Salute To The General -
Chapter 3323 Beating Up Joshua
"As you wish!" said Nathan as he quickly closed in on Joshua with a swift movement and raised his hand to deliver a punch. Joshua didn't expect Nathan's sudden burst of speed would be so fast and was greatly surprised. He raised his hand and threw a punch as well. Thump!
Nathan remained motionless while Joshua was forced into retreating several steps due to the impact. Joshua was both shocked and angry. However, he suddenly noticed that the wound on Nathan's chest, which had just been bandaged, had split open again due to excessive force, oozing a considerable amount of fresh blood. He couldn't help but grin and mock, "You are on your last legs and experiencing terminal lucidity. I wonder how much longer you can hold on."
After saying that, Joshua lunged forward again, engaging in close combat with Nathan one more time.
Thump! Thump! Thump!
The two individuals' fists and feet continuously collided, endlessly creating a series of explosive sounds. Not far away, Gregg's face darkened as he watched. In his opinion, Nathan was neither on his last leg nor experiencing terminal lucidity. Nathan's combat strength was still quite formidable.
It couldn't go on like this!
Taking advantage of everyone's attention being focused on the battle between Nathan and Joshua, Gregg turned his head and whispered to Max, "Nathan is too strong. We can't risk everything in a one-on-one fight." Max agreed, saying, "That's true. If even we can't win against Nathan, wouldn't that be a ridiculously embarrassing loss?"
Upon hearing this, Gregg's eyes hardened. He turned to a duke and instructed, "Leave quietly. No matter how the battle goes here, you must descend the mountain and order our vampire army to launch a full-scale attack in an hour. First, we'll attack the mountain and eliminate Nathan. Then, we'll continue our momentum and annihilate the human alliance army on the plains on the other side of the mountain."
The duke promptly replied, "All right!"
After saying that, the duke took advantage of the fact that the humans on the scene were not paying attention and quietly retreated. Then, he swiftly made his exit. Gregg sneered as he watched Nathan fighting with Joshua.
Nathan, no matter the outcome here, once my hundreds of thousands of vampire army charge in, you're definitely not going to survive. The human alliance will be left rudderless after your death, and they will inevitably be annihilated by us. Do you really think we would surrender just because of a few duels? You're so naive!
In reality, even during battle, Nathan was hypervigilant. He had noticed Gregg's actions earlier and seen the quietly departing vampire duke. He knew that Gregg was definitely up to some tricks. However, Nathan didn't mind because he had been prepared for this all along.
At this moment, Nathan devoted all his energy to dealing with Joshua.
Thump! Thump! Thump!
Nathan threw Triple Lightning Fists and broke through Joshua's defense. Then, he delivered a vicious kick, striking Joshua's chest with full force. Thump!
Joshua was sent flying by a powerful kick, crashing into a large rock and shattering the rock into pieces. "Ouch!" Joshua let out a low growl, revealing his battle form. Joshua's body had become even more muscular, and a pair of skeletal wings symbolizing King-Class vampires appeared on his back.
"It's you who forced me to reveal my battle form. It's you who pushed me to unleash my full strength. Prepare to face my wrath..." growled Joshua.
Before Joshua could finish speaking, a figure flashed before his eyes, and Nathan had already charged straight toward him. Smack!
Nathan swung his fist full force and landed a heavy punch straight on Joshua's face. Joshua's face was struck by a powerful punch from Nathan, causing blood to gush out. His arrogant shouting came to an abrupt halt, replaced by a stifled groan. Nathan landed a punch at his opponent without any hesitation in his movements. With his left hand gripping Joshua's throat, Nathan forcefully pressed Joshua's incredibly muscular body to the ground. Immediately after, like a warrior fighting against a predator, Nathan held Joshua down with his left hand and continuously rained down punches with his right hand.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Nathan's iron fists relentlessly pounded Joshua's face, causing blood to splatter and become a bloody mess. Nathan punched Joshua's head so hard that it sunk into the muddy ground.
Everyone around, whether they were vampires or humans, was completely dumbfounded. They could never have imagined that Nathan would actually pin a dignified King-Class vampire to the ground and beat him up.
