Chapter 984 Killing Vinson

"Alex! You're finally back! Had you been even a few minutes late, that man would've..." Kate nuzzled against Alex's chest and started crying as she continued. "He told me you were dead, Alex! I was so scared Thank goodness you're all right! I don't know how I would go on without you!"

Alex patted Kate on the shoulder and comforted her, Tm fine. I'm just glad you're fine too. Now, go wait for me in the room while I take care of this guy."

Kate stopped crying the moment she heard that. Take care of this guy? What is Alex going to do to Vinson? Kill him?

While she couldn't care less about Vinson, she was worried about what he might tell Alex. She couldn't risk Alex having doubts about her loyalty toward him.

With that in mind, Kate wiped her tears and tried to put on a tough front as she said, "No, I want to stay here and watch you kill him. Not only did this guy hire others to kill you, but he also tried to force himself on me! He deserves everything you're about to do to him!"

Alex could understand why Kate would want to watch Vinson die, so he simply nodded at her without saying anything.

Vinson held a hand against his chest as he struggled to get back on his feet. His eyes were filled with fear as he looked up at Alex.

Noticing the murderous intent in Alex's eyes, Vinson shook his head profusely while mumbling repeatedly, "N-No... No! No!"

His body felt as though it would fall apart if he so much as moved a muscle, leaving him powerless to do anything against Alex as he walked toward him.

"No, don't listen to that b*tch! Please don't kill me! I'm from a noble family in Ferropene! If you spare my life, I'll pay you a huge amount of money!" Vinson pleaded desperately on his knees. When faced with the threat of death, he could no longer care about his ego and pride.

Alex had already found out that Vinson hired those men who tried to kill him, and he wasn't about to let that slide.

Ignoring Vinson's pleas, Alex walked up to him and grabbed Vinson's head with both hands. The next thing they knew, Alex had snapped Vinson's neck with a forceful twist. Crack!

Kate screamed in horror and covered her eyes with both hands as she slumped to the floor.

Despite her being a scheming woman, this was her first time seeing Alex kill someone.

After taking a moment to recover from the shock, however, Kate felt relieved that Alex did not question her much, which saved her the trouble of explaining herself. "I-I'm scared, Alex. Let's go to bed, okay?" "Go on ahead. I need to take care of this body," Alex replied while waving at her.

Can't leave this body lying here overnight now, can we?

Alex punched in Flynn's number and told him what had happened. About ten minutes later, Flynn showed up with his men and took Vinson's body away.

Upon noticing the red Ferrari outside the villa, Alex handed Flynn its keys and said, "You can have that

Ferrari. Go and take it for a spin or something."

"That car belongs to the dead man, right? Not cool, Alex! You should drop it off at a car dealership or something! Why would you give me a dead man's car?" Flynn snapped at him. Despite what he said, he still took the keys and excitedly checked the car out.

"Shouldn't you be grateful that I'm giving you a car? This Ferrari looks brand new. I'm guessing that guy got it rather recently. Limited edition Ferraris like these are worth tens of millions, you know? If you don't want it, I'll have someone else sell it off," Alex said as he reached out to take the keys back.

Flynn gasped in shock when he heard the value of the ear. He then waved at Alex and floored the accelerator as he said. "Thanks, Alex!"

Although Vinson's red Ferrari looked really cool and sporty, it wasn't to Alex's liking.

As The Mob had wrecked his car, he would need to go through the hassle of buying himself a new car.
