An elegantly dressed man appeared before the crowd. Nathan looked up and saw a slightly bald man in a white suit.

This middle-aged man was none other than Wesson Kane.

Everyone went forward to greet him when they saw the host.

The vice-principal greeted each and every one of his guests courteously. When he saw a strapping foreigner, he walked toward him and flashed an amiable smile. "Hi, Johnny, how do you do? I hope you and the other international students are settling in well at our university.'

Johnny smiled and nodded. "We're all good, Mr. Kane. The only thing is that the culture over here is more conservative, so it's a little difficult to replace a girlfriend," he joked in fluent English. Many other foreigners began hooting and jeering at his words.

The women present had varying expressions at this. Some were shooting interested glances at the foreigners, while others, like Kylie, had on disgusted looks.

When the men heard this, they were emboldened. They looked around the room, their lustful gazes scanning the women present.

Kylie was appalled. She had been looking forward to the reunion tonight and genuinely thought Wesson was kind enough to invite her. Little did she know, he had such malicious intentions. He had been planning to match the international students up with the ladies all this while.

She then decided to excuse herself from the event, but Wesson approached her before she could make a move.

With a smile, he said, "Kylie, I'm glad to see you here. I still remember you were the prettiest girl back when you were studying here. I heard you're working at Cross Corporation right now?" "Yes, Mr. Kane."

"That's a really good company. However, you're still single, aren't you? Are you interested in any of the men here? I can introduce you to them if you are. This is Johnny. He's an international student at our school and is one strong young man. What do you think about him?"

Johnny had already set his eyes on Kylie before Wesson spoke. When he heard the vice-principal's words, he quickly shot Kylie a smile, but Kylie was utterly dismayed.

Her face flushed red in anger. "I'm sorry, Mr. Kane. I'm not interested in starting a relationship," she refused squarely, yet Johnny and the others completely misread her reaction.

They all thought her face was red because she was shy.

When Wesson's assistant, Yara Truman, saw this, she quickly stepped in to placate Kylie. "Come on, Kylie. We're all grown-ups here. You don't have to be so conservative and shy. Johnny's a really good catch. All the women are lining up for him as he's got a great body. If you don't believe me, why don't you try touching that muscular chest and feel for yourself?" With that said, Yara even grabbed Kylie's hand and placed it on Johnny's chest.

Johnny puffed up his chest instantly, trying to show off to Kylie, but the latter shrunk her hand back in disgust.

Even though Kylie struggled to break Yara's grip, the assistant refused to let go. On the contrary, Yara kept pushing her. "Trust me, he's got a muscular body. You don't have to be shy! It's not like touching him will make you pregnant or anything..." "Stop it!" Nathan interrupted. "Let her go, you b*tch!"

The moment his voice rang out, the whole hall fell into dead silence.

Everyone stared at Nathan with different expressions on their faces.

Yara glared at Nathan in utter disbelief.

Just as everyone was still caught up in the shock, Kylie broke free from Yara and ran behind Nathan.
