Chapter 73. Annoy Noah
Briana POV
“Don’t tell me you have been celibate all this time. I wouldn’t believe you. That w be the most far–fetch thing you could have come up to save your sorry a*s.”
I looked at him with suspicion.
What he was telling me did not add up to the Noah I married. He is insatiable with s*
“It was the truth. Women repulsed me.” He held his palms up to compound his claim.
On the other hand, I looked at him with squinted eyes, unable to believe what he was telling me.
“Don’t tell me you have turned gay. Women repulsed you because you are attracted
to men now.”
He chuckled. “Did I kiss like I wanted a man?”
That shut me up.
Of course, he still kisses like a pro.
His comeback earned a snort from me.
“Believe me. I never touched Britney. I never loved her. And it is impossible for her to have my baby.”
I shook my head.
I was tired, and it was the middle of the night.
“Okay. Supposing I believe you. What are we going to do with the children? Let us talk tomorrow. Bring your lawyer. We will discuss how to navigate this co–parenting set–up.” I told him, yawning.
I was about to lay back in bed when Noah called me.
“I–war.
s to co–parent the triplets together.”
“Okay. Let’s talk about that tomorrow. You may go. ” I agreed and lifted my hand to point to the door.
“You don’t understand. When I say co–parenting, it means living together as a family.”

My brows furrowed because what he was suggesting was highly unpalatable to me.
“I know you don’t trust me. Not after what happened to us. So, I am proposing that we co–parent the children by living in the same home I purchased.”
My lips parted.
This is so f*cking unbelievable.
“Not for discussion. If you hadn’t noticed, the children and I already have a home.” I spread my arms wide to encompass the whole room to emphasize my point in a voice dripping with sarcasm.
“I know, but living together would be better for the children.”
My brows shot upwards.
“And who said so? My children are mature beyond their age. Eventually, they would understand why mommy and daddy do not live together like other parents.
“I don’t want to argue with you, but seeing Mason’s reaction tonight. I think it is best that we live together to give them that sense of stability.”
“Not subject for discussion,” I told him.
“If you want to fulfill your fatherly duties, be creative. I am sure you can think of something.” I added before waving him goodbye.
Noah looked confused as he stared at my waving fingers.
“What is that supposed to mean?”
I looked at my waving fingers before facing him once more.
“My fingers are waving goodbye. You are not allowed to sleep here. This is my home, and I get to set the rules. No sleepovers.” I declared.
“And your brothers?” He quipped.
“Out of negotiation. We are talking about you, not them.”
“But it’s late. Can’t you be a little more compassionate? I need to rest. Besides, what
if Mason asked for me when he woke up?” He sounded like a whiny child.
“Cute. But not enough to get my sympathy.”
I pulled the blanket away from my body, swung my legs off the bed, and marched to

the door.
I swung it open before turning my head toward Noah.
“Leave. You may come back tomorrow at breakfast. Don’t be late. The children wake up at seven.” I told him.
Noah shook his head and dragged his feet to the open door.
“Don’t you have any guest rooms where I could stay?” He asked, lingering.
I shook my head. “No. You will visit the kids in the morning and leave when they go to bed.”
Noah sputtered. “But I have a day job. You know that I manage Hunter Enterprises. I am a busy person.” He looked incredulously at me.
Maybe, he could not believe I would do this.
Tshrugged. “Then, you cannot co–parent with me. End of story.”
Noah stepped out when he suddenly turned around to face me.
Before he could open his mouth, I shut the door on his face. He knocked, of course, but I locked it.
When I heard the fading sounds of his heavy footsteps, I grinned. It looked like I found a way to annoy Noah.
