“Alright guys, have fun.” William left.

“Keilani exhibited no sincerity. Turns out she framed you. She’s as vile and foolish as ever!” Bellalamented.

“Did she have a history of something like this?” Sabrina asked.

“She was far worse. Arrogant, stubborn, self-centered, envious, and petty. Using her status, she bulliedanyone in her path.” Bella had a trove of tales illustrating Keilani’s faults.

“In middle school, she disfigured a girl merely for that innocent girl having received compliments from aboy she fancied outside the school. During a school event, I outshone her in a performance, so she puta nail in my shoe. Luckily, I caught on. Despite her brother’s restraints in recent years, she thrives oncausing chaos,”

Bella divulged.

Naturally, Bella had exacted her revenge at that time. Thus began their rivalry. Upon their convergencein the same space, an inevitable storm brewed between them.

“Her arrogance knows no bounds. Have her parents never wielded discipline?” Sabrina thought aloudupon hearing this, her heart lamenting for the girl shunned by fate.

“Her father’s consumed by business, and her mother’s ailing. All servants are afraid of her. She hasbeen becoming more and more arrogant until her brother returned.” Bella snorted and ground herteeth. “But you need not fear her. You’re my friend. I’ll protect you. If she tries to touch you, myprotection will intensify.”

“Gratitude, Bella. You’ve been acquainted for quite a while?” Sabrina inquired.

“Since our earliest school days,” Bella confirmed, hinting at a longstanding enmity.

Both of them were affluent, leaders in their respective domains, reluctant to yield to each other’sprominence.

In their school years, Keilani, seeing Bella’s popularity, harbored jealousy and occasionally lashed outin taunts.

Suddenly, Sabrina’s phone rang.

Retrieving her phone, Sabrina discovered an unfamiliar local number flashing on the screen.

She answered the phone, “Understood… Yes… I’ll be there.”

“Who was it? Someone seeking you out?” Bella asked after Sabrina hung up.

“The police station. They claim to have found fresh leads about the accident last time,” Sabrinarevealed.

Bella was curious. “Wasn’t it just an accident? What else could there be to replace?”

“I’m not certain,” Sabrina replied. “Technically, we’ve settled things, and the police aren’t investigatinganymore. Maybe your dad’s team discovered something while searching for the responsible driver?”

“I don’t think so,” Bella said. “I considered asking my father for help. But before he could do anything, that responsible driver was already taken to the police station.”

“Well, I’ll go check it out first,” Sabrina responded. Standing up, she said, “Enjoy yourselves. I need toleave now. See you next time.”

“Okay,” the group responded.

Sabrina picked up her bag and left the chamber, making her way to the elevator.
