Leo, always concerned about his image and wanting to maintain his aloof facade, couldn't bring himself to admit his true feelings. Despite feeling over the moon, he stubbornly claimed, "I was just impulsive that night." "Well, I don't care. You said it, and I agreed," Anya retorted, standing her ground. "I'm someone who keeps my word. If I agreed to be your girlfriend, I'm not backing down."

Feeling the gazes of curious onlookers, Leo hurriedly unlocked the passenger door. "Get in the car, quick."

Anya, beaming with joy, settled comfortably into the familiar passenger seat, watching Leo maneuver through traffic, her heart swelling with happiness.

Once back in the driver's seat, Leo glanced at Anya's cheerful face and teased, "You're grinning like a fool. Can't tell if you're laughing or crying." "Chad, I've missed you so much," Anya admitted openly.

Leo tried to feign annoyance, but his smile gave him away. "Just a few days apart and you already miss me? Women are such a handful."

Anya replied, "Chad, I know you're straightforward, so I'm not mad."

Starting the car, Leo drove towards his place.

On the way, he asked, "How did you get to school in the morning while I wasn't home?"

"My aunt and uncle dropped me off. I felt bad, so I planned to wake up early and take a cab. Chad, I've even found a cab driver who can wait for me outside our house every morning." Leo raised an eyebrow, "We have plenty of drivers at home. Can't they drop you off?"

"It's not the same," Anya countered, defiantly.

As they conversed, Anya mentioned, "Chad, I've already talked to my parents. I insisted on being with you, so we can get married now."

Leo slammed on the brakes, stopping the car abruptly at a traffic light, causing Anya to lurch forward. "What did you say?!"

Anya quickly straightened up, feigning innocence. "I didn't say anything."

Leo wondered if he had imagined her words. Once the light turned green, he continued driving.

Leo didn't expect Anya's next proposition when they reached his place. "Chad, how about I move out and live with you?"

Leo was taken aback. "Anya, how badly do you want to marry me?"

"Is it that obvious? I didn't think I showed it," Anya denied, though her actions suggested otherwise.

Eventually, her family found out about her wish to move in with Leo.

Molly, trying to understand, checked Anya's forehead for a fever, then her own. "You're not running a fever."

Naomi anxiously asked, "Anya, have you been to where Leo lives? Where does he stay? He never tells me anything."

Anya, initially willing to share, decided against it after hearing Naomi's concern, choosing to keep Leo's address a secret.

Hansen was puzzled. "Anya, why would you want to move in with Leo?"

"Because nobody cooks for Chad. He always orders takeout or eats out, which is unhealthy and a waste of money," Anya explained, her intentions innocent and straightforward.

Molly subtly probed, "Where would you sleep if you moved in?"

"Oh, I'll just get a separate room next to Chad's," Anya responded, naively.

Molly felt a sense of déjà vu; she had once insisted on staying in a hotel with Chad, who ended up booking a separate room for her, leading her into what she called "the biggest trap of her life"-marriage. "Listen to your aunt, don't go."

Seeing Naomi and her husband concerned about their son's living situation, and Hansen lost in thought, Anya sensed the shift in focus and chose to stay silent.

In the evening, Molly, instead of returning to her bedroom, headed to Anya's. "Chad, you sleep alone tonight. I'm going to chat with Anya."

Left behind again, Chad could only accept the situation.

In Anya's room, Molly sat down and asked, "Now that it's just the two of us, tell me, are you moving in with Leo just to cook for him?"

Anya shook her head. "I also need to provide Chad with emotional support."

Molly was startled by Anya's honesty and struggled to advise her. "Um... do you realize being so close might lead to... well, certain things happening prematurely that could hurt you, like, marital relations?" Molly, once outspoken, now struggled to discuss such sensitive topics.

Anya laughed off the concern. "Aunt, you're overthinking it. Chad is such a gentleman; he wouldn't even enter my bedroom. Besides, he's been backing off from dating me lately, so he definitely won't touch me. I just want to see Chad every day because I know how hard he's working on his startup, and I want to be there to support him."

Compared to Anya's innocence, Molly felt somewhat awkward.

After their conversation, Molly returned to her bedroom.

Chad teased, "Decided to come back tonight?"

"Chad, have I been corrupted by you? My thoughts are not so pure anymore," Molly joked.

Officer Chad remained silent.

Confused, Molly called Mia, another mom from Maplewood Estates. "Hey, Mia, are you up?"

"Yeah, just having a staring contest with my kid. What's up?"

Molly summarized the situation. "It's that silly girl again. She suddenly wants to move out and live with Leo. She even wants to rent a room next to Leo's hotel, just to cook for him! Can you believe it?"

Mia, puzzled, leaned back. "She's too naive, isn't she?"

"Exactly. How can we let her move in with Leo? The Calder family trusted us to take care of Anya, and now I don't know how to stop her," Molly sighed, glancing at her husband. "My Chad is no help either. He's usually so scary with his cases, but today, he didn't say a word."

Officer Chad stayed silent.

Mia suggested, "You need to inform big brother Naomi and our dad about Leo and Anya's relationship. The family probably doesn't even know they're dating yet." "Would Leo be upset?"

Spending every night in the same bed as Andre, Mia certainly knew more than most. "Leo had the guts to call Mr. Calder, asking him for a chance, for a future for Anya. Why can't our family know? If it comes to it, you should call Leo, have him talk to the family himself." Molly found the idea feasible. After hanging up, she went to replace Leo.

After the call, Mia looked at her son, who refused to sleep, sitting up in bed. She gently pushed him, making him tumble and roll around in the blankets, legs flailing. "You stay up waiting for your dad; I'm going to bed."
