Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance -
Chapter 631
"Chad, why can Timmy watch, but I can't?" Anya protested, her usual obedience slipping through the cracks. Leo, stern as ever, replied, "Henry's mom handles him, and I handle you. If I say no, then it's a no." Anya, pouting in frustration, continued to sneak peeks.
Holding the phone he'd just confiscated, Leo thought for a moment. "I'm heading upstairs, Anya. Be good."
As Leo disappeared up the stairs, the normally compliant Anya decided today was not a day for following rules.
She slipped out to the backyard to see what Aunt Grace was up to.
"Keep spinning him, keep going, just like that. Make him feel like the world is spinning."
Wesley, hanging upside down and tightly bound, was flanked by bodyguards who spun him around, inducing a nauseating mix of vertigo and physical discomfort. The pain on his skin was tolerable, but the internal unease was unbearable, activating every nerve in his body.
The turmoil in his stomach, the dizziness, and the tight bonds around his ankles made him vomit uncontrollably, his own face becoming the landing spot for the vile mixture, causing immediate disgust among those nearby.
Humiliated, Wesley cursed, "Fuck! Molly, you won't get away with this."
"Oh look, he can curse, and in English no less. Bring a bucket of water."
Soon, the Gordon family's darling girl arrived with a bucket of water. "Auntie, here you go!"
Though the sun was warm, the water was icy cold. Molly scooped up a ladleful and splashed it on Wesley's face. "A little act of kindness from me to you."
Another ladleful followed.
Mia found it somewhat cruel, yet their curious baby boy watched intently.
She covered her son's eyes, "Sweetie, let's not watch your aunt."
"Mmm!"
"Let's get you to bed."
The little one, displeased, began to pout and tear up.
"Time for bed, love."
And so, the crying began.
"Should we start with an introduction? Or jump straight into your relationship with Tom? Or, maybe you'd like a taste of my latest trick?"
"Molly, you'll regret it if you end up in my hands," Wesley warned, glaring at the striking girl upside down.
Jade was fearless, "Who'd end up in your hands? I'm already with my Chad. With your pathetic state, if Chad were here, you'd be done for. Butler, is the chili powder ready?" Soon, the butler arrived with a pan of freshly fried, nose-tingling chili powder, causing anyone who smelled it to cough.
After it was brought over, Molly revealed her "kind" smile, "Don't worry, this'll be painless...I'm quite merciful."
Then, the "merciful" Jade sprinkled the chili powder on the upside-down Wesley.
Hansen, covering his nose, looked at his daughter, baffled. Was this really his child? His darling daughter?
Anya, sneezing uncontrollably from the chili powder settling around her, covered her nose, "Auntie, how are you holding up?"
Mia, cuddling her son away from the scene, sneezed as well, "It'll pass. He's the one who should be uncomfortable."
Everyone's attention turned to Wesley, who, if his rage could ignite, would've burned the Cedillo estate to the ground.
Molly's torture, witnessed even by the bodyguards, was a testament to the family's ruthless streak. "The boss's wife, as fierce as the boss. The boss's sister, ruthless like the boss." "How's the taste?" Molly asked, pinching her nose, looking at Wesley who couldn't even speak.
Upstairs, Leo accelerated his hacking efforts, glancing at the progress before peering out the window at the scene below.
Anya had disobeyed and sneaked out.
From the third floor, Leo shouted through the window, "Anya, not following the rules?"
Anya, startled, locked eyes with Chad from three stories up, realizing she'd been caught. Sheepishly, she edged closer to Mia, "Auntie, Chad told me not to come."
Mia, looking up at Leo, shouted back defiantly, "Come down here if you've got something to say!"
The Cedillo family's spectacle was more lively than any holiday celebration.
The Cedillo children's interactions, usually mundane, were livened with a bit of mischief. The strict etiquettes observed were relaxed at home, where it was all about roughhousing and playful commands, only to be polite and well-mannered in the presence of outsiders. As the computer pinged with new information, Leo closed the window, focused on the screen, and muttered, "Wesley, tied to the Walker family!"
"Do we have any beehives around?"
The ever-kind and inventive Jade was up to something again.
The usually sweet and obedient Anya piped up, "We do!" And she knew exactly where.
Wesley, coughing violently as if his lungs were about to burst, harbored deep resentment towards the Cedillo family for today's ordeal.
Naomi, walking by and observing her family's antics, wondered if her tolerance for chaos had diminished with age or if her family's younger generation was simply too wild.
Seeing Anya leading the way, Molly and her crew went to fetch what was needed.
Mia, trying to soothe her baby to sleep, was approached by Wesley, "Come here, and I'll tell you who I am."
As Mia, in her flowing dress, approached, Hansen moved to intercept, only to watch his daughter-in-law land a solid kick on Wesley's face, "You tried to kidnap my son, and I haven't even begun to vent my anger. Trying to deceive me, huh?" Hansen breathed a sigh of relief; none of his kids were fools.
Soon after, Leo appeared, looking down at Wesley, now barely recognizable, "The Walker family is finished, you know that, right?"
Wesley, shocked, turned his head to see Leo.
"When you've been the secret child of your dad for a lifetime, finally ready to step into the light and challenge your two brothers for the family fortune, only to replace out that the Walker empire is about to crumble. Isn't it a pity, Wesley?" Mia, curious, asked, "Leo, what's this Walker empire?"
Wesley couldn't fully open his eyes, feeling as if his face was soaked in hot sauce due to the chili powder. Squinting, he glanced at Leo, realizing he couldn't underestimate the Cedillo crew. The info Tom gave him was far from accurate. "I have no idea what you're talking about with this Walker empire."
"Make way, make way, the beehive is coming down, and the bees are coming!"
A loud voice rang out. Mia, holding her son, turned and ran as fast as she could. Her little boy, nestled in her arms, quivered with excitement, thoroughly enjoying the chaos. Hansen also hurriedly stepped back.
Finally, Leo demanded, "Why target my family?"
"I haven't."
Leo couldn't be bothered to continue the interrogation. One Mia was enough to knock him down, and one Jade was enough to torment him, "Keep pretending, talk when you're ready."
He too stepped far back, just in time for Molly and Anya to toss a beehive onto Wesley. The bees swarmed out in an instant.

In this adaptation, certain elements have been westernized for cultural alignment. The Walker empire might suggest a powerful family business, reminiscent of dynasties in Western dramas. The introduction of chili powder has been slightly adjusted to hot sauce for a more familiar western context. The chaotic scene with the beehive is a universal symbol of pandemonium, easily understood across cultures. Terms of endearment or familial ties were kept broad to maintain the story's universal appeal.
