Salute To The General -
Chapter 3485 Advanced Serum
Francis Ladell?
When Nathan heard that, his eyes lit up. Without hesitation, he instructed, "Let him in."
Soon, Francis was brought in.
These days, Francis looked quite different from his usual unkempt appearance. Surprisingly, he was dressed in a well-tailored suit, looking rather dashing and sophisticated, just like a distinguished guest at a ceremony. "President Cross."
With utmost respect, Francis bowed to Nathan. His assistant, who was following behind him, quickly followed suit. Nathan gently nodded. "Professor Ladell."
Knowing that Nathan's time was precious, Francis dared not waste any of it. He went straight to the point with a smile. "President Cross, I'm here to provide you with a report on my work. I'm pleased to inform you that Cross Research Team has done you and the chairman proud. We have met all expectations and successfully developed an advanced serum. In addition, we managed to cure Mr. Hurt using it. The blood virus in his body has been completely removed, and after multiple examinations, we can confirm that he has fully recovered."
What?
Upon receiving the news, Nathan was overjoyed.
He could not help but stand up and asked, "Really?"
Francis chuckled. "Mr. Cross, I wouldn't dare to deceive you of all people."
With that, he turned around and called out, "Mr. Hurt?"
Shortly after, a familiar figure appeared in front of Nathan, and it was none other than Sevan.
The latter seemed to have lost some weight, yet his spirit was remarkably high, and he had a healthy complexion. There was no trace of the sickly pallor often associated with vampires. Nathan exclaimed with delight, "Sevan!"
Kneeling on one knee, Seven looked up and smiled. "Master, Professor Ladell has successfully developed an advanced serum, and I have been cured."
He got really worked up, not just for his own recovery, but also because Francis had developed an advanced serum that brought hope for a cure to Nathan.
Nathan laughed. "Great! Great! This is just great!" He repeated 'great' three times in a row.
Seeing how happy Nathan was, Sevan retrieved a briefcase from his assistant, opened it, and presented its contents to Nathan with an air of showcasing a remarkable achievement.
He then said with a flattering smile, "Mr. Cross, this is the advanced serum, the latest research achievement of Cross Group!"
Nathan's attention shifted to the several bottles of serum in the briefcase. "How do you use this serum?" he asked curiously.
Francis chuckled. "It's administered through injections. Once injected into the patient's body, it effectively cleanses the system and eliminates the blood virus."
Nathan was well pleased. "Francis,
you've done a good job. As the boss
of Cross Group, I'm awarding you a hundred million. Furthermore, I'm also granting your team a hundred million as a reward. Leave the serum sample here. I will have it sent for testing. If there are no issues, we can proceed with mass production and start selling it on the market."
A hundred million prize money!
Francis was so excited that he almost jumped up.
He quickly said, "Thank you, Mr. Cross."
Subsequently, Colin stepped forward and took the briefcase from Francis.
Nathan smiled and said, "You go ahead. I'll make sure to commend you properly later."
"Noted," Francis replied.
Then he left cheerfully. He was looking forward to sharing the good news with his research team.
In addition to awarding him with a hundred million, Nathan also granted his team another hundred million as a reward.
Consequently, he and his colleagues would all become wealthy.
Francis had just left when Sage
hurriedly came in from outside. "Reporting in. Mr. Cross, The War
Gods from the State Guesthouse et
have requested a meeting with you. They have mentioned that it's regarding an important matter they need to discuss."
Nathan and Colin exchanged glances.
They knew clearly that the War Gods must have been instigated by Wolfric and Eugene IV to challenge Nathan's identity, demanding proof that he was no longer a vampire.
Subconsciously, Nathan glanced at
the briefcase held by Colin. He responded calmly, "Very well. Let them wait for the time being. H meet with them after I've finished my work." en Narugi
"Duly noted!" Sage replied and left after that.
