Talented Martial Hero
Chapter 1554 Grief And Fear

Pangs of pain and fury surged through the powerful human warriors as they watched their ancestorbeing beaten back.

"Let's kill these goddamn creatures!" It was impossible for them to not be bothered by what theysaw and just sit idly by and let it happen.

"No! Stop!"

The ancestor's voice came, echoing through all their minds.

"Why not? Ancestor, why won't you let us fight?"

Many of the powerful warriors of the human race, together with many ascetic cultivators, werebelow. If they all fought together, it wouldn't be difficult at all for them, to vanquish these DarkBloody Shuras.

"Stay put. That's an order,” the ancestor responded sternly through his spiritual sense, a coldness inhis tone.

"Ahhh!"

They were all left with no choice and remained unmoving. The ancestor had ordered it and so theywould not dare disobey him.

The remaining Dark Bloody Shuras were not holding back or weakening. Instead, their blood vitalitysoared and their auras only grew more violent.

Kill! Kill! Kill!

They did not want to allow the ancestor a moment to catch his breath or regain any sort ofcomposure, and all rushed over at him ferociously.

The Shuras' dark red god's power covered everything. The sound of booming explosions rang outto every corner of the human land.

Boom! Boom!

Boom! Boom!

Roars erupted from three different directions and many powerful auras filled the air above thehuman land.

"This is it. We have lost."

Except for the passageway guarded by the beast god, the other three sides had all fallen and manyother races were flooding in

The land of the humans was on the verge of collapse under the assault of the top masters of thevarious other races.

Millions upon millions of human beings wandered in the darkness as a torrent of rain descended onevery inch of the human land. The dark doomsday had come for this world.

"Kill the human ancestor! Show him to his end!"

"Kill the human ancestor! Show him to his end!"

All the powerful warriors of every other race charged in with the ancestor as their sole target fromthe moment they set foot on the human land. More than half of the human race would fall as longas they killed him.

All creatures of other races forgot their enmity towards each other with this prospect laid beforethem. They gathered above the divine palace and joined the battle to besiege and murder thehuman ancestor.

"All human beings, you are not to move a muscle!”

The old voice of the ancestor reached everyone's ears again, right at the critical moment when theyshould have launched their counterattack.

The powerful human warriors bit down hard, swallowing their urges and following the order withtears in their eyes.

The human ancestor was all that remained standing among the falling chunks. He stood proud andfearless in the face of the rest coming at him, his halberd thrusting in all directions

But there were too many powerful creatures attacking him. He was already an old man. How couldhe be expected to fend off all these strikes?

A few hours later and the human ancestor had now been seriously injured; he was on the brink ofdeath.

"Old friend, have you had enough blood to drink?"

the ancestor asked his halberd, a bitter smile hanging on his exhausted old face.

"Hum!"

The dragon-headed halberd in his hand growled wildly, as if responding to him.

Boom! Boom!

A beam of cyan light burst from it, forming a ring of light that spread out further and further. Thelight forced back all the creatures advancing and attacking. It seemed as though some sort ofbarrier pushed them back and created a perimeter around the ancestor.

The cyan light then immediately condensed into a large dragon shadow that rose up and hovered ashort while before pouring directly into the ancestor's chest.

This sudden change made the powerful warriors of the other races uneasy. Some powerful forcehad obstructed them and prevented them from closing in on their target.

The cyan light continued streaming into the human ancestor's body. His once stooping figure thengradually stood up, and the deep wrinkles that had been on his face were gone, making way foryouthful vigor.

His gathered energy then burst forth and rose up like a swelling wave, causing all the creatures toshudder uncontrollably.

The powerful warriors of the human race looked up to the sky to see a strong-spirited and vigorousimage of the ancestor. He was full of life and strength. They couldn't believe what they were seeing;the aura they felt from him had them particularly surprised.

It was the aura of a supreme god!

"How is it that the ancestor has the aura of a supreme god?"

"He's become a supreme god!"

