thought he had done it himself and got even more thrilled.

"Let's go, let's go welcome Daddy home. Mommy knows he can't stay away from us," Mia said, cradling her baby and heading straight for the front door. Henry, all excited, reached out his little hand to push the door. Just as he touched it, the door swung open. Henry Andre had just turned off the car and, through the windshield, saw his wife and child standing at the door, all smiles waiting for him.

Seeing the car made Henry happy, but seeing his dad get out made him ecstatic. "Wowwww!"

Snuggled in his mom's arms, he eagerly faced towards Andre.

Andre parked the car and walked towards his family, looking stern.

He might have been reluctant, but he couldn't stay away. Andre was, indeed, wrapped around his little wife's finger.

As he got closer, Henry, eager for his father's embrace, looked up at Andre with his chubby cheeks and hopeful eyes.

Andre reached out and lifted his squishy son into his arms. Before he could speak, Mia jumped in with a cheerful greeting, "Honey, you're home!"

"You..."

"Shh," Mia tiptoed to kiss her husband on the lips, silencing any complaints he might have had.

In his dad's arms, Henry looked confusedly at his mom kissing his dad, his big eyes full of bewilderment. "Ah?"

"Brave..."

Andre was cut off again as Mia tiptoed to plant another kiss on him, and seeing this, Henry also moved in to claim a kiss from his dad.

His mouth was all drool, his baby teeth framed in a circle of milk, as he planted his face onto Andre's, "Ah bababa."

Mia pushed her son's little face away, "Step aside, this is my husband, and I get to kiss him."

But Henry wasn't one to listen, his little hands on his dad's suit jacket, his mouth full of drool as he lunged again, aiming for his parents' kissing lips. "Ah ah," he wanted a spot to kiss too. Standing there, any anger Andre had felt upon coming home was now chased away by happiness.

"Henry, you should kiss your dad's cheek like mommy," Mia demonstrated with a kiss on Andre's cheek, encouraging her son to follow her lead.

Seeing his mom no longer kissing his dad on the lips, Henry finally saw his chance and went straight for his dad's mouth, ignoring his mom's instructions to kiss the cheek. "Ah dad, ah ah!" Andre quickly turned his face, his son's drool smearing across his cheek. "Kiss daddy's cheek." He then kissed his son's chubby cheek. "Like this. Daddy's lips are only for mommy to kiss." Henry was inconsolably upset, insisting on kissing just like mommy did.

So, Mia had to enforce a lesson, establishing her position, before she was finally satisfied.

Later, when Henry cried again, Mia video-called Grandpa Hansen to let him see his grandson's tears.

But as soon as Hansen saw the crying face on the screen, he hung up without a word!

Mia laughed heartily, while Henry cried even louder.

Andre, who had come home planning to lecture his little wife, found himself completely disarmed by the affectionate onslaught from his wife and son. "Call me beforehand next time." "Honey, it sounds like you're looking forward to a next time-" Mia teased, clinging to her husband's arm with a beaming smile.

"Not looking forward to it, just very familiar with you." Knowing full well what the future held, he mused on the days ahead when his little wife might take their child and leave him hanging again. Entering the living room and settling back into the comfort of their home felt immensely satisfying.

Andre took a seat on the sofa, his loving wife automatically snuggling up to his left side, and their son climbing up to his right, making Andre the center of their world.

He even forgot to mention something about his nephew.

Leo had disappeared for a day again.

During the day, Noah asked Andre, "Sir, Leo hasn't come to the office today. Did he take a day off?"

Andre responded with a roar, "Tell him to pack up and leave."

Noah, intimidated by his superior's fury, hesitantly brought out Leo's ID badge, saying, "Sir, it's actually nothing. Leo's ID badge was ready, I went to deliver it, but he gave it back to me." Andre looked at his nephew's photo on the badge, "Leave it with me for now."

Noah quickly left the badge and exited.

Soon after, the head of security went to Andre's office to see him.

...

After calming down for two days, Anya had made some decisions. She called her parents from school, "Mom and Dad, I have three things to tell you. First, I'm dating Chad. Second, I had a fight with Uncle Andre. Third, even if Chad doesn't want to take over the company, I still want to be with him."

Her parents were silent for a few seconds, and just when Anya's heart was racing with nervousness, Mr. Calder spoke up, asking, "...Which uncle?" Ignoring the first and third news, Mr. Calder zeroed in on the second.

Mrs. Calder elbowed her husband, "Is the second point really what we should focus on?"

"It's Uncle Andre, the one you're worried about," Anya continued.

This time, Mrs. Calder also fell silent.

Their daughter dared to argue with Andre when they themselves were cautious even to speak up?

"Were you scared when you argued?" Mr. Calder asked his daughter tentatively.

Anya frowned, puzzled. Didn't her dad care about her dating life?

"I was, scared-" But what was said was said, and it couldn't be taken back.

Mr. Calder felt that was more like it.

Then, he turned his attention to the third matter, "Why doesn't Leo want to take over the company?"

"Because Chad wants to pursue other dreams, Dad. I know you want me to marry someone suitable in the future, but I'll study hard and take over the company myself. You shouldn't pin our family's hopes on someone else." After finishing, possibly influenced by spending too much time with Chad, Anya added rather "respectfully," "Or maybe you two are still young, why not have another child to inherit?"

Two people who didn't want to be heirs had found each other.

Mr. Calder and Mrs. Calder ended up arguing with Anya over this topic.

Holding her phone, Anya quietly listened, "Mom and Dad, if you do have another child, I'll help you take care of them."

The arguing continued.

Anya kept listening to the arguing, scratching her head.

Bruce visited Cedillo Inc. for a private lunch meeting with his younger brother. "Andre, got any plans for lunch?"

Andre responded, "Free as a bird."

He knew his older brother's visit was to discuss matters concerning his nephew, which is why he had canceled all his noon plans.

It had been more than ten years since Bruce last visited Cedillo Group, and since then, had almost never set foot there if he could avoid it.

Lounging on Andre's sofa, Bruce grabbed a teapot and started making tea for himself. Shortly after, once Andre had wrapped up his work, he sat down opposite Bruce.
