Sweet Redemption Chapter 28

After Acaisia left me to go see her sister I trudged off to my room. I needed to get a shirt that wasn't ripped open.

It's only been a day, and I already hate leaving her. Man, I can't wait until she accepts me. I'm never going to leave her side.

I didn't even remember falling asleep next to her earlier. When I woke up with my mate straddling me, my shirt ripped open, and her delicious lips on my chest, I was pleasantly surprised.

We were supposed to be taking things slow, but I knew my mate just needed to c*m. So I let her, but not without my own demands.

I've never been the possessive type. No one ever evoked those emotions in me. But I did dabble in some b**m.

The whole Dom/Sub thing was really hot to me. I'm a switch though. I love to play both sides. Probably why I love my mates little attitude so much.

Acaisia can dominate me any day. Though, if I was going to give her what she wanted I was making demands.

I came all over her beautiful thighs, and told her to keep my c*m there until I say so.

Honestly, I'm not sure if she actually would listen to me. If she let me stay with her tonight, whether here or at her place, then she could get cleaned up. If she does listen to me then she's already further gone than I thought. Which excites me to no end. I knew my little mate would come, and see me tonight. Even if she hated it right now, she felt the pull of the bond. I just have to work on the hate part.

After changing my shirt and fixing my messy hair, I went to leave to replace my sister. As soon as I opened the door, Max was standing there with his hand up like he was ready to knock. He smiled at me, and let out a small chuckle. "Are you psychic now?" He teased.

I chuckled back. "I might be." I told him.

Max gave me a sly smile. "Weird things do happen when you're mated to a Morningstar." He said.

My eyes went wide. "She told you?" I asked. Hope spread in my chest at the thought of her admitting to someone else that I'm hers.

"No." Max said pouring a bucket of cold water all over my burning hope. "Ahkari blurted it out to me and Tia." He told me.

"Oh." I said lamely. At least she isn't denying it anymore!

"Feel bad for Ahkari though. I'm sure B is giving her a hard time." Max said.

I shrugged. "I wouldn't be so sure about that. B might be trying to keep her distance but they spent the afternoon together so I doubt it's going her way." I told him.

"They did, did they?" Max mumbled. I nodded in response. "So, what about you? Acaisia giving you a helluva time?" He asked.

I blew out a breath and walked back into my room. Max followed, shutting the door behind him. I sat at the couch in the living area of my room. Max plopped down beside me.

"She keeps denying she wants me. But she does. I've already made her c*m a few times." I smirked at Max.

"Gross." He said amused.

I laughed. "Never would I have thought I'd have to fight so hard to get into a girls heart." I said. "I told her we could take things slow though." I told my brother.

"Because of her first mate?" He asked.

My eyes went wide. "Tia told you?" I asked.

Max nodded. "Don't tell Acaisia though. Tia didn't mean to. Our bond was...extremely strong at first. We had a hard time blocking each other out for a few days. I saw the conversation they had about it." He admitted to me. "Oh. That makes sense." I said.

"So." Max smirked at me. "You said you'd take things slow because of her first mate I assume. Never heard of a s*x demon taking things slow." He teased.

I scoffed. "Yeah, no kidding." I grumbled. "It's worse because the only part she doesn't want to take slow is s*x. You have no idea how hard it is to hold back." I told him.

"Then why are you doing it? Give her what she wants." Max said.

"No." I said shaking my head. "I'm determined to prove to her that I'm not like that piece of s**t first mate she had." I said.

Max was quiet for a moment. "Did she tell you who he is?" He asked.

I shook my head. "No, she didn't say his name at all. She did tell me that he is a powerful Alpha I guess. She's too afraid that all of you will go after him and cause trouble by killing him." I said.

Max nodded slowly. "We definitely would." He admitted.

I nodded. "If I ever see him I'll definitely be kicking his a*s. Acaisia is mine. Always has been. I don't know how he got to be her first mate but she is mine now. That doesn't mean I don't want to kick his a*s though." I ranted.

Max raised a brow at me. "He might be an Alpha but you can hold your own. I just hope that I'm here to see it." Max laughed. "Do you remember me telling you that someone had punch Renece in her s**t?" He asked.

"Yeah. s**t was funny as f**k. I still haven't gotten to meet the person who did that." I laughed.

Max gave me a smug look. "Oh you have. You've already made her c*m a few times." He said laughing and cringing at the same time.

My eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Acaisia did that?" I asked.

Max nodded. "Oh yeah. If it weren't for Ahkari I'm pretty sure Acaisia would have killed her." He said still cracking up.

I looked away as a smile started to spread across my face. "Hmm. My little spitfire mate." I murmured, then looked up at Max. "Do you have any advice?" I asked.

"For Acaisia?" He asked and I nodded. "Pft, not when it comes to her. Acaisia does what she wants. But, I will tell you that a lot of her attitude is a front. Acaisia is one of the smartest students to graduate here. She doesn't show it but she is extremely tactical. She'll come around eventually I'm sure. Just...keep doing what you're doing I guess." He said. I nodded to him as I thougth about what he said. "Well, come on. Tia and I need to talk to you." He said standing.

I stood up and followed him to my door. "Am I in trouble?" I asked amused.

Max chuckled. "When aren't you in trouble?" He teased.

"Haha." I said sarcastically.

I followed Max to Tia's office. He opened the door and strolled over to his mate. Max placed a soft kiss to her lips before smiling over at me.

"Have a seat. We have to wait for our sister. She should be here any minute. Hopefully." He told me.

About ten minutes later, Bianca came wandering in. Max and I had a fun time teasing my twin. B is so far gone.

You can see in her face how much she loves her mate already. I'm so happy for my sister. Ahkari seems like a really nice girl.

Tia and Max told us about the mission. I'm unbelievably excited to be going on a mission with my mate. Acaisia can't avoid me that way.

Although, I am a bit nervous. I want my mate to be safe. And my twin of course.

Tia made that comment about us needing to be marked, and it gave me a sour feeling. I'm trying here. I love Acaisia. I want her. I'd love to mark her. Bianca and I parted ways after eating with everyone in the kitchen. It was a very nice time, but I never stopped thinking of Acaisia

She'll be here though.

I know she will.