"No wonder he told us not to move. Turns out he wanted to use those alien creatures to upgradehimself!"

The human warriors were overjoyed. Now that their ancestor had become a supreme god, thesepowerful warriors of the other races would not be enough to face off against him. He'd kill themquite easily and with little effort.

However, the ascetic cultivators of the human race were not happy at all. They all looked sad anddejected. With bloody tears in their eyes, they lowered their heads and knelt down respectfully, whispering something among themselves.

They were the only ones who understood what it meant when the human ancestor emitted the auraof a supreme god

"Run! Everybody, now! The human ancestor has become a supreme god! It's time to get out ofhere!" squealed one of the powerful warriors from the other races in horror.

Hundreds of thousands of top masters of various races scuttled off in a mad flee.

"Go, my supreme seal!” murmured the ancestor to himself.

His face was an icy image of hostility. He opened his big hand, stretched it out and slammed downhard.

The earth and the sky shook underneath his power and the cyan supreme force instantly envelopedthe void.

The world was silent as the powerful creatures were being destroyed one by one. Not even theircries of pain could be heard.

In the blink of an eye, all the warriors of the other races that had broken through had beenannihilated by the supreme force. No trace of them was left, as if they had never even stepped intothe human land.

"Hum!"

A dragon roar resonated across the heaven and earth. Five cyan dragon shadows appeared. Four ofthem flew in their own directions, heading for the four entrances to the human land.

They embedded themselves in the passages, activating the innate laws at the entrances. Thedefense levels continued to climb.

The land's defense had risen by more than a hundred times from what it had been.

As for the fifth dragon shadow,

it hovered in the air for a long time before it rushed into the divine palace, into the depths of theunderground.

A million kilometers below the divine palace, an inconceivably large cyan dragon lay there. His eyeswere dark and empty, as if lifeless.

Roar!

The cyan dragon shadow poured into the body of the huge, seemingly lifeless, cyan dragon that laydead still.

The huge dragon began to shake as the shadow continued possessing it. The entire land rumbledfrom the vibrations underneath. A moment later, the huge cyan dragon gradually regainedconsciousness, his dark pupils turning a deep green as his spirit erupted

He shook his tail and broke off a solid layer of rock that spread a crack right up to the surface.

He lifted his claws and pushed off the ground hard, sending his body darting upwards.

"Roar! Roar!"

In what seemed an instant, the huge cyan dragon broke through the ground and soared straight upinto the sky.

"Oh my God! I don't believe it! That's Lord Cyan Dragon!"

"Really? But how? I thought Lord Cyan Dragon only existed in legends! It's real?"

The gigantic dragon's body excited the entire human race.

It was well known that the dragon race came to being in the Archean Age. Three great bloodlines ofthe dragon race had endured from then—the yellow gold, the purple gold and the red goldbloodlines. Besides these three bloodlines, it was said the Archean dragons also left behind a traceof dragon soul between heaven and earth, which formed Lord Cyan Dragon in the world.

However, this had always been regarded as legend, mere stories of the dragon race. No one hadever discovered any proof of the existence of Lord Cyan Dragon.

When the human beings saw the titanic body and astounding aura of the dragon above, theyquickly put two and two together, coming to the conclusion that this must indeed be the dragon oflegend.

"Hum..."

Dragon roars bellowed one after another from the west entrance. Soon, millions of massive ancientoriental dragons hovered high in the sky.

"Welcome, Yellow Gold Dragon Ancestor and Purple Gold Dragon Ancestor,"

the human ancestors said humbly, taking the initiative to greet the millions of dragons that had justarrived.

"We apologize for being late.”

Two dragons, one yellow and one purple, flew over to the human ancestor and transformed intotwo middle-aged men in yellow and purple robes.

After greeting the human ancestors, the two dragon ancestors shifted their gaze to the hoveringcyan dragon. They both trembled simultaneously, against their best efforts.

“Is that Scott?"

The human ancestor nodded silently. "I must thank you for agreeing to leave Scott behind in thedivine palace, all the way back then."
