Harrison had a mischievous idea, "Just stay put and see if Leo tries to kick you out at night."

Anya looked down, her voice barely a whisper, "I already told him."

Naomi quickly jumped in, "And what did Leo say?"

Anya looked even more upset, "Chad said he was going to call my dad and tell him I stayed overnight at a hotel with a guy." If Mr. Calder found out, Anya was definitely in for a scolding. Poor Anya could only sit next to Leo, watching him study while she nibbled on snacks. Lately, Anya felt like she hadn't been eating much, yet somehow, she had gained weight.

Naomi was fuming, "That damn kid!"

Everyone had given up on Leo, except for Anya, who still clung onto hope for Chad.

The next day, when she got a call to return to the hotel, Anya couldn't help but go. When she saw a plate of fruit on the table, she burst into tears. "Chad, you always use my feelings for you to make me eat this fruit." She was mad at Leo for manipulating her and even madder at herself for being so easily controlled.

Seeing Anya cry, Leo panicked. "Hey, why are you crying?"

Leo didn't know how to comfort her, so he clumsily wiped the tears off her face with an unusual gentleness. His voice softened, "How about I don't make you eat anymore? I'll eat. You just watch."

Anya replied, "But if you eat it, then I'm of no use to you, and you won't let me come tomorrow."

Leo, replaceing dating to be exhausting, said, "I'll still ask you to come over, okay?"

It took a while to calm her down, with Leo promising again and again that she could come the next day and that he wouldn't force her to eat fruit. Finally, she stopped crying.

The clueless guy in love gradually began to change after getting a girlfriend.

Later, Leo ended up eating half the plate of fruit himself and couldn't take any more, realizing how much he had been forcing Anya to eat. "Why didn't you tell me you couldn't eat it?"

"I did, but you said if I didn't eat, you wouldn't let me leave," Anya said, feeling wronged.

Leo asked, "Why didn't you hit me?"

Anya puffed her cheeks, "Auntie never taught me to fight. I can't beat you."

Leo urged, "You can hit me. I won't hit back."

Anya thought for a moment and said, "Then next time, I will hit you."

Later, Leo took Anya out for dinner, buying food for her while he didn't eat because he was still full from the fruit.

Leo's job was always unstable, but Anya, being smart, didn't ask too many questions, not wanting to add to Leo's worries. She always stayed by Leo's side, being a happy and joyful presence. This way, her Chad always felt much more peaceful every time he saw her. Anya's approach worked; seeing her, Leo's mood improved significantly.

Henry also followed his dad to the office. Since he started calling him 'Daddy,' every time the little voice softly called out "Daddy," Andre's heart would swell with a sweetness as if dipped in honey.

Entering the office, he carried Henry, who kept calling out "Daddy" along the way, a sound Andre never tired of hearing, though he kept his composure.

Only in the elevator did he hug his son and kiss his cheek.

Then Henry turned and hugged his dad's face, returning the affection with enthusiasm.

The secretarial staff, watching Henry kiss the CEO over and over, found the little bundle of joy irresistible. One commented, "If my future kids could be like Henry, I'd have a dozen of them." "Dreaming in broad daylight again. It all comes down to genetics. We can only say that the lady and the CEO's genetics combined perfectly."

Back in the office, Andre, holding his "perfect genetic" product, pondered, "Let's see, what makes you so adorable that everyone likes you so much?" Henry, sitting on his dad's lap, looked up with his tender little face, seemingly able to say only one thing, constantly calling out, "Dad, Daddy, Dad..." Andre responded to every call, "My son, you're like a little kitten, aren't you?"

"Mhm~"

Andre held him, inhaling the unique baby scent, feeling no desire to work but just to hold his child. "Daddy, Dad, ah yah yah"

Henry called out, and Andre responded every time. As he replied, Henry became even more eager.

When Noah entered, he found father and son in a tender moment.

"CEO, am I interrupting?"

"No, let's talk business." Andre pulled his son closer, Henry's little face resting on his dad's shoulder, his tiny hand reaching out to his dad's executive chair, fiddling with it...

Noah asked, "CEO, with Leo leaving the company, do we need to recruit new staff? Is the executive position to remain vacant, or are we looking internally, or...?"

Andre, patting his son's back, thought it over. The executive position was crucial and couldn't remain vacant indefinitely. Unsatisfied with current internal staff, he decided, "Open it to public recruitment."

Receiving his orders, Noah looked longingly at the little one, wishing for a cuddle, "CEO, may I hold Henry?"

Andre, observing his son intent on dismantling his executive chair, smiled, "Henry, planning to break dad's chair?"

"Yah~"

Laughing, Andre stood up, scooping his son into his arms and handing him to Noah, "Go play with Uncle Noah, I've got work to do."

Noah excitedly took the little one, "CEO, I promise to work like a thousand-armed deity while holding Henry!"

Andre chuckled, "Don't underestimate him."

Momentarily baffled, Henry looked at the man holding him, his little face turning into a pout, searching in vain for his dad. Barely three minutes after being carried out of the office, Andre heard the familiar wail through the door.

It wasn't long before Noah came back with the child. Henry, twisting in the "stranger's" arms, spotted his dad with tearful eyes, his little mouth quivering as he reached out towards him.

Andre stood up, his large hands securely wrapping around his son, as if holding him for the first time, laughing at his son's tears, "Crying again, aren't you embarrassed?"

Using his dad's shirt to wipe his tears, Henry looked anything but ashamed.

Noah asked from the side, "Mr. President, is it because I don't know how to take care of kids?"

Andre looked at his son, whose long eyelashes were tinged with tear marks, and gently wiped away his tears with his palm. "Henry is clingy and doesn't let strangers touch him. It's actually much better now; he reacts for a while before he starts crying. Before, he would just cry the moment he saw them."

Noah remembered the few times Henry came to the office. When his brother held him, he cried, but when Noah did, he didn't- it was like getting a nod of approval.
