Salute To The General -
Chapter 2540
Even Sofie could not wait to see how the battle would turn out.
"The Chief Military Governor of Eurasia is a very capable man; I'll give him that. But Rogan is one of the most powerful fighters in the world, and the only one who can defeat him is Leopold, Rcmdik's very own God of War. I don't think Chief Cross would have a chance against Rogan."
"Rogan! Rogan! Rogan!" Suddenly, the Remdikians began chanting the Siberian Tiger's name to cheer the man on. Meanwhile, Colin, the Elite Eight, and others furrowed their eyebrows concernedly at the screen showing the seemingly undefeatable Rogan. Despite the fact that none of them were facing Rogan in person, Colin and the others could still sense the fierce aura emanating from the four-star Tiger.
"Many around the world know Rogan because of his exceptional combat skills. I'm afraid that Nathan's going to be in quite a pickle this time," commented Colin. While the crowd was still speculating about the outcome, the virtual battle between Nathan and Rogan had already begun. The latter was the first to make a move. Boom!
Rogan's thundering steps were so explosive that the ground cracked wherever his feet landed.
Like a rocket, the Tiger charged toward Nathan and launched his fist at his enemy.
Even in the face of such a mighty assault, Nathan had no intention of backing away. Instead, the Chief Military Governor parried the attack valiantly with his own fist. Bam!
A thunderous boom resounded throughout the battlefield the second the two fists collided. Nathan remained unmoved, while Rogan was sent stumbling backward uncontrollably.
The crowd immediately fell silent, for they could not believe what they had just witnessed.
Rogan did not expect his opponent to be able to knock him back, for even though he had only used half of his strength, his punching power was increased with the speed of his charge.
Hence, Rogan suspected that Nathan had gone all out to parry his attack. Be that as it may, it's still pretty impressive that Chief Cross managed to pull off such a feat. "Let me apologize for underestimating you. Starting from this moment, I'll fight you with everything I have. Prepare to be defeated, Chief Cross!"
With that, Rogan rushed toward his enemy like a lightning bolt once again.
Nathan said nothing in response but decisively took the Siberian Tiger head-on.
The two then traded blows so swiftly that they almost became a blur, and before long, the virtual battleground looked as though it had been bombarded with explosives.
Boom!Boom!
Gammon and the others were utterly dumbfounded as they watched the two seemingly superhuman fighters continue to duel it out.
It was a very ferocious battle.
At that moment, a tall figure, accompanied by several soldiers, arrived at the scene.
The middle-aged person had a stern visage and wore a Remdikian uniform with five stars on the epaulets. As it turned out, the highly-decorated military man was none other than Leopold, the only five-star Lion King in Remdik and the country's God of War. For all the time Nathan had been in Remdik, Leopold never showed up, so it was quite a surprise that the God of War of Remdik did so then.
Narrowing his eyes at the screen where the fierce battle was displayed, Leopold wondered who Nathan was exactly.
Meanwhile, in the cyber world, the fight between Nathan and Rogan had reached a crescendo.
Rogan thought Nathan had already gone all out from the beginning, but he was proven wrong when he could not defeat his enemy even after giving a hundred percent. Instead, Rogan was having a hard time withstanding Nathan's onslaughts.
After three continuous strikes, Nathan finally managed to break through Rogan's defense, leaving the Siberian Tiger's chest wide open for attack.
The Chief Military Governor then seized the fleeting opportunity and swiftly drove his heel into his opponent.
Bam'.
Despite the fact that Rogan was well-built, his ribcage was severely broken after the perfectly-timed assault.
The man sprayed blood out of his mouth as he was sent flying despite being in a virtual world.
As soon as Rogan's virtual self was violently killed, the system ended the simulation.
Once again, the crowd fell dead silent as they stared blankly at the result displayed on-screen. The place was so quiet that one could even hear a pin drop.
