Salute To The General
Chapter 3470 Granting Death

Gryffen looked at Wolfric's vice admiral with a smile that wasn't quite a smile, calmly stating, "No, we are not Demigods. We are a level above Demigods. We are Gods." After saying that, he added flatly, "I'm granting you death!"

No sooner had his words fallen than Mila, the woman subordinate by his side, had already made her move. "Death!"

She swiftly pulled out something resembling a flashlight. With a swift flick, the flashlight transformed into a lightsword. Before Wolfric's vice admiral could react, he was swiftly cut in half by Mila's lightsword, dying tragically on the spot.

In an instant, Wolfric's face turned ashen, and the expressions of everyone present also changed.

Gryffen didn't pay any mind to the insignificant beings before him, dismissing them nonchalantly. He walked straight past them, casually removing the medicinal drip from Lunar's body, and then placed his hand on Lunar's forehead. His hand emitted a gentle blue glow as if he were healing Lunar.

Everyone around was watching, their eyes glued to the scene.

Only Wolfric was cunningly retreating because he had already sensed something was off, and he was about to make a run for it.

After retreating to the rear, Wolfric suddenly let out a strange cry, like a startled dog, and began to scamper away in a disorganized fashion, heading toward the exit.

"Ah!"

Gryffen, who was in the midst of treating Lunar, glanced out of the corner of his eye but didn't pay it any mind.

At the scene, there were about a dozen Gods. Mila slightly furrowed her brows, nonchalantly activating the laser weapon on her wrist. With the same casualness, she fired a beam of light toward Wolfric. Mila thought she could kill Wolfric rather easily.

However, Wolfric suddenly stumbled, evading the laser attack.

Mila couldn't help but feel weirded out. Huh? Could that be a coincidence?

At this moment, Wolfric had already fled to the door. Mila didn't think twice. With a slightly serious expression, she raised her hand toward Wolfric's retreating figure and swiftly fired three consecutive laser beams. Those three laser beams formed a triangular and shot toward Wolfric's back.

That was supposed to be a sure kill, but what happened next left Mila in shock.

Just moments ago, Wolfric, who had been stumbling, suddenly became agile. His body transformed into an afterimage, shifting positions three times in succession, remarkably evading three laser beams. After the shock wore off, Mila realized she had been tricked.

The human before her was strong, pretending to be panic-stricken. She fell for it.

Needless to say, it was too late. Wolfric had already unleashed all his strength and was fleeing at lightning speed.

"Despicable human! Do you think you can escape?" Mila fumed.

After saying that, she was about to pursue Wolfric with a lightsword in her hand.

At that moment, Gryffen had already healed Lunar. He called out to Mila in a soft voice, "Stop chasing. Don't pursue a fleeing prey. The earthlings believe that one shouldn't pursue a desperate enemy."

Mila agreed, but it was clear she was

somewhat resentful. It was her first time on Earth, and she was upset that she had been outsmarted by humans, a species she looked down upon. Her mood was

understandably sour.

Gryffen said calmly, "It's okay to

learn a lesson the hard way. What's important is not to make the same mistake twice. Remember,

Earthlings are far more cunning and deceitful than we could ever imagine. We must be extremely careful when dealing with them in the future."

"Yes!" Mila responded.

Gryffen turned to the other Gods and advised, "The same goes for you all."

The group of Gods responded in unison, "Yes!"

Just then, Lunar, the Demigod, knelt on one knee before Gryffen,

passionately saying, "Thank you, Swordmaster, for personally stepping in to save me. Otherwise, I would have surely been humiliated by these despicable humans."

After saying that, she revealed that the human scientists wanted her to undress for their research.

A flash of anger swept through Gryffen's eyes as his gaze fell upon Hynes and the others.

Hynes's face turned pale with fear, his voice trembling as he said, "H-Hello..."

Gryffen gave a slight smile and snapped his fingers.

Bang!

Hynes instantly exploded into a cloud of blood.

Gryffen turned around and walked away, his voice echoing in the air. "Kill everyone here. Leave no one alive."

Mila and the other Gods unanimously responded, "Yes!"

With that, they swiftly drew their lightswords, attacking the Ariarican scientists and soldiers on site like a pack of wolves and tigers, embarking on an act of bloody vengeance.
