. Almost everyone in Jetroina knows that they shouldn't dig their own graves by stepping on his toes. If you offended a king, at least everything is bound by law. However, Matsuo gives no hoots to any rules and regulations. So you'll only put yourself on the line by getting on his nerves.

He paused and added resignedly, "Mr. Yori had warned us not to entertain you. If not, we'll spell trouble for our hotel. Thus, we don't dare to entertain you any longer. Apart from that, I bet there isn't any hotel or restaurant in the whole of Jazona that dares to entertain you. Mr. Cross, I'm sorry to say, but you won't be able to stay long in this country."

Nathan chuckled. "Oh! Is that so?"

After hesitating momentarily, the hotel manager mustered up his courage to advise Nathan, "Mr. Cross, please heed my words. I'm taking the risk to tell you this. Ever since there's an order from Mr. Yori, there won't be anyone who dares to entertain you again in Jazona. I foresee that there won't be anywhere else for you to stay and have meals after this. Not to mention, the assassins of the Yori Corporation will surely go after you! In my opinion, you should seek help from the embassy as soon as possible. There might still be a chance for you to survive if they can send you back to Eurasia soon."

The next moment, he urged Nathan and the others to leave apprehensively.

Boiling with rage, Tim grimaced. To him, Nathan was as mighty as a deity, so seeing the hotel manager refuse to entertain the latter was as though his deity was being humiliated. Temper flaring, he was about to unleash his wrath.

However, Nathan stopped him and tried to appease him. "It's all right. We don't have to put them in a tight spot. Let's move to another hotel."

Thus, they left and contacted a few other five-star hotels. Even so, none of them dared to entertain Nathan.

Tim fumed, "The owners of all these five-star hotels are indeed cowards! I'll look for economy hotels then!" Nonetheless, Nathan stopped him again placidly. "Forget about it. The Yori Corporation is deemed the dark kingdom that conquers the whole underworld in Jetroina. Matsuno Yori is just like the king of darkness. I bet those hooligans under the Yori Corporation must have taken action. Be it the hotels or the restaurants, all of them have to cross paths with the hooligans unavoidably. Hence, I'm sure they won't dare to take the risk to entertain us."

Tim said hesitantly, "But..."

Nathan cut him off with a smile. "Enough of that. We'll stay at your War Dragon Chamber these two days.

Try to sell off all your properties under the War Dragon Chamber and dismiss all your subordinates in the following two days. After that, follow me back to Eurasia and rejoin the military."

The latter mumbled anxiously, "But I'm the Lone Star. I'm afraid..."

Nathan mocked, "I'm still safe and sound even after spending time with you for days. So it's proven that the fortune teller was bluffing by claiming that! Or perhaps, you don't wish to be back in the country and the military because you can't let go of the War Dragon Chamber, your wealth, and social status here? If that's the case, I won't persuade you again."

Tim reassured him hastily, "Mr. Cross, I've been thinking of going back to the country and rejoining the military day and night. I vow to follow your instructions to sell off my properties and dismiss my subordinates so I can go back with you two days later." Nathan laughed heartily and replied, "Good to hear that!"

After a while, Tim asked again, "Oh yeah! Mr. Cross, do you have any idea how we should get the matter settled with Matsuo?"

Nathan snickered. "Before we leave, I'll drop by Tiger Hall of the Yori Corporation and finish him off myself!"
